Bobbi is awesome! Shes been a ton of help! Very prompt with responses. Responses are very positive and upbeat. We had a problem with our order. She took care of it immediately and didnt make us call and handle it, like what normally wouldve happened. We received 2 mugs and cookies from Bobbi. I feel very valued which Ive never felt before.
