I had a great experience today with Rodrigo ordering a water tank for our business. The shipping cost to my location was going to be pretty expensive, so he helped me find a store location close enough for me to drive to that had exactly what I needed in stock! I saved enough money on shipping to buy two tanks for almost the same price. We even got disconnected on the phone, and he was able to call me back immediately so I didnt have to wait on hold all over again and have to start all over. Very impressed, great company!

Carla is everything I look for as a service contact. I ordered an urgent replacement tank, on the web, that was not in stock and had months of lead time. Carla called and spent considerable time looking for another option for an in stock tank that would fit our space requirements. Then personally saw the order through to the warehouse. R. HenryMy water well was damaged beyond repair. I need a new well drilled. With a drought also in my area, it won’t happen for several months. I needed a Plastic Water Storage Tank. Do to the drought, none were available locally. I did a Google search and a few companies came up. Plastic-Mart was the first I checked. They showed the size I wanted, 2,500gal in stock. I called the sales department to verify availability. I lucked out twice. It was available in a short time frame, and I could pick it up 1hr from me. I owe Julie Langston, my sales rep, a huge Thank You! She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m glad Plastic-Mart has such a helpful sales person like Julie!
Julie helped me sort out an issue with a previous order and provided good info, would ensure that the recent order would not have the same issue. Great store. Save significantly by dealing directly with the Depot. Uriel went the distance to locate the specific tank I was shopping for and followed up to see that I had a copy of the invoice when my outdated computer wouldnt open the first document. Im on the way to pick up the tank now and when I called ahead to verify the tank was available for pickup, the young woman I spoke with was courteous and took the time to verify my order. All in all this has been a great buying experience.

This company is great to work with, we needed replacement fertilizer tanks on short notice after another company couldnt deliver on time. They got us tanks on the ground in less than a week at a lower price than the competition! They also found a shipping solution that saved us thousands. Had difficulty the first day reaching Customer service after I found out that there would be a large (65 foot) truck delivering my water tank. A large truck would not be able to make it to my delivery location. I reached out the next day and Randi in customer service was quick to help me get a new delivery location just down the road, and provide information on whether the item was in stock and estimated arrival time. Randi is awesome! I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the runaround I experienced the first day I tried to get this sorted out.Update: I received my tank in great condition and it only took about 6 business days from when I placed my order.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! SHADEY COMPANY.Got a tank delivered with huge gouges in it .it came only wrapped in thin plastic buy the time I got it unwrapped the driver was gone.shawn the customer service representative told me that I pretty much out of luck .I didnt pay for a damaged tank and now the side is bulging after 200 gallons of water are in it .Ill also be contacting the better business bureau .just looked them up they have a F rating .dont make the same mistake as me and stay away from plastic mart and tank -depot they are both the same shadey company.shawn should be FIRED
I recently experienced a catastrophic rupture of a 5050 gallon water tank. I called Plastic-Mart and Rebecca Essary answered my call. She stayed with me and quickly became my advocate. DO Not Buy from Plastic-Mart!!I purchased Water tank on 07/08/2020 from pasticmart.com. When the tank arrived it had a massive dent, deep scratch marks with a hole. I refused the delivery of the tank then took a picture of the tank while it was still on the delivery truck and then emailed plastic mart service eturn representative Shawn the same day with a picture of the tank and noted that I refused delivery. Shawn then tried to convince me over email that the tank was fine and functional and that she would give a $50 credit to accept delivery of the damaged tank. I refused and good thing because plastic-marts trick is to get you to accept delivery which then makes then not liable for anything. A week later Shawn emails me and says that the tank will have to be sent to a rep in CA to be inspected to determine if there really is a hole and based on that inspection it will determine if i get a refund. Ive email Shawn every week since asking for an ETA. On August 5, 2020, I officially asked Shawn for a complete refund and her response was the tank has not arrived for inspection as of yet and did not provide any additional information on my request ETA on. I just want the money back and to warn other people of these business practices. Ive spent over month dealing with these people to get my money back. I have all the email communications saved along with the picture of the damaged tank they attempted to deliver me. I still have not got my $484.00 back!

I have been trying to get a refund on a canceled order for over a month now. I completed the cancellation form, sent emails, and talked with 4 different people. Its starting to look like a scam. Avoid this company.Update: Finally got a refund.

