The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the doctors are terrific, and it is never a pain to stop by and get more contacts or have frames worked on.
This office has the worst optical department! Never get eye prescription correct. Does not follow through on delivery of contacts. Have gotten written scripts wrong . This office needs complete overhaul!Would not recommend this office. Think twice
This place is VERY, VERY slow. THE rudest front desk staff. It has taken me at least 2hrs to get through a standard check up every time I’ve been here. I am typically seen between 25-40 minutes after my appointment time. The women at the front desk will ignore you as long as they can before they greet you or acknowledge you waiting to check in.
Nice staff and great location however processed took over 2 hours! I need faster service. Eyeglass selection also seemed light.
Great experience and wonderful service. Love their frame selection and their optical department. Their turn around time for glasses and contacts is super quick and their prices are very competitive.
Been coming here several years. Very nice people and great docs. The paperwork every time and the extremely long wait times are crazy. Have an appt at 530 pm and leave at 715 pm. Why have an appt time?Will be lookin g to move the family to a less busy place.
Called to set up an appointment for contacts/yearly exam. Receptionist asked for insurance. Let her know what it was and how i found them through my insurance in network website. Asked who my medical insurance was, told her, she then replied that i wouldnt be able to schedule with them. They do a full eye examination and if i were to have pink eye or glaucoma, they would need to bill my medical insurance. And if both my eye and medical insurance wasnt in-network, than i cant use them as my optomitrist. Spoke with insurance and the lady told me it is illegal for them to deny scheduling me regardless of in-network, out-of-network, no insurance, etc. No hard feelings about the insurance issue, however, disappointed by the lack of customer service and the rude dismissel by the receptionist. One star for you.
