How come they display nice graphic tees, they look proffesional but when it came to my shirt the guy did not make it nice I paid like 40 just for him to mess up, you don’t get to choose how you want the design he makes you leave for 20 minutes and then calls you and says that’s the least I can do like no this is your job, don’t give this place your money, limited shirt colors and ink colors

0 stars, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They lie about when your items will be done, and dont answer calls or texts. I had to call the mall manager to get anywhere,and was about to call the police since they already took my money. Shirts were still not done when they said,plus they then tried to cut off the name which was an important part of the design and agreed on to be on the shirts when I went in the first day. Then charged 5 extra dollars to add it! The shirts do not even look good,after all the stress and 60 dollars for TWO t-shirts. Supposed to be a surprise for my husbands birthday,ruined by these horrible scammers

We ordered 3 hoodies for a total of 160 bucks when supposedly each one costs 35 dollars... They scam you because they make you pay upfront and then refuse a refund when the order has not been completed on time.. We were threatened and everything. The lack of professionalism is troubling. Save yourself the heartache and shop elsewhere.

Today was my first time at The Custom Factory. I just moved recently to this area and i was hoping to find someone that would help me to make tees for my business. I had the pleasure to meet Munder. He was very professional, helpful and understanding! Definitely will be back for more business!

Got a Jacket and Long Sleeve printed here & I’m so happy with the results. Worker is very polite & helped out a lot . Prices are reasonable but a little expensive .

All I have to say is prepare to be ripped off. They tried charging me 70$ for a plain black hoodie that had three lines of words on the front and no pictures, after I was originally told it was 35 for a custom make hoodie. they also messed up the lettering on it, I will definitely stick to Etsy from now on.
