I bought my 20 foot Challenger car hauler in 2019 from another dealer, due to the fact Trailer man did not have one in stock. I had an issue with the trailer lights and axle brake after only one use. I got really sick right after the purchase and could not bring it in for the repairs. Fast forward 2 years, I called Trailer Man to see about having these issues fixed. Told him why I didnt bring it in sooner and he had me bring it in. Fixed everything under warranty and I was on my way. Great service and compassion. I will definitely recommend these guys to buy and take care of your trailer needs.

I dont care about any other review.......Ever been stranded on a long holiday weekend? I have. What started out as a blown wheel bearing on my dual axle trailer turned into a monster! I had some parts but not all and only found them here. Next problem was actually completing the repair. I tried and ultimately threw in the towel. I called Texas Trailer Man for recommendations since Im not from the area. Good ole Bill got Jason on the phone and Jason came out to me! He not only completed the repair I started, but took the job further and inspected the remaining wheel bearings for possible issues. I got back on the road before dark!

I brought my trailer in for an issue and Bill and his employees were great to work with. Even though Id owned it for a while now they resolved the issue for me...now that is great customer service!Oh...and I have LOVED this trailer. Bill helped me custom spec the trailer to ease loading low clearance vehicles. Also chose the dovetail option, an extra set of in floor tie downs and LED floor lighting. It also tows smooth and flat.

Wow! What a horrible experience dealing with The Texas Trailer Man. I feel sorry for his workers. They are great guys as is the secretary, but the owner is a piece of work who has no sense at all about good customer service. I gave him my trailer a month ahead of time and he said that was plenty of time to get it finished. Im now coming on 5 weeks and the job is still not finished. I was cool about it up until today when Bill the owner basically told me tough, that Id just have to wait or come pick up my trailer as is right now. What a jerk! Plus, the whole quoting and pricing process felt shady with this guy. Rather than taking responsibility for not having my trailer done on time, all I got was, deal with it or else. I would steer very, very clear of The Texas Trailer Man! Other shops are more expensive, but worth the quality of mind working with honest folks. If you have a limited budget and have to go with The Texas Trailer Man, just do your best to limit any interaction with the owner. Youll have a much, much better customer experience if you never even have to talk to him. He has some quality folks working for him but Id be surprised if they are there much longer.

Trailer Man over charges. I called to order a Norstar truck bed. Just called to place an order and give my credit card not haggle price. The owner quoted a price over MSRP. When I ask why he was charging more than MSRP, he replied because Norstar only has one ready to go and because of freight and he only makes 15%. I called Circle B Trailers in Cleburne and Saved $950 off what Trailer Man quoted. After I bought the truck bed, I noticed Circle B had dump trailers as well and bought one. I dealt with Ricky and his staff; they were all very polite and knowledgeable. Circle B is a hidden gem. You can find them on the Norstar website dealer locator.

Brian was great. All of our communication was on the phone. I had an employee drop off and pick up the trailer. I had an axle replaced and the other axle bearing repacked along with leafspring parts replaced. The thing that you always worry is that if you’re not there to look at it they’re going to find all these other problems and your bill is going to go while you all you can say is go ahead and do it. That was definitely not the case here and I’m thankful.

Hands down the best place in DFW for a trailer!! Had everything I need to get set up, made sure the trailer was hooked up correctly, measured the pitch and got me in and out fast. Great group and Mr. Boon was awesome to deal with. Will be back for upgrades soon!

I dont know this place very well I work there half a day but when I first started I was told that I would make $9 an hour and I would get 50 cent raise every 30 days well thats not very much money for a 58 year-old man that has a lifetime of experience then he had the audacity to tell me straight pay only no overtime no time and a half sometimes I have to work over past 5 which I dont have a problem with except the fact I have a sales job in the evening that it was going to interrupt but I think the reason the gentleman cannot retain employees is because the way he treats them he might just be a bit arrogant thats just my opinion the trailer work he does is great but the way he treats his employees no thank you Ive worked for less people made more money and was respected more he tells me to go out and do something my way I do it and then its the wrong way because I didnt do it his way will he could have showed me his way to start with Im not too happy with Texas Trailer man Jason is a great guy Im sure but hes got to light a lot to learn with how to treat people I never paid one of my employees less than $15 an hour and that was a 1995 just starting out whether you had any experience or not so I left after half a day and I went ahead and went on to my Roofing sales job where I can make some real money and thats for Jabeau the roofing Pros we do nothing but quality roofs

This was a terrible trailer buying experience. Bill was not honest with me at all. First of all the trailer had the wrong hitch on it, and he was upset with me when I wanted it fixed. It has now been approximately two months since I purchased my trailer and I still do not have my tags. I am being told once again they will be getting them tomorrow. I will never do business with them again!
