The people there have always been pretty friendly and they keep new items in the store frequently.

I mean hit topic is overpriced but also I love the stuff, the staff at this hot topic were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience

Walked into this store and stood there for five minutes. Was never greeted and no one even asked if I needed help ... went to Spencers and was helped immediately.

Love this place! The earrings are so cool it takes me forever to look at them all. They have some pretty cool stuff in the store that no one else has. Definitely a good place to go for gifts.

The staff are almost always friendly and I love all the fandom merch and the cool accessories/jewelry. And whenever I go they almost always have a good sale going on so I feel better about spending money cause Im saving some of it and I get hot cash for later uwu

My daughter loves this store, so of course we have to stop here to get anime t-shirts. Customer service is good. Sometimes a little annoying with every employee asking if they can help you find something, but at least employees are willing to help.

I love coming here but they were out of XL in the couple things I wanted... said they could order it but I had to pay shipping might as well of shipped online

I am confined to a wheelchair and when I went into the store with my daughter, I literally could NOT fit my standard sized wheelchair into any of the aisles. There was no way for me to go into the store. I had to sit outside the entrance and send my daughter in with my wallet. If it werent for upsetting my daughter, I would NOT give this store my business. It is not ok for a business to show that little consideration for the handicapped.

Ive never had a bad experience here, the only thing I wish was different was the size if the pathways my brother is in a wheelchair and it used to be really hard to get him through the store. But they have since expanded and he can go in easier now, though it is still difficult in parts.

Hot topic has turned into a completely different type of store in the past ten years, but the employees at this location are very sweet and genuine people.

Would have been nice to know that the ONLY store in Fort Wayne is currently closed. After finding it in the Glenbrook mall it was boarded over with painted plywood stating, Coming Soon! DISAPPOINTED, WASTED TRIP!
