Horrible experience!Ordered print to 19 jerseys that I supplied on Dec 12th.They called and told me that the jerseys were ready on Dec 16th but that the jerseys would have some errors.Errors:-mix numbers i.e. a 5 on the front and a 3 on the back!-mixed spacing and size of numbers i.e. some numbers were 6 inches big and others were 4 inch; some numbers were spaced 3 inches from the collar, and others 7 inches from the collar!I accepted the jerseys (we had a game that same day) and they offered to order new jerseys and remake them.After giving them time due to the holidays, I got one email on Jan 2nd that was redirected to my junk folder that I saw 7 days after it was sent. No follow up email or call in between, so it didnt seem like they were holding much importance to make amends.I end up calling to make sure they get my reply and again had to call on the 16th to ask if the jerseys were ready.I pick up on the 16th, and find more errors.Numbers again different sizes, mixed font on letters and mixed spacing!I request to have management contact me and I get a call the next day.They offered to refund the entire amount and apologized. They claimed that they wouldve corrected the issue if the product was not discontinued.Let me be clear, the jersey are NOT discontinued. That is a lie, I contacted the shop (in Florida) and they have not been out of stock since its a new product and a lesser used color (yellow).They refunded the print amount, but now I have to repurchase jerseys AND use that refunded money to get another place to print them. My team in the end is losing out and are having to repurchase the jersey so that I can get them made correctly.I DO NOT recommend this place. I thought I had a sure thing with a 4.9 rating on Google, but boy was I wrong.

I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars. I went in about a week ago to see about some shirts that I was trying to have made for my grandfathers wake. My grandfather passed away and everything was put together in a weeks time. I knew it was last minute and I went in to ask about them printing some shirts that I already had graphics for. I was told to email the pics and they could give me a quote. He also said that their blue ink was out so they were sending things to the Alliance location. I never even heard anything whether they could do the shirts or not. To be honest he didn’t seem to care about what I was trying to do. He showed zero empathy. This was my first and last time ever trying them. I really thought they would help me because they have so many positive reviews.

First the material was so incredibly comfortable. I draw out the design that I wanted on my shirt and big frog customs team brought it to life. We love this place, they have always been able to get exactly what we wanted which are usually several pictures, the graphics are awesome, and the staff is awesome, we have even done some last minute changes and they were super patient and helpful, the shop is clean with super cute ideas on the walls. We have several events coming up and will go there for more shirts. This is your go to for custom work. Love them.

I’m a first timer in having shirts printed and I have nothing negative to say about Big Frog. German, my Graphic Designer was very patient and talented and made what was probably a dozen design changes for me before we finally printed. He communicated quickly however I asked him to and always gave me a time when he would have something done by and did it by then if not before. Always under promise and over deliver. He went out of his way many times for me as well as Jackie in wrapping up our fundraiser by helping me fix a mistake I made in my order.

I had an old threadbare t-shirt with a printed design a loved. I approached Big Frog asking if they could recreate the same design on a plain blue t-shirt I had bought. Not only did they print it perfectly and recreated the design flawlessly but changed it to become even better. The designer added a retro image to it replacing one of the original images. It looks fantastic and I am really impressed. I will use Big Frig again.

Mathew was making 2 soccer shirts for me. The material for the shirt I chose would not hold the ink and he could not find a similar color that I was looking for so he offered a refund and told me he would make the shirts for me on a regular design tee. It wasnt what I wanted but I was okay with that when I asked him how much it would be he told me.He would notify me once they were done and give them to me as a courtesy and process a refund for me. Superb work. Given a shirt idea by students, so carried it to Big Frog and their artist Matt Franks. Left a vague sketch, and within 24 hours he had used his/their artistic savvy to fill in the gaps to perfection. In 24 more hours I had the shirts, which have been a sensation among the students who received them. Parents, teachers, coaches, and administrators love them as well.
