Dont buy parts from here, I bought a MAP sensor for my sonata they gave it to me on a beat up boxes that was already open however i didnt end up using the sensor so I try to return it and they said that they cant take it because the box was open and looks beat up. I will recommend guys go to a different dealership.

I was there last week just to change the oil. They made me to take additional service like tire rotation, balance, alignment which I think is for no use. I can see all of the tire are in same place as they used to be. The tires were not rotated at all but they charged for the service. I almost waited 2-3 hours just for a oil change which I feel is unnecessary. They could have finished it sooner but took more time to make me feel like they did additional service which they did not. I am very disappointed.

Made an appointment, was seen on time. Service was fast, lounge comfortable with free coffee while I waited. Received timely updates from the my service manager, Mike, who also gave me advice on getting future work done. I did have a small problem later the same day, I called back and they were able to squeeze me in to look at my car and resolve the issue. Happy with the overall experience and will come back.

I was shocked. I thought that I would get the run around, added stress, lies etc. However, they got Mz. Mocca in and out. Not a long wait to get my keys or paperwork. I wasnt there more than 10 minutes for pick up. Now thats service. To the service dept. Keep the integrity in tact, it goes a long way!!!!

Worst experience at any Hyundai service department ever. Weve been a Hyundai customer for 20 years in three different states. Made an appointment online for a Visual inspection of engine / transmission, dye added to system as needed and results report to client. We also added to that a request to get our AC checked our shocks/suspension checked and any service recommendations quoted for these items. We wanted a separate quote for our stolen Catalytic converter too. We are proactive and wanted to get ahead of the game being our car has 150k miles and we want it to last 150 more.Service advisor let us spend 15 minutes telling him everything we wanted but didnt bother to write up the work requested. He just smiled and said theyd check everything end to end. We assumed it was in good hands but then found out they did not even pull it into the stall until we called at 2 pm to find out what the status was.When we picked it up an hour later the service advisor gave us a bill for $116 for the catalytic converter quote and a 13 point inspection. We asked about the other things we specifically asked for and he said wed have to talk to the techinian about it. I work for a dealership and it is not the techs job to know what a customer asked for. That is the service advisors job. It is clear the tech did nothing else we asked because he wasnt let known. If he was it would have been on the paperwork.Zach over heard and said we could make an appointment for everything we wanted done. We said that is what we actually asked for on this appointment. Waste of time. Knew we should have went to the dealer in Irving. Never going back again. The least they could have done is offer to credit our bill due to the lack of professionalism.

I had my worst customer service. I had AC repairs, covered by my warranty. They told me 4 times it would be ready, it was not. Took nearly two weeks. One time I even was there to pick it up, only to be told it wasnt ready, yet again. I had tried to call 5 times before going, and they dont answer their phones. They physically had my property and wont communicate or answer. They told me the warranty holder hadnt approved the repairs, even though the warranty place said they send it over 2 days prior. Such a frustrating experience. Would give 0 stars if possile.

Went there with my wife to buy a car gave some of our information and the guy tried to pull our credit without telling us and we haven’t even seen a car yet.Then had us there for a hour to come and tell us the four car that I came to see none of them was there .Worst place ever I will never go to that place again

Over and above, went to get an oil change and they recommended a tune up. My car is driving way better and I swear they fixed some problem in my shifter without even saying anything. Great service

They happened to have the car I was looking for(used). And their no-haggle price was fair.I do have a complaint: when I was in the finance office, and discussing terms, I added $1,000 to my down payment to get the monthly payment lower. Well, the finance guy bumped the interest up 1% thinking I didnt notice, so the change in payment was minimal.I plan to pay off the car early, so I didnt make a fuss. But if you plan to pay out the term, buyer beware.

They fixed my car in a timely manner. two days later it did the same thing. honestly do not know if the timely manner was because they rushed it since it was a warranty issue. now im stuck trying to figure out how to get the car back home.

When my husband and I were looking for cars, we stopped here to look because my rental was a Hyundai and I loved it. We walked around for 15ish minutes looking and not one person came to check on us. Instead they all stood by the door talking to each other.

Ayy I did not buy a car here last week and it is already draining oil now I am very unhappy I have not even the month and it is already causing a problem. 5,000 down payment and another detail that does not work .. it will be that since I am Hispanic or a woman it is not the same deal with a man.But I got carried away that he was a good dealer and treated everyone the same way.
