The front help people are incredible and like family to me. However when I went to the warehouse to give them my order the guy on there forklift said can you do it yourself. Ive never had that happen before. So I helped them do his job got my material and went to work.

I came to make a delivery, there is no sign saying driver entrance. I came to the door I saw first rang the doorbell and no one came to the door so I walked in. Was greeted by a guy saying two things, one your not suppose to walk in. Well if no one is answering the door what am I suppose to do sit and wait all day. Second he asked me to put a mask on while he never put one on. I get the pandemic but why are you going to tell me to put one on and not even do it yourself.

I delivered the filler they use to make their product. I have also used the product on my own house. I highly recommend this company.

Got in and got out. They guys at the loading dock were friendly and got me loaded and on my way in minutes. Got what i needed to shoot texture for 5 small apartments for less than 200.00. Cant argue with that. If u need drywall products or tools...this is a great place to go.

Great, very fast. A little tight, but not bad.

The recent staffing change is horrid. Not only are the forklift operators driving unsafe but today one hit a truck and didnt say anything. Before the change,you could be in and out within 5mins. Now it takes 30mins.for our guys to pick up material. Know your client base .. if 96% are Hispanic you NEED Spanish speaking operators. The reality is thats who does this type of work so its not rocket science to drive your profits based on good customer service.
