I have been a loyal customer to Sephora for many years and the location at university in Fort Worth has made me feel uncomfortable the past 3 times I have been there. I have been followed around the store like I am going to steal something. The last time I was there which would be 6/2/2021 I had a sales lady watch me like a hawk and quite literally run across the store to follow me until she saw I was getting in line to pay. I have never felt more discriminated against in my entire life. Do better at this Fort Worth location.

For the most part this Sephora always has what I need but I just always feel like Im being treated like Im going to steal something until I get up to the counter and they hear how many points I have. Then all of a sudden they are nice. It just constantly feels like if you dont have a certain look they act like you shouldnt be there.

Amazing!!!I was greeted and checked on multiple times. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name who helped me but she was so nice and informative. Definitely going back!!

Most of the employees are nice, but the perfume area employee said we had to smell through our masks, and we tried but could not smell. There is no reason we can’t slide it through the mask to smell- this lady took issue with that. After we just did it anyways, she walked away and refused to help us anymore. We wanted professional help finding a perfume, but they never helped us.

I dont like giving one star reviews and this is no reflection of the employees, which I am sure are doing their best. I live almost an hour away and multiple times I came up here they would be closed for the safety of their employees and customers before and after black friday, but of course they were conveniently open one of the busiest weekends of the entire year when people pack into stores (Black Friday!!) I can only imagine the whiplash the poor employees have gotten throughout this year...Needless to say I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty and drove up a couple of times to exchange it (once they were closed, the second time the werent letting anyone into the store and their computer system was down so they couldnt do the return). Ive finally tried a third time and they say they cannot because its been past 60 days. Again, a reflection on the company, not the employees who I could tell genuinely wanted to help me, but I cannot bring myself to shop with this company anymore. The false care for their employees coupled with being closed half the time and then not accepting returns past their date is unacceptable.

I appreciate how knowledgeable the employees are and how kind they were to my daughter. It was her first visit matching her skin to foundation and it was a quick visit at that. I give credit to the ladies who knew there foundation shades! Also loved how knowledgeable the lady was with moisturizer brands. Thank you!

Came in today around noon at your opening time. Made a purchase and something else caught my eye as I was browsing the product only to look to my left seeing two Sephora employees talking about me. (Eyeballs say a lot) I caught them yes and they knew it as I left and before I walked out they were both starring at me. A very uncomfortable feeling.. They were too busy gossiping instead of asking me if I needed help. Will never come back to your location

Sooooo I was color matched and let me tell yall. I HATE THE FOUNDATION. It smells awful its not my color and when I tried to return it I pretty much was told that it was too late and too bad. Like homegirl didnt even try to help, just told me that it was too late. I mean I understand what she meant but like I will just not be returning. She didnt even call a manager, nothing. Honestly kinda upsetting. I paid 50 dollars to be sold some nasty foundation that smells like straight up alcohol. Hope these employees learn to color match and to understand their guest better. Bye Sephora, it was nice while it lasted.

Choosing a new perfume during covid could have been miserable, but the incredible patience of their staff made it enjoyable.

The girls that work here are absolutely awful. When I went to ask a question, before she even answered me this one girl whispered into another girls ear and then gave me a dirty look and a snarky answer. I literally just wanted to go in to buy some make up I didn’t need that rude experience that left me so angry! Definitely will not be returning to Sephora ever again, So for anyone reading this, save yourself The BS and just go to Ulta!

Customer service at this location is always amazing!I usually come here to browse the fragrances and every time I visit, the staff here never disappoint. Gabriella assisted me in the fragrance department today and helped put together some fragrance samples for me; her customer service is amazing! I will definitely go back and see if shes around next time to help me out again!

I love taking my wife here to help her pick out makeup or any other beauty products and skin care. The isles are very neat and stocked. All the staff members are happy to help and are very knowledgeable about most of the products. Lines while checking out are typical but if backed up they get a couple staff members to help knock the line out. Returns are quick and easy as my wife has skin irritations, its hard to find the right products for her.

Someone isn’t doing their job if what the app/online says is available in store or for pickup isn’t actually available, do better and don’t charge my card if something isn’t available

I dont know alot about makeup and skin care. I came in and a sweet lady helped my find the perfect foundation and color after trying 3 or 4 of them as well as helped me identify a dry patch is wasnt even aware of. She got me set up with Hanna who answered 100 questions of mine happily, gave me a great facial explaining every step of the way and then even emailed me a list of all the products she used. Thank you so much for being so patient and happy to help!

One of my favorite places to shop for my makeup! 💄Sometimes they are out of stock of a few items but they are super friendly and recommend other brands that could place the original item you were looking for.

I love Sephora they have some many makeup brands. I love makeup and this is the store for me. Every time I go the makeup advisors ask me if I need any assistance which is nice. My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t have certain products I’m looking for.