Initially inquired online to locate a water tank for our ranch in order to water our cattle. Started dialog with Jarett K. who worked with me to identify our best option for a tank and getting it delivered in the middle of nowhere. Given the freight costs for 1, relative to the price of the tank, he ended up selling us on purchasing 4 so that it would be an entire flatbed and the freight remained virtually the same. I needed the tanks delivered on a precise date and everything went flawless. As promised, my tanks were delivered on time, as expected. Jarett did a great job from initial contact answering questions, getting me an unbelievable deal, and getting on the phone with the third-party transport company to make sure my tanks got to me as he and I discussed. He actually saved me a ton of money by hunting down the inventory at pretty much the closest possible tank yard to my property. 10/10 would buy more tanks or rain harvest equipment from him and this company!
I have never written a review but these folks inspired me. I purchased a transfer fuel tank that was delivered in poor/damaged condition. I swear it must have rolled out of someone’s truck and rolled down the highway. It was wrapped at delivery so we didn’t see the condition carefully.Shawn in returns and damages was AMAZING! Kind, careful and courteous. Person at first contact was not as eager to help but with a little polite persistence we got Shawn and she made it right! We are committed Tank Depot customers now! Kirt in sales and Rebecca in customer service were great also. Not planning on replacing a septic anytime soon but if you need extra support call any of these 3 folks!
Purchased a Walrus HQ800 pump for a backup pump. Went to install the pump 60 days after purchase and the pump was damaged by the manufacture during assembly. Notified Plastic Mart 60 days after delivery with pictures showing this was a manufacture defect. Plastic Mart denied any exchange or resolution since it was past the 30 day sale date.Save yourself headache and purchase from another source.

I ordered a overpriced boat fuel tank a month ago. Called these guys on August 24 to check the status. The rep stated she believed Moeller did not make that tank and that she would follow up with an email. It never happened. Called on Aug 25, the rep stated she did not know which company got the order. Spoke to Julia, who guaranteed me she would be on it. Aug 27, no call from Julia, but got the run around again. Finally, on Aug 28, the rep (not Julia) stated they needed an extra 30 days to build the tank which they contract out anyway. For being the manager, Julia does not take her position seriously, doesnt return calls. I even asked Julia for the GM or CEO which she refused to provide. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I found the tank 400 dollars cheaper somewhere else and was delivered a week later.Second Response to Nick the call center manager. What needs to happen is the owner needs to clear the house and put everyone in unemployment. Then put in all new staff. Look at your reviews, they are horrible. What makes you think anyone would be dumb enough to order from plastic mart a second time.
I contacted this location prior to driving an hour and they confirmed location, availability and hours operation. Upon arrival I search the address for over 30 minutes to try and locate the site of plastic mart. There was no indication they exist at this location. I suspect they moved or closed. The adjacent Roto Plastic company is closed too. The building appears to be taken over by Pier 1. I wasted several hours of my time and was not please. I will not support this company in the future. Please remove your listing for this address from Google and your website.
Purchased a tank online. My tank came damaged and the shipping is non refundable. They wanted me to wait until they scheduled the return before getting the replacement. Took them 3 weeks to come and I still have not received a refund, plus I am out over $200 for shipping. You should back what you sell, shipping should not be my responsibility for faulty products.

