Small music store. Good prices but low on inventory. Friendly sales person...but everything can be ordered.

I got blessed today when i picked up a pkg i had them order..there was a mannin the store that out of thoughtfulness helpef me to get my pkg out..God bless him greatly and i recommend Swords music for anybody..theyve been good to me..no complaints..i will shop more there in the future

GREAT EXPERIENCE. BOUGHT 2 DUAL 18 SUBS AND I PAID FOR ONE AND THEY HELD ANOTHER FOR ME AND ALLOWED ME TO PAY IN PAYMENTS

Took my daughters flute there because one of the keys did not go all the way down. When I went back for it the guy said it only needed a cleaning. I paid 86. When my daughter looked at it later it was still dirty between the keys and the key that didnt go all the way down was still messed up. Money down the drain. Do not recommend.

This store didn’t have nothing in stock !!!!I called before hand to see if they had any batter heads for my snare drum, they told me they did so I drove 15 min. When I got there they didn’t have what I wanted even though they claimed they did over the phone. Worst customer service ever. They sold me a percussion batter head which I had no other option since I was already running late and couldn’t go anywhere else since they made me waste my time. The batter head broke on first song. I called to get refund or discount or something they refused. Worst store ever!!!

This evening, my son and I walked into this store and were completely swept away by the kindness of the two gentlemen there. My son is interested in music and didnt know what he wanted to play. The guys there let him touch, feel and handle every instrument there helping him pick the one he wants to play. THANK YOU!!!!

This is a very convenient store they have a lot of used gear in very good condition an affordable prices, I stopped by for some picks and a guitar cable and got friendly and quick service end they said they also do all kind of repairs I will go back if I need too😀.

I never feel the need to write bad reviews but the fact that this employee is still there is absolutely absurd. Extremely rude and childish behind a screen. I would NOT recommend giving them your buisness.

I purchased my first guitar from Logan Swords in 1977 along with a ton of other stuff from Jerry who always liked my cash deal. Moved back to Arlington from Irvine, CA in 1999 and low and behold Logans was still there. I walked in and looked around and Mr. Swords asked if he could help me. I told him that he did not have what I was looking for and asked him if he could order me a Fender Telecaster ( Standard USA ). He did not hesitate and I put a $200.00 dollar deposit and it showed up in 30 days. Great SERVICE... Will buy againwith no hesitation even if he did not remember ME. Okay lets get this straight,I went in knowing what had to be repaired for my flute, It was just needed adjustments that had to be done in order for the f key to work properly again. I talked to my band instructor and looked online that the price of the repair would be around 15 to 30 dollars, so when I come back to get my flute it was $80! $50 to tell me whats wrong with the flute even though i told them what needs to be done and $30 to repair. This was a complete rip off and i suggest no one to come to this store as its really dead.

I bought a Cort A5 in 2012 from these guys (David Sheppard ). They had to order this bass and when it arrived Dave called to tell me and then shipped it right out to me.Everything went fine for me...

People often yearn for the old days of quality customer service. These guys are stuck in the old days but the customer service doesnt match. Rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

It feels like theyre forcing you to buy something everysecond they ask if u wana put it on layaway, kinda funny but kinda awkward alot of the times when you just wana have some patience and it feels like theyre pressuring you to make a buy . plus alot of there stuff is 2x the price you would normally pay for sometimes 3x the price on occasions and leaving the store is hard cause they try to force a last second buy from you...kinda sad cause its around the block but hey so is competition music .

Buy something they might give you some help come back with a problem they wont have time for you. if you need them to order something for you from a manufacturer. good luck they will take a week or two to send in the order and it will take a month to get it. dont listen to them when they say they dont have it but will order it for you.I know most people dont believe most negative reviews so do yourself a favor look up whatever your buying on your phone i guarantee everywhere else it cheaper. I have found out i overpayed on every item from this store. They have this anoying habit of saying if you buy it today ill give it to you for this price usually much cheaper but when you look it up its just suggested retail

Nice little Music store, a bit off the beaten path, but staffed with dedicated folks who will work with musicians! Fair prices, and fair amount of gear.

This store needd to be closed down we brought a suppose to brand new pewvy system got it hook up the amp with out sent it back they charge for a service fee on a brand new system that has a warranty this place is a ripoff please anyone that shop please stop !!!!!!!