Walked in and was created right away! Let her know what I was looking for and she directed me to Hanna a Skin specialist. I recently had a breakout and am wanting to go more of the natural route for skin care. She was patient with all my questions and didn’t try to up sell or sell me anything I didn’t need. I found out she does facials as well, she gave me her card so we can book one. I haven’t always had pleasantly experiences in this location but this time was top notch! Thank you Ladies for your help and guidance!

I finally feel like I can say something. I went to this Sephora with my beautiful son, I was pushing him in he’s stroller. We had just walked in the store and a lady walks up to us I thought she was going to greet me, you know the normal things the workers of Sephora do. Well not this time she ask why my son didn’t look like me and if I had taken him from his “real” mother and if she should call the cops. I was shocked I didn’t know what to say, I found myself laughing and trying not to cry. That day still plays in my head and I still feel the pain.

I love this particular location because it is in a strip mall and easily accessible.

My color artist was amazing. Love the staff here. they are so friendly and helpful and have so much knowledge about products!

Jessica did such a great job helping me achieve the look I hoped for with my eyebrows! She was very knowledgeable and guided through different products I was curious about. She really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her for any questions you may have.

I went to this location today and had the most pleasant customer service experience ever, in cosmetics. Bree is the sales representative who gave me all of her undivided attention. She listened to my concerns and didnt try to quickly shove products down my throat, or overload me with information. She even asked if I was okay with the pace of conversation we were moving at. Im very confident that every product she recommended are ones I will continue to buy. Really enjoy this particular store.

I went into Sephora having a bit of a bridal emergency meeting to pick a signature scent for the bride because she got held up with family and I was being a good bridesmaid.Gabriella was so helpful and found the kind of fragrances I was looking forand package them all together so that I could take them to the bride and let her decide and when I came back to the store Ashley helped me package up the perfect fragrance for my cousins big day.my cousin and her groom well be able to make lasting memories that include this fragrance all with the help of these wonderful ladies who went above and beyond to help make this day special.

I normally shop at this Sephora because it is the closest one to me or the majority of the time I order online. I was in need of new foundation and I had 4 on my list, I ended up picking 3 out of the 4. The first one I was looking at I was struggling to find my shade and I don’t like bothering people to shade match me. As I was standing there one of the employees immediately came up and asked if I needed help finding my shade. She helped me find my exact shade in all 3 foundations and was so helpful and so patient and nice and knew her products and information well. I believe her name was Sandy? I will definitely return here if I ever need help again!

I didnt have a problem at this store. I went on a Monday night and one nice lady helped match my color and gave me a couple free samples and I didnt even make any purchases. She even thanked me for asking for samples because no one ever does.

The young lady clerks were rude and very demanding that I purchase a $135 product, which of course I could note afford.

Four stars because the selection is lesser than other locations. I’m not sure why Fort Worth locations always have smaller selections? We would like the options too, you know.Otherwise I would provide five stars because the staff here is always friendly and helpful. The girl with the orange hair was especially super rad. They will let you shop and ask you if you’re doing okay but otherwise leave you alone to play with the make up by yourself and that’s really rare at most cosmetic stores. Looooooooove Sephora.

Joanne was such an amazing job on my bridal makeup! She was so great about making sure the makeup fit my skin tone, and really made me feel like a queen with the facial care and the amazing work she did on me! Will be requesting her from now on :)

This place can get swamped on a Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening and then its hard to find someone to help you. But when you can nab an associate they are always so helpful. I prefer to go on a weekday when I know its not going to be busy. The store has everything set up for you to play around and try the makeup yourself: tissues, cotton swabs, rubbing alcohol and sanitizer, well lit mirrors, etc

I visited the store about a week ago. I have been looking for a foundation.I asked an employee for a sample. I work with people who have worked for the company, so I thought this was standard. The women who helped me was middle aged and somewhat resembled a drag queen. She acted disgusted as if I was ripping the place off. I hesitantly asked for a second sample, she gave it to me but with underhanded passive aggressive remarks. The kind of remarks you can get away with in writing. I have never been the type to write a review before but this unfriendly diva really rubbed me the wrong way. My friends and I left with at least 500 dollars in merchandise, it just seemed petty and unnecessary.

The customer service here is non-existent. I visited on a Tuesday afternoon while they werent busy and not a single person was interested in helping me. They were interested in playing on their phones and standing around gossiping with each other. Youd think in a location such as University Park theyd have a higher standard for their employees, but they do not. Youll get a stale Im sorry and not even an offer of help once you voice your complaint upon checking out. I wont bother wasting my time with this location again.

I asked for help three times and got the same uninterested attitude all three times from three different young women. When I checked out and was asked if anyone helped me, I just said no. I couldnt even begin to go into the unpleasant experience. Really? I doubt any of them have a college credit among them. I went in with a specific list of items and the employees kept passing me off, even though it was fairly simple to find the products. Four employees were standing together chatting when I interrupted them to ask a question. They acted so annoyed. I went in because I didnt want to drive to the mall to get what I needed. Next time I will go to the trouble. Terrible, terrible service.

