Kevin (FTW Alliance location) was very patient and really knew his stuff. He was able to explain the differences in features between each of the mattresses we tried. He did a great job of explaining the current offers. Checkout was super easy too. (We bought a king Beautyrest Black and MF900 adjustable base.).

We have needed a new bed for AWHILE! We stop by one afternoon to test out mattresses. We were greeted immediately. The store was very clean. The salesperson, Hannah, had a charming and polite demeanor and she was VERY knowledgeable about the variety of products. She wasnt pushy at all. We mentioned we purchased our last at a MF and she suggested we check into our warranty to see if there might be a way to save some money. We left without making a decision that day but returned about a week or 2 later. We were met with the same warmth by Hannah as the 1st visit. She remembered much of what we previously discussed without our prompting. And she was right, we were still under warranty and we completed the claim, got a rapid response of acceptance and put that money saved towards a new mattress that hopefully will improve all the aches and pain caused by our old, sagging mattress!! Thank you Hannah for walking us through the warranty claim and assisting us in choosing the right mattress.

Kevin the manager and the salesgirls went above and beyond my expectations. There was an issue with the first mattress and he offered to personally come to the house and resolve the issue. With the way he handled the situation from the start it showed he truly cares about his customers. The follow up from the store was amazing. Are used two different salesman and two different locations. They both knocked it out of the park gave me a good deal I got 60% off of my two mattresses free delivery and free mattress removal of my old items. I would recommend you go see either one of these gentlemen are used in the two mattress from locations in North Fort worth or Keller up off of 35 and 287 area will be the best decision you made

She is the opposite of a car salesperson. She did all the research for me to get me the best price while I was on site. One stop shopping for convenience worked perfectly here. I bought a mattress protector that I had a problem with. Short of getting a refund, she did everything she could to rectify this issue for me. I would shop with her again! Thank you Justine!

Kevin went above and beyond to help myself and my daughter get new mattresses. He not only was knowledgeable about each mattress, but he was patient answering each of our questions...and we had a lot! My husband, who is blind and in end stage renal failure couldn’t make it to the store to try out mattresses, Kevin explained the trial period which put an ease of mind purchasing something my husband would be sleeping on that he didn’t get to try out. First and last stop while shopping for a new bed. What made us return was the salesman. My husband is a sales manager, and trust me, he abides by the rule you buy from a PERSON.Kevin was our guy. From making the determination of what firmness level we desired, to telling us which adjustable bases he recommends and why, he was straightforward and no B.S.And after looking at another store or two, we came back and within a few minutes, negotiated for precisely what we wanted. No hassle, no isssues. He gave us instruction on tips and tricks to breaking in the new mattress.Hit the swanky store (across the parking lot) with the rehearsed presentation and used car salesman tactics - where you feel the negotiation starts upon entry (and youll be bewildered at trying to figure out actual costs). We had a wonderful experience at this location with Mike. I called ahead to see if they had a specific mattress and they did not, but he looked up when we last purchased our current bed and in doing so realized that we werent happy bcs we needed a firmer bed. So he showed us his firm selection in Tempurpedic and his hybrids. He gave us an amazing deal on 2 beds (our King and a Queen for guest bed room) along with getting our beds the next day and earlier than the scheduled time. Which we were pleased with the delivery guys as well. They helped me put plastic wrap from new beds onto old beds so that we could give them to my sister with better protection. The over all experience was the best bed purchase weve ever had.

JUSTINE IS A GEM. Ask for her. My husband and I came into the store dreading shopping for mattresses because we had gone to Temper and Sleep Experts and were on our last leg of the night and we were pleasantly impress with Justine’s amazing and welcome customer service skills. She gave us personal pillows for us to carry around the store and lay on and she made it such a fun experience, we forgot that we had been there for 2 hours. Money was not the concern when purchasing our mattress, we were tied between Beautyrest or Temper and even with Temper being lower priced, we ended up buying a mattress from Matress Firm instead of Temperpedic because of Justine and her exceptional knowledge of the product and her friendliness and outgoing personality.

I am unhappy with my purchase. The bed is not worth the money at all. I was talked into buying expensive sheets and pillows, but the pillowcases are way too big for the pillows! Why sell me sheets that don’t fit the pillows they are selling me?? On top of that, the pillows are too big for any pillowcases I have in my house. I wasted so much money and none of what I got was worth it. 😢

Mike and his associate really came through for us today. We looked all day for a bed frame for our little girls bed frame. They didnt have what we needed at there location but were quick to jump on the phone and find us what we needed. Thanks guys you saved the day.

Amazing mattresses and friendly services! James the store manager was very helpful and we got a great pillowtop mattress that will make sleeping amazing :). This is our go-to mattress buying store. They also have great pillows and dermafit sheets to complete your set! Delivery is not expensive at all and usually arrives next day if thats what is needed.
