Contacted them to fix my garage door. They quickly sent me a technician who overcharged me for the work but did not fix the issue. Issue still exists. Door does not close properly. They issued warranty, which they dont want to accept now. Its even not one month after the service. Technician tells me he will charge me again to look at the garage door. Stay away from this company! They send you some nonqualified contractors that dont know what they are doing!

I paid $20 to get something quoted that could have been done over the phone. The person who came out was a subcontractor for Garage Tec. The quote was almost double from what another company gave me and was going to be three days before they could do work. If I wanted to hire a subcontractor I would go to Lowes and have them hire me one. Pretty much a waste of time. Do yourself a favor just contact someone else.Update- I called another company based in Carrollton, not only did he come out the same day,but finished the job in about 3 hours from the time I called. The price was way less than Garage Tec.

Mahny was great. Our garage door spring broke about 11PM Saturday night, so I called first thing Sunday morning and he was here in a couple of hours. They swapped out our old single spring with a double spring system and replaced the door cables in about an hour.Thanks so much for the fast and great service. 👍

Phillip came out on time and he was very nice and professional. He took care of my issue very quickly and again was very nice. You never know what you might need in the garage door business and to have a guy like Philip come out is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Phillip and his company.

Philip came out to perform my repair. His communication was great in the days leading up to the appointment and throughout. He told me exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix the garage with a dead circuit board. On the day of the appointment he called let me know he was on the way and arrived promptly. He replaced the motor quickly and got everything working perfectly

We were desperate when our garage door spring broke...Philip showed up and had us up and running within 24 hours...He was great and extremely knowledgeable...he was even great with an out of control puppy!

Our technician, Tavion, was professional, courteous, honest, and provided us with a much better price compared to another company. He gave us several options and showed us exactly what we were getting beforehand. Not to mention that he was fast. We got a quote on Monday and he installed the new door on Tuesday. Really bad service. Had called them to fix my garage door where the rail had come off the wall. The guy charged me $299 for putting two screws and left. Right after that while closing the garage door fell again. Called him back and he stated that now the garage door opener needs replacement and that wont be part of this service call and needs another $550 on the cheapest. Really bad service! BEWARE!!!!
