This shop has a lot of potential but we were there on a bad day. The two young workers were apparently new hires and didnt know their products (didnt know if they had decaf latte) and didnt know how to make them. We ordered a pastry and they didnt ring it up so we never got it. Finally an adult came out from the back and gave them some guidance. They were out of nonfat milk. Ultimately we waited 25 minutes for two lattes. I wish this business all the best. I might be willing to give it another try but this experience was disappointing.

This is the cutest little shop. It is hidden away in a small shopping center across from Central HS. We stopped by on a whim and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We tried the strawberry and peach babau tea and it was fantastic. We will have to stop back in for some yogurt at some point. This little place had board games for the kiddos to play and it was super clean. Very excited to find a nice getaway so close to home.

The boba was awful and very hard. And there were no frozen yogurt flavors to choose from. The drink was gross

Place smells a little weird. I ordered Gelato and the lady did not use gloves while scooping/handling my order. Originally wanted froyo, but only 2 flavors were available.

Horrible service and products. The Gelato was very gritty and half melted. The Boba tea was overally sweet and not mixed. The cashier was very rude when we had questions his only reply was yup. Will definitely not be going back

I went into this cute shop near closing time but she was still very patient with me as I was looking forward to the pistachio almond but they no longer served it😭 I was able to get a mango/strawberry mix along with a cake pop(EXTREMELY rich chocolate batter. Just one will due honestly) and a 7 layer bar. Looking forward to try the boba tea next time.

It is really good I recommend this instead of any other boba and Ice cream place they have coffee too you should really go the employees are super nice

I made an order on their website for pick-up, and they supposedly didn’t receive the order. They also didn’t have any of the gelato flavors we wanted and ordered on their website. Terrible squeaking noise inside the restaurant the entire time I was there.

They were out of pretty much everything, and workers were unbelievably unprofessional.

Nice lady but it just really wasnt good at all but 1 star for the lady staying to work there. Also it was mostly out of the things I wanted and there were very limited options due to everything being out. Wouldnt come back

Fun FroYo shop! Frozen Yogurt selection galore with all the toppings you could ever want. The place has lots of comfortable seating.The yogurt was fantastic...froozen just right, and even the non-fat flavors were super creamy and not icy at all. 5 stars for sure!e

The person who helped us was really sweet but definitely not coming back. Choices were limited and froyo machine was broken. Also the place didnt smell very nice for a place serving sweets. Ordered the taro milk tea with jasmine and it tasted sour and left a bad taste in my mouth.

My family and I enjoy going here, its a cute place with friendly staff and good frozen yogurt

The pumpkin chai latte Is tasty drink. Chocolate croissants were freshly baked. I will have to go back again and try one of their other pastries.Gelato tiramisu was great.

This is our favorite ‘boba place’ and we love their gelato.

Choices were slim. Floors were sticky and there was mold on the blackberries. Dude who served us was super nice. Wasn’t enough to get us to go back.

New owner has up graded the offerings and signage. Nice place to stop in or to hang out at. Boba teas are great! Froyo with toppings galore. Coffees too. I suggest more box game options with extended hours for late night study groups and get togethers..

I legit love this place so much. The lady treats me like a granddaughter and has the nicest smile. I get boba tea and frozen yogurt here at least once a week. The flavors are awesome (especially pomegranate). The place is like one of those cool hangouts in Disney shows. I love it so much:))

I hope that the new management means new ownership. When last I visited, I was regaled (by the owner) with stories of how the high school students across the street would put their heads under the frozen yogurt fountain and fill up their mouths, or they would ask for a free sample cup and keep refilling it. She made efforts to prosecute them. However when I left that day, I left behind a limited edition discontinued moisturizer that she first shared with her employees and then took home instead of putting in the lost and found. I called and texted, even stopped by since she initially promised to pay me for it, but all she would do is try to ignore me, or scurry away quickly. She doesnt want to be stolen from, but she steals...

There is a new owner as of 2 weeks ago. She bakes the best treats. The Boba teas are fantastic. Games to play with kids. Im not a frozen yogurt fan, but the kids love it!

I LOVE this place. It has great flavors and some of them are dairy free. The person behind the counter is very nice. She does a great job and has added great things to the atmosphere of the place.

