Miguel was a good match for a salesman - he answered my questions and gave useful information with the test drive without pressuring me (which doesnt work). We had a couple speed bumps after sale re: Tire Pressure Warning and key FOBs, but they were resolved to my satisfaction and I will consider AutoNation Richland for my next purchase!
