We have been in business twenty six years and we hope that verifies we truly care about our customers. Please come in and experience our business and decide on your own. Wouldn’t even give 1 star for this place! Worst customer service I have ever encountered! Spoke with the owners grandson about a purchase, was told the cart would be ready in 7-10 days. After calling on day 8 to check on the progress, the sales manager informed us that they have no invoice for our order. That we had “slipped through the cracks” we were lied to on multiple accounts, told one price and then was asked for even more money! I would NEVER recommend this business! Sales manager and employees were rude and argued at every turn.

I have had 2 run ins with Bill Miller ...the first was over a tool that we had to buy to remove a clutch on my golf cart which was purchased from him years before ....we bought the $50 tool from him that was suppose to be used with an impact gun to fix the clutch ...my other half used his own strength and when he went to torque it, it broke in half ...same day ...went back to return said tool and Bill Miller refused to make the situation right... Kept saying that nobody gives refunds on tools that break...which just isnt true ...ended up in a screaming match between him and I ....a year later I needed a voltage regulator ....stupidly I called Bill Miller ....I called him and raced to get to him before he closed ....needless to say it was the wrong one ....didnt find out however till my cart was still over charging and I took it to Hot Rod golf carts where they are honest ....I will never do business with Bill Miller ever again ...and the word of mouth will be spread to all my golf cart owning friends ...hes a cheapskate and has no idea how to treat the public ....

Bill Miller Golf Cars picked up my cart, made needed repairs and returned cart quickly! the cost was more than fair and all communications with their staff were pleasant and professional. my expectations were far exceeded and I would highly recommend. Thanks to Bill and all his staff!
