I bought my beautiful diamond ring and the diamond fell out in less than a week crazy. I dont recommend Helzberg to anyone. You spend almost 2,000 grand and cant even enjoy your jewelry..
I Love Helzberg Diamonds!!!Im disappointed about the fact that, I lost an earring & have to pay $100 for another one!!!Need to find some type of insurance for jewelry
I came in not know what to buy but Kailey, a representative, came and literally help me pick the greatest 2 piece gift.
We have purchased various jewelry for my wife in the past, such as a previously owned ring guard with two diamonds that perfectly fit her finger and engagement ring from decades ago that we got last summer. This time we were just looking at new items they have and picking up a free silver and cubic zirconium pendant that the offered for my birthday month as an enticement to come in. Sometimes it works, as when we bought the ring guard.They do have some reasonable prices, nice looking items, and are real nice folks.
Jessica, Lee and kailey helped me find a perfect gift for my moms senior pageant thats coming up. They made the experience easy without pressuring me to buy like some other jewelers I was in just browsing. I felt great about my purchase and Ill be back cause of their exceptional customer service and knowledge about the product they have on hand!!!
I had a bad accident and my wedding ring got damaged.I kept up with my inspections as required for your warranty and I took the ring in to be fixed in 06/03/18 and Pat assisted me.She keep saying she is so sorry that she hopes I’m ok and Helzberg would take care of the ring,not to worry.She said she would call with updates, she would call if more time was needed and she would call when the ring was ready to be picked up .The ring was promised to be ready on 06/12/18.As printed in the receipt.The day came and NO CALL, TEXT, EMAIL,LETTER, from pat or anyone at the store.No updates were given or any correspondence from the store .So I waited until 06/15 to call just in case they may be busy or running behind .So I call and Pat answers,I reminded her of our conversation from when I first came in.She states WE DO NOT CALL PATIENTS WITH UPDATES ON THEIR JEWELRY,OR TELL THEM WHEN ITS READY TO BE PICKED UP.I asked her why she said that when we dropped it off and she stated maybe we misunderstood????Then she apparently couldn’t find the ticket!I gave her all my info minus my social,then finally after repeating the ticket number to her 3 times, she finds it.she tells me she needs to follow up with the jeweler because she doesn’t have the ring.She said she was going to call him then call me immediately back.I waited 50 minutes and nothing so I call and spoke with Irene and apparently she’s busy.So Irene says she will call me right back.Then about 10 minutes later Pat calls my husband.She tells him the ring isn’t ready.She didn’t bother to give him an estimate or an update about what still needed to be done.He informed me that he had to ask her when the ring would be ready and she just said give it until 06/19 after 6.No apology,nothing.What angers me the most is that I have always had great reps with Helzberg and I usually go to the location in Arlington and have never had any problems or concerns.I would sadly like to inform future customers to avoid this location.
Very Happy with the wonderful customer service from everyone at this Store. We were greated right away and Evelyn went out her way to help find an engagement ring that was perfect. Everyone in the store is also knowledgeable about the company as well as the diamonds. I highly recommend coming to this location, but all Helzberg Diamonds Ive been to I received excellent customer service.
Staff was courteous and talkative. Not overbearing. My piece of jewelry was cleaned in a timely manner.
I had been doing business with Helzberg for over 11 years.. I took my ring in faithfully every 6 months to be inspected. I had a mishap with my ring and to make this short, they said they couldnt do anything with my ring and that it was a miracle i hadnt lost my diamond due to my metal being worn down. I said well I kirst had it here 2 months ago and was not informed of that. So the gentleman gives me my ring and dismisses me. Very upset I walk out in awe of it all. My husband was mad so walked straight into Kays and the lady said not only was my ring fixable, but also I trade it in if I wanted to. So needless to say I have a new beautiful wedding ring. I will NEVER do business with these company again. Kays all the way.

