First time here. I noticed they were opened and preformed state inspection. I asked how long and was advised 5 minutes. It was about 5 minutes later when he got started 👌🏾. He preformed my inspection and I passed. He provided the total and asked cash or car? I said, Apple Pay… we attempted and stood there confused 😐 trying to see it it worked… it did 👏🏾 and then I was out! Thanks guys

The owners and everyone else are nice peoples but their service is super slow now on fixing my car … my car has been in their shop for quite a long time and they always say they’re low on guys to fix my car 😠they use to be on time on fixing my car but now I dislike how they’re taking forever to fix it so I probably won’t come back after I get my car out! So unprofessional!!

Lou is the BEST! I first came here years ago to get a tire repaired and I have been coming back for new & used tires ever since. I live in Plano, but I will always go out of my way to come get an estimate on repairs from Lou.

Lou and his guys are honest, above-board mechanics who can handle just about any job. Recently somebody cut a quarter-size hole in my gas tank. Lou went to the trouble of pulling a good used replacement to help on cost, AND had it done within 36 hours.

Lou is the best mechanic! His work is guaranteed!!! I take all my cars to this shop for major and minor repairs!

They really should get no stars I just lefted there the owner I guess he is A Chinese man was sooooo rude and unprofessional and he didnt want to give me service he asked me to turn off my car while a child was in it he never told me to step in anywhere or anything so rude so unprofessional never never will go here again or send anyone bad business 👎🏾

This is Definitely Racist! If your not Vietnamese or White. They will refuse service to you and lie just to get you to leave. They brought me out a tire, I had to go across the street to get cash and came right back with 5 Mins. I could see the shop and No cars pulled in... NOR did they have the opportunity to sell the tire.When I pulled up and said ok I’m ready.They refused to sell me the tire, instead they LIED, and said they sold it. And refused to answer any other questions I had. And said leave!!!!!!I won’t recommend these Rascists to anyone!