Our water storage tank was lost in shipping, never arrived and no one took any responsibility for finding it or refunding the money, a very shady company, buyer beware, once they sell it to you, their responsibility is over, they have your money with no follow through, I would be so ashamed to work for plastic mart and stealing money from people,, they should be put out of business.Update September 14th: Plastic mart refused to refund my money on this lost water tank, instead reordered it and it is still not delivered, I have taken days off from work to be here to receive it and still not here. They have had my money since August 21st with no delivery of customer service or product. Save your money. Buy elsewhere. Update-tank was delivered smashed in shipping, the poor kid had pallets on top of the tank he had to remove before he could get it out of the truck, we did not sign for this damaged delivery, the delivery guy had to reload pallets of stuff back in the truck. Poor organization from road runner and plastic mart has zero customer service.
Ordered a 500 gallon septic tank marked ok for my location and found out when I received it that it was not legal in my state. Payed about $820 for it and they only gave $450 back when returning and I even had to take it from Tuscaloosa Alabama to Atlanta Georgia. Do your own research or pick a more reliable company!Edit***They came back and reviewed it refunding the money I was unable to get back still was a stressful process but it was made right.
Incredibly unorganized business, was promised a in stock delivery date that was bogus. Do not believe the lead times stated on the website. They tried to fix to only make the the situation worse. They have billing issues that have taken me over 4 months to try and fix, they over charged. I keep getting we will look into it but no action. Still waiting for my credit back..
I ordered a freshwater tank to replace a leaking tank. I told the salesperson tracking the package was important so I could tell my RV tech and we could get it installed in a timely fashion (having no water is not fun). The salesperson told me I could call in 2-3 days for a tracking number. When I called for the tracking number, I was told shipping was scheduled THREE WEEKS OUT. I can understand being at the mercy of another companys production and shipping cycles. What I cannot understand is the salesperson NOT telling me it would take three weeks to even ship. With that information, I would have made a different decision.
I purchased a 1000 gal water tank on Jan 19th web site said the black tank will ship with in 48 hrs, 2 weeks later nothing. I called they said they would refund and so I bought 4 other tanks they said they could ship right out which they did but still wont refund over $950 for the tank they never shipped!
These folks were fine during the order process. The tank came no problem, but the leach line order was missing key parts in spite of my being incredible clear to them with simple drawings. Beverley was the sales person. When I tried to reach her to order the missing pieces, she completely ignored me and refused to take me calls. TERRIBLE! I am working with someone else now, named Rebecca. SO far she shipped part of the replacement, we will see how that goes, If I get the right parts, I will adjust my review.

Emailed all different emails. No response. 3 weeks in I requested a refund via email. Someone finally calls me to tell me its out of stock. nice people that are full of s@#t. Ive given this company every opportunity to make good...they havent. They shorted me a tank -- Ive called 4 times over two weeks -- recorded every one of them...I get promise after promise itll ship. They ignore emails and give lip service on phone. They are AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. I ordered this stuff 5 weeks ago...STILL missing a tank. Credit card company -- expect a call.
Tried to order a tank that was listed as IN STOCK. When I asked how long delivery would take I was told that they are drop shipped. Slightly frustrated I asked if the sales person to confirm availability with the manufacture since I need the tank in less then 3 weeks. The sale guy gets back to me a day later with the response Hello Christopher I have not been able to confirm the tank is instock. Do you still want me place the order the lead time 3 weeks? So I call the manufacture myself (they answer on they second ring with a live and nice person) and asked if the tank is in stock and it was confirmed. I asked where else could I buy this since Plastic-Mart does not want my business. I purchased the tank from THE TANK DEPOT and got great service.
Do not do business with Plastic-Mart unless you have time and patience. At the beginning of April I ordered a 600 gallon tank, 15 gallon tank and stand for the 15 gallon tank. 600 gallon tank arrived quickly but was damaged. It took over a month to get them to take it back. After taking it back another 600 gallon tank arrived after I asked to not reorder. My tank stand arrived in late May but without the tank. Called Plastic-Mart and they said they should have arrived together, they didnt. It is now the middle of June and I have yet to receive a refund on my 600 gallon tank or my 15 gallon tank. Now working on returning the tank stand and refund on everything but it has been difficult to get called back or refund. Not using Plastic-Mart in the future. Shawn who handles damages contradicted things she said. Multiple customer service people said they would call me back but never did. I am currently waiting on another phone call from them in hopes of this being the end of my business with them.
My husband and I ordered a Holding tank for our property. It arrived damaged and not usable. Getting them on the phone is like pulling teeth. I wish I had read some of the reviews before I did business with them. Bad customer service and bad products. Stay away from them.
I think this company must have gone through some internal changes. The service I received was not the best but my lake of planning did not mean it was an emergency for them. I am giving 5 stars because i dealt with the guy that was older than dirt and he did his best.

