I went to the shoe department to get some work shoes. The older gentleman over there just kept walking around me putting shoes away and straightening while never once acknowledging my presence or asking if I needed assistance. I found what I needed and the sale they had was really good. The store is pretty neat with good sale prices.
I bought what I thought was a bran new kenmore refrigerator from Amercian Freight it quit getting cold in the 1st week I had it. Amercian Freight has sold as is policy. It is under warranty an a tech came out looked at and ordered 2 new parts. why do I need any new parts if it was a new refrigerator ?parts ordered Dec 9th 2020 .. Dec 27th 2020 parts are still on back order ...I get the run around and transferred to different depts.Anyone have any ideas ?
Bye Bye Sears. Last location in Tarrant County. We went in for a dishwasher and the sales service was great. I hope they can all get good jobs once Sears closes this location for good in the next couple weeks.
You can get some pretty good priced right things here. It is truly a Sears store but the service people leave a lot to be desired. Pretty rude and definitely dont give a hoot or holler about helping you. This is applied to the ones I have encountered. To bad also because I really like Sears.

This is in reference to the Sears store in Hulen Mall in Fort Worth. Ive always enjoyed shopping at Sears, but they recently closed two locations closest to me so I found this one when I did a Google search. The store is laid out well and the staff I dealt with were all pleasant and helped me find what I went looking for. The mall itself was a great find too, because unlike most malls Ive been in recently, this one had few vacancies, in fact, I honestly dont remember seeing any vacant storefronts while walking, and I was looking. I will return and shop more at this Sears and the mall as well even though its a distant drive from my house.
Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Their prices are matched easily do yourself a favor and just have the price matched. Purchased a washer and dryer told the sales person that delivery on Sunday would not work because of church but was assured they would call me Saturday and set up a time with my input. Got the automated call Saturday was told when I finally reached an actual human that it was too late to change it and if Sunday wouldnt work I would have to wait another week to get my stuff. After much fighting I was told by a manager that I could get it Monday. Sunday I pull up at church and get a phone call from delivery driver who is sitting outside my house. He calls dispatch who then has customer service call me and we set up the time for 4pm. 4pm comes and goes and I get another automated call saying my items will now be delivered Monday. So I call to find out what the hell has happened and am told first that my stuff will be delivered Friday... Then they check another system and find Monday delivery. I ask what happened and why I was told it would be here at 4 on Sunday. I was told that the agent suggested they come back at 4 to deliver but the dispatch told them not to. No one bothered to call me and tell me the plans had changed and as of right now Im hoping I get my stuff tomorrow but not holding my breath.
Never go back to Sears needs zero stars I ordered pants online. I was told ready for pickup I found pickup counter worker tried to give me any size pants hoping I wouldnt check even though pants size was on order. He checked again for my pants that couldnt find them and had to get refund to make it worse after waiting all this time for an order that I was told was ready for pickup. I had to wait in line at nearest register for refund
Went in there for specific items and found them at a reasonable price. Significant difference between checking out in the womens Department versus the mens department. Womens Department employees very nice very professional and engaging. Mens department employees didnt seem to know what they were doing and I had to ask for a manager for a simple process.
Seems i always have a good experience at sears. Makes me feel good to shop there with how kind and helpful all the staff is.
A shell of its former glory as everyone knows. The inventory is dwindling as they havent received new merchandise in at least a year. Their tool boxes are decent but overpriced.

