Very professional. Answered all my questions very patiently. We setup an appointment and they showed up on time. They replaced windshields on two of my vehicles and they were very efficient and at a good price.

I never do reviews; however this company did a very good job overall...This guy came to my place the next day to replace my front windshield on a Ford Taurus which was a plus bc, 3 other companies couldnt get me in until the end of the following week & their prices was at least 100 more. He is very good at returning calls and did a great job ! It only took him 1 hr to complete the job ( no micro mgmt needed ) & I was able to drive the vehicle the same day !

On Monday (5/3/21) I called to set an appointment with Saber Auto Glass to fix my backglass and it was officially set up for a mobile service on Wednesday between 4-6pm. On Wednesday (5/5/21) I waited from 4-6pm and started calling them back to see what was going on but never got a callback. I was nice enough to leave a message and understand they were probably busy at the moment but the fact I literally called 17 times (both numbers on website) just makes me mad. I cannot really judge on their car service but their customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced. Hope no one has to experience what I just went though.

They were at my house to install a windshield next day, faster than I could get a quote from some companies. The price is great too, would definitely recommend Saber to my friends

I called them at 8 AM today after a freak hail storm, and they were out to my house by noon. They did a fantastic job, and even saved my registration sticker. Im so impressed! They saved me a major headache, because Im supposed to leave town this weekend. Highly recommend calling them for a windshield replacement!

Most unprofessional business Ive ever had the misfortune of working with. Was given an appointment and waited around for the guy to show up to fill 2 cracks in my windshield. Guy didnt show so I called back the next day and was given an appt for a week later and again no show. This happened 3 times! When I got the manager on the phone he sounded like he was high or drunk mumbling and stumbling over his words. He said there was nothing he could do and was canceling my appt. Avoid this place like the plague.

They were on time, quick, professional, friendly and 30% less expensive than any other quote I had received. Its been a month since the replacement with no issue. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone that needed car window work.

The appointment started in time and I was walking out the door in less than an hour with a new front windshield. The staff are true professionals and really send good vibes. Hopefully my windshield wont ever crack again, but if they do, Ill definitely come back.
