I absolutely love this store. They dont have the stock of the big Bass Pro or Cabela stores though they can order you anything the big stores stock. The people always treat me like family and they will help you any way they can with your boating needs. 👍👍

Horrible customer service. I called ahead to confirm that they worked on Mercruisers and that they were an authorized dealer and that they could perform warranty work. I provided specs on my boat before driving to the shop. Upon arrival, I was met by someone who immediately said they didnt work my my boat, they only work on Mercruiser. I explained that my boat has brand new Mercruisers and that I called before showing up...at which point I realized that this was not the shop to perform maintenance on my boat. I do not recommend this facility for any service or maintenance.

Long but good story.. We bought our Pontoon boat in Grapevine, but have always taken it to this location for service because we live in Mansfield. . Took it in for the first 200 hr check up. Had less than 50 hours but it was a year we had it so felt a good ideal, they had our boat for almost 2 weeks. Very next year we took in because we had water in the logs, they had for 3 weeks. 3 years ago I noticed the motor log had bolts loose and pulled through frame. Took it in and they fixed it under warranty had my boat for over a month and this was July. Summertime when you want your boat... So by the time we got it back we only had it out once briefly. Next year comes may/June and the motor starts messing up. We were told it had a fouled plug??? Remember we still have less than 200 hours .... so they kept it for 3 weeks to fix and I paid for the repair. Took it out on a couple of short trips because I told James that the motor was setting too low in the water. He said take pictures of it on the water while moving?.. so this year 2020. My family does a vacation every year with my boys (3) and their families and we decided to go to Lake Texoma and do Stripper fishing. Day 1 we got out on the lake and just tooled around for about an hour. Day 2 we got out and trolled for probably two hours and on the way back to the dock the motor started messing up. We thought maybe something got around the motor.. We checked it at the dock and seemed to run ok..so we pulled it out of the wateR and planned an early morning fishing trip the next day. Backed the boat out and it could barely have enough power to pull off the trailer. The ram was so steep that it kinda floated off and we tied to the dock put the boat in neutral to see if maybe something was clogged... nothing, now the boat stopped running completely and we had to pull back on the trailer by rope and wench. Our 5 days of being on the lake became a nightmare as far as the fishing trip went. So when we got back we took it in knowing we wouldn’t see our boat for a month, but (here is the reason for 5 stars) Jesse who must be new because I have never met him before took over. He found a fouled plug, same plug that fouled last time.... so he replaced the plug coils and I told him of how low the motor ran in the water, the pod issue and overall history. Between him and Hershel they agreed and raised the motor up on the pod. Oh and only had the boat a week. We took it out and it was much better but still ran a little low in the water so Jesse and said in the beginning if it did to bring it back and they would raise it another hole. We did and they raised it only had it a day!!! Apparently when they replaced the motor pod the welder put the motor at its lowest position. Now she runs like she did when we first bought her And even faster, we can trim it out to where she just scoots across the water like skipping a rock!! Thank you Jesse and Hershel! Y’all are the best!!

Went to pickup my boat for warranty work, recall and maintenance. Was having a gas issue starting primed. New fuel pump under recall will fix it sir. You need this other$600 worth of work you will be running fine. Mind you I live an hour away in good traffic. Get home loaded it up vest, fish finder, tackle the poles, anchor get it in the water and it dont work. Thanks Bass Pro. Wasted my labor day weekend.

I didn’t know they didn’t keep your boat under covered parking when you drop off for maintenance. Nobody mentioned anything about a cover. Now I have do deal with the end results of a rain storm

Refused to accept gift card even though they have accepted them the last several times. Rude Staff and manager. Will be letting everyone in the fishing community know. Called corporate and was told the store must accept gift cards, yet the manager there refused.

Great customer service. I knew what I wanted before I went in. They ordered the boat and had it all set up within a few days everything went so smooth. I would recommend any one looking to buy a boat that you do it here. I worked with lauren she kept me updated on the boat and gave me a walk thru of the boat and how everything worked.

Closed earlier than posted time. According to the paper flyer posted in the door window of their business and the recorded message, they were suppose to close at 4pm on July 1, 2017. After a few phone calls and no response I drove to the location to find out they closed before 3pm. We need to hold them accountable for their actions and not only give them a bad review which people have but also report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have been warned about them but thought I would give them a chance and not to my surprise they failed to deliver once again. Buyer Beware!! Due to the incompetance of the business my Plans for the July 4th are cancelled. Not only are they costing peoples time but money wasted on a boating trip that will not happen due to them over promising and under delivering. I had planned on buying a rig from them but now will do my shopping somewhere else. If they have a habbit of treating their customers like this I can not imagine what it would be like spending $50,000 plus. They need better communication skills if they plan to stay open in the future. If you have had a similar experience please post, so we can get the word out. Thank you

Im knew to boats so I dint know but they should really check in to making boats ready for customers to pick up.. missing one stainless steel ring for my cup holder Gas gauge did not work pressure line that hooks up to my speedometer was pissing water all over the electronics underneath the console it was not hooked up I was panicking out in the water since Im new and all.. Jack was faulty had to get it replaced.. over all Im not satisfied with my very first purchase.. got everything tooken care of at wacomotorsports they took good care of me..

I went in and ask about the Bass Tracker classic. The salesman told me several times that the order time is 6 weeks. I called two other dealers, they both said that there running 14 weeks. This dealership is not being honest about these boats. People are being promised 6 week when really its 14 weeks or longer. Will not deal with these people. I will go to Bass pro shop in Grapevine.
