A (Earl Strickland white Cuetec)Then after becoming a better player I needed a more productive cue so, I purchased a Orignial Lucasi (which was my first “big boy” cue)..Went back a year later, and did a custom order on a Olhausen White Sierra table w/ black felt. I had them do a “III” customized on the nameplate.It was SO awesome!I have been going to him for years and years for cue service.I now own a Mike Lambros custom cue, and they were able to handle the tasks of high end cue remarkably. You can trust the “Elite Craftsman”Dereyk with any of your cue needs. From tip work, shaft cleaning, custom tapers and all exotic wraps, (he repaired my genuine elephant ear) and honestly the repair was WAY better than what buffalo bill did.Today though marks a HUGE momentous day for me though, he FINALLY sold me the Holy Grail of all Pool Tables!The Brunswick Gold Crown IV White Limited Edtion table!I’m SO very happy with all the years of service.I can ASSURE you 100% you will too.*** BONUS CONTENT!!Not to mention... My Wife and I decided that wed get pool cues for all six boys in the family for Christmas presents, so Fort Worth Billiards had put together our pool table and leveled it several years ago so we headed there. Their new store on West Vickery is terrific.We were shown a variety of different styles of pool cues for our grown boys and grand sons. They made it easy for us to look around and were there to make suggestions and answer questions. We also ended up buying a Foosball Table for the whole family for Christmas. It was a great experience for my wife and I.

Im not really a pool player but after having so much fun playing pool on my out of state brothers pool table during a visit, I decided to get one myself. Arriving to the Superstore, I was put in touch with an employee named Marc who, despite me telling him that I was looking to getting a table in the future, spent a great deal of time with me, showing what they had to offer, explaining the tables to me, and even showing me their selection of high quality of refurbished tables in the event that I wanted to save on one that was previously owned. I liked his approach. No high pressure sales tactic; no if you buy this table TODAY youll save this or that. He then left me to roam the store to compare tables on my own but was always available to answer any questions I might have. A year later, I purchased a new Brunswick Allenton. Marc (who remembered me) was busy so Ernie assisted me with the purchase. His recommendations for the size, etc were right on point. The delivery was on time. Set up took 2-2.5 hours max, After the set up, the delivery team (who always wore their masks due to covid) was extremely courteous. The offered me info on how to maintain the table and answered all my questions. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with the overall high level of professionalism and treatment I received by this company that I decided to do so. These guys are top notch all the way around and I highly recommend them

I believe i started out with Mark who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with but I wasnt quite ready to make my purchase just yet. Then I called back and Albert the owner was able to help me. I made my order over the phone with him and he was also patient and willing to text me several selections of felt colors until I was completely satisfied! He followed up with my install date and also, when an earlier date became available, he offered it to me. The guys who came and installed were very pleasant and professional. We just purchased a Brunswick air hockey table/ping pong table combo at Forth Worth Billiards Superstore. What a terrific buying experience! The store is exceptionally clean and inviting, and the customer service was great. We were greeted by friendly staff who let us browse, and when we had questions, the owner himself was there to deliver answers and helpful suggestions. We purchased bar stools as well, and the delivery of all these items was made and set up at our home within one week. Everything went exactly as promised, and we could not be happier with our new game room equipment.

Its always been a goal of mine to one day be able to own my own pool table and I got very fortunate that this place was so close to my home. The store itself far exceeded my expectations as they have pretty much everything a home owner with a game room could dream of having.. everything from a dozen or so pool tables with virtually unlimited felt options and colors, arcade games, dart boards, darts, chess boards, poker tables and cards, man cave items, and pool cues etc etc. The gentleman that helps me choose my felt was very knowledgeable and everyone there was super friendly both times Id stopped in to look. I dont know a ton about pool table pricing but I really was actually expecting to spend a lot more on the table and accessories, delivery and setup. The time between ordering and delivery was only I think two or three days. The two guys that came to set the table up were right on time, quick, friendly, efficient, and accurate with their leveling. The table looks and plays great and I couldnt be happier. Service service and service. Wow as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ernest. He knew his way around pool tables and how to make people feel comfortable, we were in over our heads. All we knew was we wanted a new pool table and we had a fairly good-sized budget. However after explaining to Ernest what we needed and wanted he made a couple suggestions and surprisingly enough we came in under budget. How often does that happen when you walk into a place? I am an online shopper and I shopped their prices, at first they looked like they were little high however their prices include delivery and Extras where everybody else its a low price then add,add,add. We really enjoy working with Fort Worth Billiards. We have visited the store several times in the past two years while we were thinking of purchasing a pool table. The store is full of wonderful items, not just pool-related, but things we would use for family fun or parties of all sizes: nifty pool accessories, furniture for around the pool table or dart board or the family game room. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and were very patient with us and our million questions.We finally made the purchase this month and there was no problem in getting what we wanted for the table felt. As well, they were featuring an accessories kit free with the table. Setup went really well! The two gentlemen were so careful with all the pieces, even when they had to carry them up a flight of stairs. They checked with me on all the little details; centering the table carefully on the area rug and checking on the final placement of the table. They then went over the accessories with me so we would have a smooth introduction to the game. Now I am going back to get a few other items that go with the table. I was looking for a pool table to entertain my guest and Ft worth billiards was the place to go. the minute i stepped in i was greeted very promptly. told them was i was looking for and in 5 minutes i had purchased the table. it was so easy and so many game room furniture and tables etc. to choose from. they were on time and installed my pool table a little over 1 hour and it was done very perfectly.i would recommend if your are looking for a billiards store this is your 1 stop shop.