I really dont understand the negative reviews! I go to this location at least once a week and its amazing. Like all other shops in University Park Village it will get crazy busy on the weekend making it hard to find an associate, so I suggest going on a weekday. Ive always found the associates to be nice and helpful - theyre always offering free samples or slipping them in with purchases.The store also has a good selection of products (you can check on the app to see if theyll have a product in stock). If they dont have the shade/color you need theyll set up shipping for you which is great.

Giving 1 star because I have to. This location’s customer service is not good. In fact, I will not be coming back but to return a product recommended by an employee- which is awful and they are not educated (or don’t seem to be) They want you to get whatever and get out so they can continue talking/gossiping. If I were you I would shop anywhere else! I’m not a fan of Ulta due to lack of products I prefer but they just gained a new loyal customer because I’ve never had the customer service experience that I’ve had at this Sephora. Try MAC, try Ulta, heck try Target because at least you might get helped! They genuinely do not care about their customers.

I came in at about 4pm on mother’s day, to find my mom the lipstick she wanted. I went in And went straight to the brand of the lipstick display got it and went to check out, when I was checking out the personality was a little dry and at then end I didn’t get any of tissue paper they put in your bag which is odd . But I just said Ol well when walking out the buzzer went off so I stepped back and gave the lady wearing a hijab at the door my bag to check it . She took the receipt out and looked and pulled out the one small Fenty lipstick. She looked at me for a few seconds just staring at me with this uneasy look. Then she said let’s go to the register when I did she pulled the receipt out again matched up the barcodes to see if they were the same. When she noticed they was the same she kinda just looked at me again uneasy and she slowly gave me bag back. When I was walking out she was like yeah maybe it’s Something in your Purse setting it off . I said yeah okay and walked out and the buzzer went off again and I just left. I felt she was giving off that I was stealing or some what . You guys need to train your employees how to stay positive and keep giving customer service. It happens don’t got to act like that person is stealing . When I worked in sales I kept a positive energy and did not made my customers feel they did something wrong !

By far worst customer service ever! Literally serviced myself the three times Ive visited. No one ever asked me for any help at all or greeted me at all just horrible! A beautiful store with a pretty god stock of products but horrible service I definitely wont be visiting that Sephora anymore.

Attendant was rude, and made mean comments about my features. Also kept ignoring me when I suggested a certain brand. Your job is to make your guests happy. Not to push your favorite products because they work for you. Or to point out flaws. I love my flaws and never once said I wanted to change my face. All I wanted was to even my skin tone. Not everyone has the same skin types or favorite brands or same skin issues. I prefer a specific brand for a reason. She wouldnt let me get a word in or even let me describe what I was looking for. I went to another Sephora location and spent my 165.23 there instead. I live right behind this location but will drive the extra 20 mins. from now on to another sephora.

For the most part, Its always nice to shop here. Prior to this, the majority of the staff is pleasant and helpful. There are a few exceptions and they should be noted. For one, I recently went in to exchange two products that were breaking me out. I called in advance to see if it was ok.When I went to the register, I received a lukewarn greet from a girl with purple hair. She proceed to question me as though I were scamming her. Phrases like you did give that a good use, and rolling her eyes. I am afraid that her overall demeanor along with her tone are not qualities I see as customer oriented.I will be shopping strictly online now and make this strictly my return destination.

As soon as I went in I had a woman look me up and down for about 5 minutes, judging my attire for sure. Im a nanny to 5 kids and just got off, I was wearing nikes, some yoga pants and a workout jacket. She then proceeded to ask what I needed and I told her just browsing around because I like to shop alone. The entire time that I was shopping I had an older woman following me around talking into her headset about everything I was putting in. I understand they have to be cautious about theieves but I ended up putting everything back and walking out I felt so uncomfortable. Worst experience. Ill just do my shopping online from now on

The 2 times I’ve come to this sephora have been distasteful. No one greeted me or even decided to ask if I needed help. I had to be the one to search for a worker and when I found them they were unapproachable and talking amongs themselves even when I was in front of them. Never has it been a good experience like at the Sephora in jcp at ridgmar. The girls there are so welcoming and very helpful. That’s the place to go even if it’s a bit of a drive.

I DO NOT recommend shopping at this Sephora maybe they r different but this manager named Magen does not care about their customers satisfaction nor will she do anything to help! She was very nasty & hung up on me when I asked to speak to her manager she refused to give me any information! I bought the Shar Pay Fluor Escents Highlighter and i was disappointed when opening it was lacking in quality. The Pigment was similar to a Highlighter one would get at an office supply store. 1 star.

Several associates in store, not busy, offered little help. I left store without the make-up I needed, the associate stated store did not have it. Received no further assistance nor offered alternatives.

I am a person who believes in 2nd chances, so I visited this location this past Saturday. I was yet again very disappointed. I got ignored by several different employees I guess its because I didnt have ten pounds of makeup on and I am not 16 spending mommy and daddys money. I will not be returning to this store, I will drive the extra few miles to the Ulta.
