Great place the lady here is very knowledgeable about her birds for sale and nurses all her hatchlings. Great payment plan for birds make a deposit and you can continue paying for them until they are winged and ready to go. You can visit them and get to know your bird

Pampered Parrot is a great place to find a pet bird! The owner is very knowledgeable about parrots and birds in general. I bought a Congo African Grey from them and I feel very fortunate. I was able to visit my African Grey every week until she was ready to come home. The staff at Pampered Parrot was very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in birds.

The lady who works there is very educated and sweet. I went there in December to look at the birds and she was very informative and had the right information unlike most pet stores. I would rate this store more than 5 starts if I could. Amazing! 💖💖💖

Wow Danille Fields was amazing!!! I just left her store and she was wonderful to speak to and get advice from!I just brought a Quaker Parrot from a breeder (I unfortunately didn’t discover Pampered Parrot until after I purchased my Quaker that I have now) but my parrot and me are having some issues bonding and playing the step up game and getting my parrot comfortable around me. Well she showed me how to do the step up game correctly with my parrots age and for the first time he played the step up game with me!!! He did it!!! It was amazing! And all because she took the time to speak to me and guide me and gave me hope that my parrot and I will have a great bond one day!!! Lisa also in her store was amazing very kind and listened to me also and gave me hope!!! This store is amazing and I will for sure be making all my parrot purchase needs from Pampered Parrots. She cares about the birds and also educating people correctly! So excited about this store and I can’t wait to visit back!!! I love this place! The owner is very knowledgeable & helped me with my new Macaw, Ozzie. He is 4 to 5 years old and his claws were very overgrown. He also had some over growth on one side of his beak. She trimmed everything up and did things the way I would have done. She was very gentle with my new feather baby! Im going to be taking him back soon to work on his claws & beak again. You have to do them a little at a time. I highly recommend this place! I may go there this weekend to shop for an amazon!

Only place that sells lorikeet food. The owner is very sweet and helpful. She knows her stuff! She also will board your bird while you go on vacation. I highly recommend her.

Went to the store today. My 13 year old and I had a lot of fun. We own smaller parrots (budgie and cockatiel) and found a lot of unique and appropriate toys and other items. I really like the owner. She was super friendly, helpful and talkative. I will definitely be back often, even though its a bit of a drive to get there. I think one of the reasons I really liked it was because it was not a slick, fancy store but one that is homey and inviting. I strongly recommend this store and the wonderful owner.

Store hours are not correct, drove here from out of town on a Sunday, got there about 1pm and the store hours clearly stated they closed at 5pm. doors were locked with a sign in the door saying they were closed, however the hours posted on google AND on the store window clearly stated they should have been open till 5pm. Went to Pet Smart instead

Excellent bird shop with plenty of supplies. Very knowledgeable staff, with big bird hearts! Def recommend for all bird needs.

Small shop friendly staff. We had a good experience seeing the different birds here. The owner is passionate about birds but can come off rude at times. I wouldnt want someone fake but after hearing her talk about the birds it makes you reconsider getting a bird at all. Lots of negative talk and it scares you away from wanting to make any commitment.

One of only two (I think) bird-specific pet stores in the DFW area, and definitely the superior of the two. Reasonable bird-adoption prices, and GREAT prices on goods and food. Knowledgeable owner(s)/staff, as well as grooming service and temporary bird-sitting service!

I am a owner of a baby parrot i searched in google for aviaries and Pampered Parrots popped up I was glad to see it was nearby; the breeder is excellent and very knowledgeable about birds she helped me out answered all my questions I had concerning my parrot they have just about everything you may need concerning your bird! Its first impression was Magical!, There were so many birds and they had a great Display of a whole bunch of cages and toys!When I went a second time I learned a bit more about owning birds in general and some good tips from the owner, I Totally recommend Checking the place out!

What a gem of a place to visit while we were in Fort Worth. The owner was very friendly and helpful and knows her birds. They had a good selection of toys and products and you can tell the birds there are very well cared for.

I love this place i have bought my birds here and the ladies are really nice..and a wonderful bird sitter..

Unprofessional with no business ethics and customer service. We checked their website to confirm whether they are open on Sunday and they showed open. We also called twice and call went straight to the voice mail with a message “we are open wed thru sunday until 5pm”. I drove 40 miles with my wife, kids and mom only to see a closed sign. The lady was inside and we requested if we can have a quick look but she rudely told my wife that they are closed today and leaving for mothers day dinner. I expect her to at-least update their voice mail if not the information on google. Website is outdated and of no use. Never going back to this store.

The proprietor is very knowledgeable about all parrot varieties. Their prices arent bad (read: better than PetSmart) and they are the best source for bird supplies in the Fort Worth area. This is where we go for toys, perches, etc. for our two African Greys. We also get their beaks and wings trimmed at Pampered Parrot.

I find it rather funny she has escapee conures. But besides that she kind of gives off a small vibe that she doesnt want to sell any parrots, so to exchange that vibe she does sell perches, toys, and carriers.

Anyway, to MY personal experience:My wife and I have been visiting Pampered Parrot for every bird need since we discovered it about 6 months ago. We take our Sun Conure there for trims. He loves hanging out on the perches and eating the complimentary snacks.The owner is very kind and informative. Shes a bit quirky, but has a lot of life hacks and advice for bird owners. The bird toys there are all high-quality and creative (and much less expensive than the chain pet places!).I dont know what to say about birds for sale, other than I know she plays with them often to keep them well-socialized. She has some bird hotel thing, where you can drop your feathered-child off for the weekend or whatever for somewhere around 8 bucks per day. A great service if all your friends/family are scared of getting their fingers bitten off from bird.GET YOUR BIRD FOOD/SNACKS HERE! Its HALF the price of the exact same stuff sold at PetCo, Petsmart, etc. If youre looking for anything bird, fly here. Ive been here at least 7 or 8 times and have had a positive experience every time. 🐥🐦🐥