Weird atmosphere. No music or noise of any kind really. Also no public restrooms. Broken Froyo machines.

I love the coffee at this place. Espresso is great. Chocolate Croissants are excellent.

Posted new store hours on door stating they close at 9pm. I pulled up at 8:15 and it was all shut down closed for the night.

I came today to get an strawberry smoothie with bobas, the bobas was not the same as always some were small and tastes like pure sugar ugh 😣and the others the usual black ., I I really miss Ms. Lisa, flavor and quality of smoothies were much better.

A bit sad. Once you have been to Menchis or Sweet Frogs, this place cant compare. No trying the flavors before deciding. A bit of an odd odor and dirty. This was my first time and I had hopes to find another good froyo closer to my home. Same pricing as competition also.

Stopped in last night with the family. The frozen yogurt itself is fine, nothing spectacular, just like any other generic frozen yogurt chain. My one star review is for the grumpy character working behind the counter. I am sorry that my family and I interrupted your evening and made you actually have to work. I am sorry you had to sit on a chair and frown at us so we could pay you $28 for 5 frozen yogurts. And thanks for giving my autistic son dirty looks because he cant figure out how the sauce dispensers work. Its OK, he has no social skills so he probably didnt even pick up on your attitude. And no, please, dont get up, I will stretch all the way across the counter to sign for my payment. And youre welcome. Oh wait, you didnt even say thank you, so I guess I dont need to say youre welcome. No customer service here, I wont be going back. Next time Ill drive the extra 5 minutes to sweetFrog.

Only froyo place I can stand, nothing horribly artificial or too sweet, very pleasant. Restaurants have their specialties, dont expect everything on the menu to be good.

Nice atmosphere and really cool toppings. Unfortunately it seems the machines are always done and only have 3-5 flavors.

Went here to get my boba fix because it was the closest to my work. I will not be going back. I ordered Thai tea with boba. It taste like it was made from a powder and not real tea, it was way too sweet, and has a weird after taste. It made my stomach upset.

Yummy but pricey! 0.55/ounce. We had two coupons for free 3oz so we thought wed get a free small treat. We got their smallest cups and even with our coupons it was $6.67 just for two. Fresh ingredients, nice atmostphere. Bring a $20. I fail to see how these coupons are going to bring in repeat business, because I feel like I got burned.

I went here this morning and ordered a strawberry milk boba tea, what I got was a boba tea make with jam, not powder. It tasted terrible and the cup was so flimsy, the service was nice but I might only go back to try the milk tea

Just moved to the area. Have visited twice; Amazing owner, staff and desserts! Family friendly- all ages. Highly recommended!!

The girl working the counter was very nice, and was about the only positive thing about this place. I ordered a cherry strawberry smoothie, and before ordering, asked if the fruit they used was fresh fruit. (I only asked because I have worked at a smoothie/coffee shop before and unfortunately was only allowed to make smoothies with fruit flavored syrup, and I personally prefer fresh fruit) I was then told that they purchase frozen fruit and use that, and that was fine by me. To my dismay, they used frozen maraschino cherries, and a ton of ice. The manager oversaw the young girl make my drink and told her to keep adding more ice and less fruit. After I got my drink I didnt get the chance to taste it right away since I was in a hurry but once I did, I was severely dissapointed. It just tasted like ice and milk with a faint hint of something sweet. A small smoothie that cost me almost 5 dollars went right down the drain. SUPER bummed. Wont ever be returning here.

Lisa makes excellent boba tea. the milk tea is some of the best Ive tasted. she doesnt fill your cup full of ice before she pours, so a large is actually a large!

Ordered my fiancé’s boba tea right as I walked in. GotTwo frozen yogurts (minimal flavor choice) went to the topping display most of the toppings were out, the cookie dough bites and cheese cake bites looked wet which was a turn off. Took the yogurts out to my car after paying and still had to wait 5 minutes for the tea. My fiancé said the drink was warm and it was the constituency was pure liquid. Won’t be returning.

The frozen yogurt is so good and lots of topping options. Theres something for everyone including those that dont like frozen yogurt.

The owner is extremely friendly, the sitting area is adorable and this little shop has become my new regular stop for boba tea. Very convenient location for me.
