I have rented from many rent a centers. Me and my husband have paid off our bedroom set and have been paying on our living room set. This is the BEST rent a center I have ever rented from. They are so so helpful and kind. They are supper understanding. They always are so willing to help and have EXCELLENT customer service!!! BEST EVER!!!!

Didnt do business with these folks but I actually had my car battery die on my in the shopping center where the rent-a-center was located.I walked inside just to see if they happened to have jumper cables and sure enough, one of the guys who worked there (Greg) and another friendly gentlemen quickly came out and helped jumped my car.Again, wasnt a customer but they were more than happy to come out and help me out.What a great way to do business.Will have to come back next time I need a rental.Thanks guys!

My family was stranded three hours from home, due to a blowout. The lady working on the evening of the 12th, was helpful in lending us a tire tool that would fit my wifes vehicle. Thank you for caring employees, who helped us get home safely.

I went here yesterday looking for a Tv, I had already gone to a different Rent a Center and was told to come to this one because it served my area where I lived. Well here they just tried to get me out of the door rather then help. I was told that they do everything online now or over the phone. I mean I get it people are dying in the world currently but seriously? The customer service I got yesterday was horrible. The store manager at the rent a center before this one had told me they could help me in store,So I got better options at the store I was at before this one, & I have family who have gotten stuff from rent a center and they were told different things then from what I was being told. So no I won’t be coming back, I rather go buy the TV then waste my time if y’all don’t want to help.

My friend missed one payment on something, due to the fact that he lost his job cause of COVID. Tried to reach out to the store to see if something could be done, tried to email them too with no response. Then they started calling under a private number, cursing at him, threatening criminal charges for stealing when he tried to work something out. Went to give said thing back and they told him he was now banned from all stores. Long story short, these people are beyond rude and unprofessional. Never EVER dont business with then again.

Dont have the credit! Dont want to do layaway! Rent-a-center is the place for me.I can get it now !make payments how I get paid! How awesome is that.Most places want a big down payment and want you to pay monthly. Not hereI can get what I want from my bedroom, dinning to my Big screen tv

Because use i live on the top floor the manager and his associate sherry stated that t was an additional $200 for delivery. We dont injure our employees... basically told me pay or leave....This is the reason why there is liability on the employees. come to find out they are scammers I have reported them to the BBB and corporate office...

Number #1 store to go 2..They go above and beyond to help you.Good management Good Sales lady ms.Sherry. looks for the items you want and orders them.. highly recommend this store and its employees..

The lady in the red shirt that worked was extremely rude and unprofessional! My family and I needed couches before thanksgiving and as soon as I walked in she was already nodding no. I work in customer service sales and that was not the way to go about it! She didn’t even care to show me any product that was available and I have a big truck that could have picked up the merchandise and not require delivery. So whoever is in charge of this store, you might want to send a random tester to see how well your management is running your business. Very unhappy with today but I’ll just go to Conns and get what I need from there.

Anyone wanting to rent furniture youre better off going to Sams Furniture.

Was not greeted at the door. Cutomer service is a 0. Sales Associate was so rude. I didnt catch her name because it wasnt given. I even had to inform her that she was making me feel stupid, because she was talking to me as if I didnt underatand a word that was coming out of her mouth. Counting money and making sure 2 toddlers arent jumping on couches is a task.She then changed her demeanor.When time to schedule for drop off, she gave me a day but no specific hour. So unprofessional.

I love this place because the manager worked out a deal for me to get my daughter a nice bedroom set when I first got her in Fort worth so all I can say is thank you guys for your kindness and hospitality ☺️🙏🏾❤️👏🏾🙌🏾🥰

Sherri is awesome! All the staff is. But I have worked with her off and on 10 years and she really works hard to get me what I want and need!

I have rented there since may and i almost have my merchandise almost paid for and i cant make my payment on dec.23 and i call and let them know i cant pay this week and then i start getting harassing calls with no voicemail being left and when u call the mike that works there has an attitude and tells me he is doing his job its not his fault i dont pay my bills. He needs to look again because i do or i wouldnt have had the merchandise since may. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Very disrespectful! I was taking a little longer than I should have to get it back and they started coming out to my house they bum-rush my kids they asked my boyfriend if he was feeling froggy and like he was going to invite him or something very very unprofessional

Worst place ever. Doesnt matter what they tell you it is always different. Were renting some items from them, then we had to move. They say that they will move your stuff when you move if you just call them and let them know. We did and they said ok we will be there. However they didnt actually put us on the schedule so we then had to rush and find another way to move the stuff. then we found a couch on craigslist that was almost free so we called them to have them come get the couch we had thru them, they went to the old address, and then tried to say they would have to come out to the right address a diifferent day. Um No! So they did finanly get there waqy after 6 acted like we were putting them out, and then tried to make me pay the payment today as if I still had the Crap. How about NO! Most inept company in the world
