This is the best BBQ store around folks. I shop around but I always end up coming back here. Lets be honest, the name brand grills they sell are the same as they are at other stores but thats not why you come back again and again. The knowledgeable staff and friendly service is what brings you back time after time. Ive had some issues with my grill (manufacturers fault) and every time I go see Eric or Jerry theyve really gone above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate shopping at a store that continues to provide service after theyve made their money. These guys know their grills! They also have a good selection of accessories and rubs.

Ordered 2 high end (2k) fire tables 1 year ago. Paid up front. 1 table came in damaged, but also both tables didnt have control knob or valves. The damaged table was replaced in a reasonable amount of time, but also had no control knob and valve. Unbelievable you say and I would agree, but to date I have only recieved one knob and valve. So after a year I still have a useless inoperable granite topped fire table.

Have a decent amount of stock and some brands of equipment I had not seen yet. Nice variety of spices and rubs etc. Been busy, so a few items were sold out but very good experience.

We stopped by Barbecues Galore to look at pellet smokers and man what a fine selection of grills and smokers these guys have in stock . We were greeted as we walked in the door and asked how they could help us . We asked to see the pellet grills and the fine young man took us on a very thorough explanation and demonstration of how each grill works and price points . If you are looking for a grill / smoker or a complete outdoor grilling set up, these are the guys to see .

Good customer service although they only had one employee for the entire place... On a Saturday... Could have been a better experience. Pricing is decent. Great selection.

I have only been to this place once, but it was a pleasant experience. My father needed some Green Egg charcoal, so I stopped in here to buy it. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and eager to help me with my purchase. They had some really nice barbeques in there too. If I was ever in the market for a high end outdoor cooker I would likely give them a look.

Very disappointing experience. I walked in on Friday and spent $1,600 for a grill and one accessory. Got it home, hooked it up, and used it on Sunday. A week later, when I had another party, it would not start. No gas at the burners. I called the next day to ask if they could have someone come look at it and they said someone would call me. Two weeks went by, nobody called, so I called again. They assured me someone would call within 24 hours. Another week went by and nobody called, so I fixed it myself.When the grill works it is really nice, but their inability to own the problem and take responsibility means I would warn anyone who asked against doing business with these folks.

This place is great when you’re looking to purchase some patio furniture etc. They bend over backwards to sell it to you. However, the after-purchase customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. We’ve had some problems with our fire table and getting help from the staff is very difficult. Buy your BBQ needs elsewhere. The customer service headache here is not worth it.

After purchasing a lesser quality grill (and totally unsatisfied), Aleck at the Ft. Worth store allowed us to upgrade a better-quality grill with a very generous trade-in. We bought the infrared T-Grill. Although it is a little more expensive, it is totally worth the investment. We love it. And I will forever be a BBQ Galore customer. They have good quality products, and want their customers to be happy. I love that.

If you are planning on using the Grand Turbo in your outside kitchen you might want to rethink it! They have not held up well for me as they seem to deteriorate quickly in the outside elements, AND cost for the replacement parts are outrageous! will not make this mistake again!

We recently purchased patio furniture on a Sunday and we’re told the store would be receiving furniture on Thursday for pickup or delivery on Friday. We had to call on Thursday to check and were told our furniture didn’t make it on the truck and it would be another two weeks! We found another patio set at a different store and went in for a refund of our money (4 days after sale, not received by anyone) and were told our money would not be refunded because our items were “special order.” We ordered from a line off the floor at the store with stock color cushions. Nothing to specially manufacture or any changes made, simply picked out chairs and loveseat from the line items available! Needless to say we are furious and the customer service is so poor. DO NOT purchase from this store.

Bought a grill on Sunday, someone was going to call me to schedule delivery. Been calling this store since 10 am its now 1245pm on Wednesday and no one answers the store phone. Will be the last time i do business here. Driving to the store now.

Good place to go for some rubs and lump coal

I Purchased a little over $6000 of outdoor Grill & cooking equipment with a warmer. on 6-17-2017The honeycombs on my grill has already deteriorated & crumbled.!!! On the infrared burners.Grill lighter has already went out along with the propane regulator.The Grand turbo 38 inch is a piece of junkThank God it have a 5 year warranty.!!!!I was told by my sales person if anything went wrong they would come out and replace it for five years Under warranty. Just another lie.!!!!!Oh they forget to mention that you had to pay shipping for all parts under warranty.

Have had the same grill for over 20 years. Of course it needs new parts.Question....will Barbecues Galore take the old one as a trade-in? I need a new grill but not too costly.

We recently purchased some outdoor furniture and was told that it was going to come from a different store but would be in perfect condition. After receiving furniture and unwrapping we found several stains and scratches. The solution we was given from the store is we could return merchandise and they would give us a refund. We obviously didnt want to return, we just wanted what was promised our furniture with no damage. After a visit to the store and coming to a resolution that cost us more money we purchased the same set that is on their floor, but for our inconvenience they were going to deliver. 3 days later I called the store to ask when they were going to deliver and one of the sales reps said they would have my sales guy call me. 10 minutes later I had a delivery service call to schedule my delivery which would take an additional week from today. I asked when was he contacted and he said he just received the work order 10 minutes ago. Once again they dropped the ball and forgot about us. When I called the store I asked if our funiture was still on the floor the rep said yes. We specifically told the manager to take off the floor and please wrap so that the funiture would not get damaged like the first set. Gary assured us he would, but obviously forgot and its still on their floor. I would consider looking elsewhere if you are looking for any service especially after the sale.

I am so disappointed in the customer service/care in this store. I have spent close to $8000 in this store this year on grills for my house and another clients home. I have been trying to get an item refunded or store credit and have been given such a run around. I was told they no longer carry it and I would have to go through the manufacturer which I tried to do. I was told that the store just placed another order from them and wasnt sure why they were giving me incorrect information. So I call the store back, get Jeremy on the phone who is the store manager. He tells me he will call me back by 2pm once he knows what they can do. At 2:30 I call the store back, Jeremy has left for vacation. Needless to say, this store has good stuff, but I can get the same stuff elsewhere and not be lied to given the run around.

Overall the store is great and the employees have always been good when I go in there. My complaint is their store brand of lump charcoal. They stopped carrying the BGE version and I have not had any success with their own brand. It takes 2-3 times longer to light and producing far more ash than the BGE brand. The lumps are also on the average much smaller which I believe leads to the long light and burn times due to less air flow. Overall its just a second rate product. Its a good location for me, but the inability to buy quality lump charcoal there really breaks me from going there. I have friends who have the same opinion of this product. I was original advised not to buy it, but still gave it a few shots due to convenience.

If you have a barbeque need this is the place to go. I buy their rub and lump coal regularly.