No Warranty no Service -Dropped off lawn (Craftsman) mower on 02/02/19,asked if they could tell us what was wrong and how much to repair. Did not think it was under warranty anymore. Received a call on March 9th asking about the warranty. We told them again we did not think it was under warranty any longer and asked again what was wrong with it and how much it would cost. We were told they had not looked at it yet and could not tell us at that time what was wrong. We called mid March to find out what was wrong with it and if they had an estimate yet. At that time the employee who answered continuously talked over me and then told me I had to call back when the manager was there. Went in and spoke to the store manager and was told the automotive department was not under him and he was unable to do anything. Was given a number to customer service, they told me to talk to the manager at the automotive department. 3/25 At this time still no response and nothing even done to the mower. Called customer service was told this was a non fixable item and that was what they were trying to tell us. My question is why this was not told to us when we dropped it off, why take it in the first place, if no one looked at it how do they know it is non fixable. and why keep jerking us around. No assistance provided, no customer service, no backing of service department. Basically no warranty no help. Did ask for a manager when on the phone with customer service, never did get to speak to a manager or supervisor.
DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of time. We were paying on layaway and they cancelled it over 9 cents when the woman who helped us clearly said we didnt have to worry about it because we gave 2 payments and didnt have to worry about the 9 cents until we paid the full amount. We got told we could do the layaway over again for the same merchandise. Also told us the money would have a fee but would be sent to us then when we asked what address they had on file it wasnt even our address! They also called us 2 weeks after the 9 cents were due instead of even bothering to contact us. Never going back!
Stopped at Sears automotive to replace a battery. Very happy with the service at the repair center. Fast and friendly.

The item was less than half the price on the Sears website than what it was in storebut they could not price match. Instead we had to purchase the item online, wait for the order to be processed, and then pick it up. To pick it up we had to check into a kiosk, go to a cashier to pay, and then wait for someone to get an item from the back. We had enough time during the whole process to leave the store, get food, and eat before our order was processed for an item we had in our hand. I see no reason for going to the store to buy something.
Great associates helping me exchange some items. Store has their rewards Program that definitely saves you a lot of money on stuff you buy.

I usually have more of a problem with the rude people that shop here but today it was the employees that irked me. I went with my grandmother to return something in the ladies department and the lady snapped at her for following directions on the card reader. The way she reacted was unacceptable towards a paying customer; there was no “please, thank you or ma’am” it was “what are you doing” in the most condescending tone. I think employees need to be reminded that the people shopping at these stores are helping pay their bills and need to keep attitudes in check. My grandmother has kept Sears in business for years and now good luck because I doubt she will be back.

This sears is nothing more than a bathroom stop on the way from the mall to the parking lot. It is almost a ghost town in there now. Everything seems to still be open, the auto repair departments and vision center, but its as dead as can be, save for the one guy checking out as you leave that you swear was checking out when you got there

I bought an expensive mattress that had 10 year warranty I sent all the photos they asked me I was calling for two months and they finally told me that I did not qualify for a replacement and my mattress sank so I bought it firm and it became extra soft two months later I bought it. Do not buy mattress there.

I used to buy Kemore products. Tried to look at and assess their Elite refrigerators but the sales girl was abrupt and looked at me as though I was wasting her time when I started asking her questions. I am so disappointed that this young girl could not have been just a LITTLE more pleasant.
Me and my mom went to the mall to go shopping at Sears. It was wonderful to shop with my mom again and they are having a good sale thru out the store.

Rude employees. Locked inside the store and had to walk around the mall cause there is no sign posted that warns you of this. When I tried to explain to the employees they said there was a sign at the door to outside which does no good. Hope this place closes soon.
When I went to get a refund in the store from an online purchase, I only received a partial refund, even though Sears is the one who messed up my order. When I tried calling them, no on answered in the Shoe, Men&Womens Apparel, or Customer Service. So wont be shopping online at sears ever again.

We went to the mall on a Tuesday afternoon and the store was pretty slow. That was reflected in the large circle of employees that were standing around talking.

Ordered my fridge June 13th and scheduled delivery on June 28th. Paid in full up front. I get a text message June 27th (the night before delivery) that says delivery has been rescheduled for June 28th...didn’t think anything of it. Thought it was just a reminder they are delivering the fridge on time because it said June 28th and that is when delivery was supposed be anyway. Friday noon I call and I am unable to get ahold of anyone at the delivery department as well as the store directly..only automated system. Anyway, my fridge arrived Monday luckily. Not sure what happened but nobody gave me any explanation. The delivery service was great. They installed the fridge for us and showed us how it works. I will give it a three star just for that otherwise it would be less due to communication from Sears.

