Platinum made my at&t fiber install easy. I didnt have to call a 1800 number. Everything from the sale to the install went smoothly and they were very professional and knowledgeable.

Cannot get through when calling .. have been calling for 3 hours .. cannot leave a message and also hangs up on you does not give you the option of being on hold .. hangs up on you after 5 minutes on hold. have been trying to get a tech to my location for almost a week .. tech was sent to a location in another state and there have been no attempts made on their behalf to resolve the situation.
