Had a great time maki g terrariums with my family. Good selection of plants. Would love to have seen a wider array of options for the add-ins. It is crowded since all the materials are in one small area but fun nonetheless.

I really love this place. I’ve been coming to them since the beginning. I love the atmosphere and prices. My only complaint is I’ve since the male owner be pretty rude to his employees. He’s spoken harshly to them on more than one occasion that I’ve been there.

The shop is very small and difficult to walk throughout. A week after buying several plants from them, I saw the exact same plants at home depot for half the price. Of course it is difficult competing with big box stores, I just couldnt help but feel ripped off. If the price varies by 25% I can chalk it up to you win some you lose some, but every single plant was double the price and extremely readily available at other retailers.Having said that, I would still send beginners to them. Staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Having the build your own terrarium set up can be fun and a reason to visit. I personally will never buy from them again, and would advise others to price shop if thats a high priority to you.

We had a great time making these! If youre a newbie to this like we were, someone will walk you through how to build your terrarium. They also tell you how to care for it afterwards. You can pick from a variety of price ranges based on the container you choose. The price includes all the base materials and some decorative sands and figures/toys. There is an additional cost for certain types of figures/toys and those are priced individually, but nothing more than an additional dollar or so based on what you pick. I thought this was worth the money for the experience and what you get to take home with you!

I love it here, i wish i could live here. their selection of plants is pretty good and they give you the information you need to keep them going. they also offer free plant assistance through email, if anything seems off about your plan you can email them a picture and they will help you out. building terrariums is also very fun! they take you step by step and are really helpful overall. all the little things you can put into your terrarium are also really cute!

My boyfriend and I finally decided to come into this little shop and fell in love!He decided to build his own Star Wars themed cacti pot and I have to hold off until I can get my sister to come visit with me because she LOVES succulents.So far the little cactus he got is still going strong! He killed a bonsai tree before so we were hesitant on getting another plant until we came to this place.

This place is so cool. The workers are very friendly and have advice on how to properly care for your plants. A great vibe, I will definitely be going here for my plants from now on!

They have a nice selection of plants and even some rare ones too! The guy who helped us at the counter was very knowledgeable and very nice too! Loved this cute shop!

I visit weekly. They have carry succulents you can find at any other nursery. Plants are healthy and staff is great. They know their plants!!

Informative and great fun! They help you step by step to make your own terrarium. You also get to decorate it at with different figures, sands, and more. They also have a great selection of plants to purchase. As well as local art!

This place is awesome! You can make your own terrarium. You pick out everything! From the gravel color to the plants. And they guid you each step to make sure you pick the right plants and help you plant them correctly if needed. Then you can add fun stuff to decorate. And the great thing, if your plants die, they will get you some new ones, for a small charge, just bring it back. Great customer service! I recommend!

First time in this place, incredibly helpful and outgoing. The amount of plants and variety surprised me! Cant wait to go again in the future!

If you want a terrarium do your self a sold and just come here. They have all the basics you need to get started as well as a wide range of plants and props to choose from. Ill definitely be coming back!

I stepped carefully through the moss covered ground; Ferns towered above me. Following a faint trail around a rock out cropping, I suddenly came across the T-Rex. I took a step back and refocused my eyes ... on the rest of this amazing Terrarium and Plant shop. The tiny plastic dinosaur hiding amongst the living plants of the small terrarium really caught my eye, but there are a lot more marvels here. One of the fun aspects of Ephemera is making your own terrarium. Do it as a group activity with your friends or do your own thing. If you just want a quick gift, grab one off the shelf. But if you want a great gift, bring your friend and have them build their own. Locally owned and operated by wonderful people.

This was my first time, and I was super impressed! Suz was so helpful, patient, answered all of my questions, had great ideas, and helped me customize...I was so happy with the end product! Ephemera has anticipated and taken care of all the details, providing instructions on how to care for your plants...and even complimentary special packaging because I was buying it as a gift!P.S. I returned to get a plant for myself! Amanda was super friendly, patient, and craaaazy knowledgeable!

I love this store so much! It is everything a plant lover could want and more. They have a great array of containers and will just sell the containers to you. Great selection of succulents and also little figurines. This place gives me so much joy. Oh, yeah, everyone is super friendly and helpful, too!

Great place. The staff is friendly. They walk you through the entire process of creating your terrarium in easy to understand terms. I would definitely recommend as a fun group activity.

Showed up at 11 today because the website and business cards both say they open at 11 Thursdays. Arrived but no one was there. Called and the voicemail said they opened at 12 instead. We waited an hour and 20 minutes continuously checking their Instagram to see if any updates would be posted. Two people showed up with plants and were walking in and out of the building whilst being knowledgeable that we were waiting in the lobby. This happened for about 10-15 minutes then eventually a woman who didn’t even work for their office informed us they would be closed.I find it very unprofessional that either one of the two individuals carrying in the plants couldn’t have taken 20 seconds to open their door and inform us of this themselves. Instead we sat and waiting for almost 2 hours just to be disappointed.

Succulents are very popular and Ephemera adds a little twist. They sell comic books in addition to making your own terrarium. Not only can you choose your own unique container to make one, but you can also add little comic characters, colored rocks, and other items.I spent a little less than an hour picking my container, succulent, and perfecting the additions. The containers can get very pricey (the price on the container is for one plant and all materials). I wonder if they would give a discount for bringing in your own container. The cat one pictured was $20. They also have plenty of completed terrariums to choose from.The owner was very helpful giving us step by step instructions and tips for how to decorate. The owners also gave complete instruction on how to take care of the succulent. Overall, it was a great experience.

We had such a great time working with the employees to make our terrariums. There are so many ways to make each one unique. It was fun to look at the different planters, plants, and items. I cant wait to go back.

Really enjoy this magical place! I happened to stumble upon it on facebook and now we take anyone visiting fort worth here! It is so much fun as they guide you through creating a terrarium. They also educate you on how to take care of your new plant friend and offer a consult service if your plant friend starts to die. This is fun for everyone! Trust me, my boyfriend loved it so much he wants to go back to make a 3rd one!

Amazing place with good varieties of plants to choose from.I gave it two star because..., they claimed that if our plants have any issues send them a picture a they will guide us through taking care of it. Yet no responds.

Love this place! Great place for date night. Friendly, helpful service thats helps you thru every step. Also educates you on maintenance of the plants. Lots of choices to decorate with. Can also bring wine/beer with you to classes (have to bring own glasses). A+

We brought our daughter and 2 of her friends for here forher 13th birthday . They had a great time! I forgot the name of the girl who “hosted” us. (She had brown hair, bangs and glasses) She was fantastic. All the terrariums turned out great. This place is a neat place to do something different.

This is one of my favorite places. Not only is it fun they are the sweetest people. My terrarium was struggling and I called them and they helped me find a spot in my office where my plants have thrived!!