Terrible experience, bought a product online new. when I went to the park delivery station I waited over 15 minutes when they guarantee 5 min after they gave me a product with an open box, looked dirty and a hair inside. Disgusting store, would not recommend. I would of said something but I thought the box was just a little damaged I did not want to drive all the way back to return. Avoid this store seriously no wonder Amazon is taking over.
Shoppers beware.We bought a washer and dryer. The store delivered the wrong item. They Promised to redeliver. They never redelivered. They cancelled my order without advise and it is now 18 days later and I have yet to receive a refund. The manager is horrible.

I ordered a mattress online, and after I got confirmation text and email that it was ready showed up at 3 pm to the pick up area with them telling me they can’t find it, and no one was in the mattress department they had already left!! Had to wait 3 extra days to pick up my mattress and it was there the whole time. The staff is incompetent, and the management is horrible. Do not buy from this sears
This Sears has low stock and Clearance and sale signs everywhere. There are walls which used to hold merchandise are now empty. The escalator going up is broken. There are very few staff in the store. Would not be surprised if this store is preparing to close.

Sears does not carry most craftman parts in store. Hulen location did not have the part, called parks mall, they said they had one of the two I needed, but get there, he had made a mistake. Really? Gas is only $2.69? Thats why I called first! So, still no belt for either lawnmower.

Horrible customer service. My wife wanted to buy some exercise thing. We stood at the checkout counter for 15minutes as 4 employees walked by and never acknowledged us. Went down stairs to find a checkout only to have some snotty chick (of which I have socks older than) to get all rude in saying we cant checkout there. It was commission sales only. Well Sears, you have seen the last of my efforts to spend my money in your rude non customer service stores or even online.
RESTROOMS ARE HORRIBLE, yuck !! You walk in and the smell is disgusting. Paper towels all over the floor. Full trash cans, you walk into each stall & the trash cans are full as well. Toilet paper all over thefloor, bloody toilet paper all in one of the toilets. No toilet paper in one stall, and pee all over the toilet seats. They hardly have soap but when they do, one of the soap dispensers almost makes the mirror fall on you. In all please do not use these restrooms theyre disgusting !! Sears, do you not know what febreze is ????

My family and I were trying to buy some sports shoes from the brand Everlast. On the table the only price visible was $14.98, which was very misleading. When we tried purchasing 7 pairs shoes, they rung up at $39.99 each. When we tried to explain this to them and even showed them where the shoes were at, they said that was for only one side of the table where the same types of shoes were on the other side. I found another tag on some of the shoes saying they were $15.99. My sister scanned the shoes on her sears app and it showed the price of $15.99. The shoe department lady that was helping us continued by saying if you want that price, you need to buy it online. They had a terrible attitude and they called us a code 3 on the overhead speakers: meaning we were crazy customers based on what reddit says. My advice is check the price for each and every item as they may be deceiving based on their placement by the associates. And dont forget they dont respect the prices both in store and online.

Clothes is very outdated and overpriced. Last year sears had a huge selection of juniors clothing at reasonably low prices. I could spend hours just browsing that section. And now theres nothing but a few tank tops and jeans.

Ordered a mattress online and they delivered to a wrong address in another state after a week. Called customer service and they scheduled another delivery for ONE WEEK LATER (apparently because they dont have any availability slots for any time sooner) without sending any confirmation email with any details about the time and address. Then found out the night before the delivery date (from the email they finally sent out that night) that the address was WRONG AGAIN for the second delivery. Called customer service and corrected it. Received another call on the delivery day regarding the order being delayed. Called customer service a third time and they couldnt schedule another delivery until again ONE WEEK LATER and blamed the manufacturer for delayed order. And the funny story is, according to SEARS customer service, the manufacturer called me about the delivery confirmation the night before and the manufacturer didnt have an available mattress.