Ordered onion tanks through this sham of a company. Took 40 days to receive them after I was reassured the items were in stock and would be shipped out in a week. Because of the delay we had to lease separate tanks for the project. Tried to return the tanks back for a refund and I was told there is a 25% restocking fee and we had to provide freight. 25% added up to $2,000 in restocking two pallets. Save yourself and your company and do not buy from this group.
Tank was listed as IN STOCK -- yet took over 30 days to arrive. Tank and stand were soiled (covered in mud and you could tell the unit had been stored outside for an extended period of time). Turns the unit was drop shipped from somewhere is Iowa. Their solution: Cant you just power wash it??? Really -- they should include that youll have to clean the unit once it arrives in the description. Customer service is a joke, refused to replace or return. BUYER BEWARE.

Sent an email asking for an order update 8 days ago -- still no response. Im calling today to resolve or get a refund. In 2019 if you cant respond to your business emails, something is wrong with that company.I called on August 12th to begin the refund process. I emailed yesterday to check on the status of the refund (I havent received it). I received an email back stating they had no record of the cancellation. I guess my phone conversation didnt count.As of today 9/14/19, I still have not received my refund.Update: My bank initiated a fraud investigation due to my card being charged but not receiving the product or a refund. Upon learning of the dispute, my refund was suddenly issued and the dispute was closed.
I ordered a new tank and I received a used beat up tank with holes. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
Plastic-Mart is mind numbingly frustrating to work with. I ordered a huge BLACK tank, and they repeatedly informed me that they were shipping a WHITE tank. I tried over and over to warn them the tank would be rejected and the salesperson, especially, ignored me. I THINK I may have gotten them to stop this wrong shipment, and SAVED them $12,000 in round trip freight costs by doing so. Does Plastic-Mart train their salespeople to IGNORE customers after they make the sale? Seems as though they do.
Absolutely terrible business. Ordered a $70 tank for a project. I was never told it was 6-8 weeks to be made. And that they have no inventory. I was told that a month later. I was also told that freight would not be calculated until shipment. Freight was inflated to $70 so they doubled their price.11 weeks later it finally showed up wrong. Calling immediately to get the right tank on it’s way, it’s been 2.5 weeks with NO RESPONSE from Plastic Mart. Follow up email and phone call were ignored for two days. Now on terminal hold hoping for some service. 13 weeks and still not resolved.I will never do business with this company ever again.

I ordered a Cistern Water Tanks and Man hole Cover for one of our Job sites. It came to us damaged and no plumbing came with it that I ordered. They said there is nothing they could do because we signed for it. I had to order an additional Cover and said it was delivered and it is no where to be found. Yet since we supposedly signed for it there is nothing they can do again. I will never order from this Company again nor will I recommend them to my fellow Business Partners. I am extremely upset and annoyed that their is no compensation on their part. My Supervisor is not happy and I can never get a real answer out of anyone there. Now we have no Cover, a damaged Tank and no Plumbing and were out $2000. Not happening. This Company should not be in Business. Especially during these times to be so heartless. Never again.
Do not order from this company, I paid more than I should have for two tanks that were supposed to be in stock and delivered the following week to meet a project deadline...four weeks later and I still dont have my tanks. Complaints were made to their customer service dept over a week ago and they still havent made any attempts to try and correct the situation.
After reviewing companies online we decided to go with Plastic-Mart for our purchase. We ordered a tri-layer 500-gallon water tank. It was supposed to ship w/in 48hrs. Likewise, as others have stated on Yelp, I am 2 weeks in and no tank. I likewise was told the manufacturer was not notified of my order. I just got off the phone with customer service and although the website advertises ships in 48hrs she said everything is 2 wks out, there is no 48hrs. They have no shipping tracking number as the carrier hasnt arrived yet. Hopefully, after this conversation, I should have my tank next week. Highly disappointing process.Update: Recieved my tank a week after this review. It was shipped by a company that will call to set up a drop off time and day. Tank was as promised, no damage.
Stay away from this company! Bait and switch! Charged me $40 for a relocation kit, then charged 35 for freight shipping for a niece that fits in the hand. My $84.99 tank ended up costing $200. Total scam site!
As many other people have said i ordered a tank that was in stock and was told after payment it was made to order, took forever and then turned up incomplete. They said it was all delivered and that was that!! Terrible customer service, you never gert an email or call back. Will never buy again and have told people not to use them.
Had to order an IBC tote for my job site. Needed it in a rush, so found them online. They got the order taken care of, and shipped it from a store close to my job site in South Texas.
2 week lead time turned into 6 week. Never buying again.