I have been a long time customer of Helzberg, but no more.BUYER BE WARE. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY - THEY DO NOT STAND BY IT!First let me say that ever since the Ridgmar location closed, I have been very disappointed in the lack of customer service provided at the Hulen location.Heres my saga. l dropped off a set of 8 pearl bracelets mid Oct. 2018 - they said they would re-strand all of them since one bracelet broke, the elastic was wearing on all. The CSR told me they would call me when ready in approx. 3 weeks. So mid-Dec. rolls around and I havent heardfrom them so, I call and was told my bracelets were ready.When I go to pick them up, I find the one broken bracelet has not been re-strand and the other they didnt touch as well. So the bottom line is Helzberg does not stand by their warranty. I can not tell you how much money weve spent w/ Helzberg. Their statement that they jeweler refused to re-strand all 8 bracelets would have been fine if they would have just fixed the one broken bracelet. I have never been so disappointed in the service level of this location. I am in customer service and Helzberg youve got a lot to learn in servicing your customers.Good luck on keeping the other customer you have.
Yesterday I was in total amazement by the customer service we received at Helzberg Diamonds!! I was absolutely in awe by how they welcomed our Make-A-Wish girl on her shopping spree! Such an amazing place I highly recommend them for your jewelry purchases, you will not be disappointed!

I have never been treated as bad as this location treated me today. The office manager was rude and I felt as if I was bothering her to get repaired something that they didn’t fix to begin with. I would never visit this store again and as soon as the card is paid off I will be closing the account. Awful service!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE business. I purchased a ring and had it sized and the shank enlarged so the ring could be engraved. They gave me a PROMISE date of 2 weeks later. They waited until the promised date to call me and tell me they couldnt put the full 3mm shank on and asked if its ok to put a 2.5 mm shank. I said yes and asked if it would be ready that day, seeing as it was promised to be done, I was told Yes. I called back 3 hrs later because I knew they would be closing. I was told, no it wasnt ready it would be ready the next day. I said that was unacceptable because I was going out of state for 1 week. I went today to give them back all their receipts and paper work they gave me and was told I couldnt return the ring because it had been modified already. Well guess what, Im returning it because I DONT have it in my possession and I NEVER took it out of the store. I wont be returning to pick it up, so they have no choice but to accept it back, or they lose out on $1200. And I WONT pay the bill if they decide to still charge me. I refuse to pay for something that I never had. Their excuse for not having it done was because during the 2 weeks they had the ring, they were closed for 3 days and the sales rep was out for 2.DONT do business with this company. They are horrible. Take your money and business somewhere else. I will be going to Kays to get my rings.

We purchased our here and everyone was so nice. More importantly, the Warranty on the rings has paid off big and is worth every penny.
We bought two different wedding bands from this location. Picked up one. Planned far in advance and decided we didnt need the gold band with the diamonds. This decision was made 62 days after the initial purchase. Their return policy is 60 days. Ring was never worn. Ever.Rather than allow the rerun of the one ring, they chose to stand their ground on policy and lose the other sale.Weve taken the other ring and will sell it on eBay or Craigs List and never darken the doors of a Helzberg Diamonds again.The total of all the purchases was somewhere near $2000.00. They stuck us with $1000.00, losing all the rest, and any future business, for policy.An inability to step out of the box is an inability to provide customer service.In an effort to originally pick uo the second ring, their computers were down Friday, Saturday, and again Monday. The different trips to Ft. Worth, still couldnt be done.UPDATE: Zales across the way had the same ring for $70 lessSTILL STANDING HERE.

Worst jewelry store in DFW. I bought a brand new ring for my Fiancée and had the warranty placed on it for resizing since she has small fingers and I figured it would have to be resized. When I ordered the ring in store I was told it was a size 6 (smallest I could order) when in actuality it was a size 7 which I later found out when the ring arrived. That was not a huge deal to me until I found out that they were going to charge me $100 to place sizing beads in the ring because they could not resize the ring smaller due to changing the integrity of the ring even though I purchased the extra warranty package which they stated would cover all future changes to the ring, including resizing. Not one out of the 4 employees that helped me get the ring mentioned that if they had to size down the ring they would have to do it with sizing beads which would cost me $100 extra and not be covered under the warranty. The employees stated they called their store owner to see what they could do and the owner stated that it was too bad and I would have to pay for the beads. Flash forward to a week later when my now Fiancée walked into a zales which stated they could reset the stones on the ring to make it the size she wanted without using sizing beads and affecting the integrity of the ring. This place is very dishonest and will try to get every penny out of you. Do yourself a favor and walk across the hall to the Kay jewelers next door.
