Dan was helpful in addressing a computer problem that I had. Though he was ultimately unable to fix the problem due to its nature he did spend a good deal of time working at it and did not charge me for the time that he spent. As a businessman myself I greatly appreciated this.

I first called 3 Rivers Computer Solutions over the phone to ask about an error message I got on my laptop about a cooling fan error. The guy that picked up told me hed charge $75/hr for labor, plus whatever the cost of an actual fan would be, if it needed replaced. He told me that they were oh-so busy and I wouldnt be able to take my computer in until the next day. Didnt at all make me feel like my business or problem was important.I next called Creative Bits and was told that labor was $45/hr. MUCH more reasonable, if you ask me! I scheduled a time to take my laptop today, and Dan, the owner, looked my laptop over. After blowing a some air into the vents and turning my laptop on, he told me that the cooling fans were actually all in working order. He taught me that HP happens to put very small fans in their laptops, so its easier for the console to overheat. He suggested I buy a cooling pad to blow cooler air into the vents, and said they ran about $20-$30 at Staples or Best Buy.Without even asking, he cleaned my computer screen and keyboard while looking it over. After he determined everything was in working order, he didnt charge me one cent, but gave me his card and asked I put the good word out about him. So here is the good word! Dan seemed like a nice and very knowledgeable person. Whenever I or my family have any computer problems in the future, Creative Bits will be the first place we call.

Owner and service person Dan Leonard was prompt, polite and fixed our problems on 2 laptops in our home. The service charge was very reasonable and we feel we have found our computer go to person.Thank you Creative Bits !!!!!!!!!

Recently brought a laptop in for diagnosis and repair. The service was professional and timely. I will be returning with any computer issues I have in the Future.

Went there last summer, weird and creepy old man, I wouldnt recommend women to go there.
