Staff was appropriately polite and works fast! Service/craft/ work needs more attention as I had to return my order because the engraved name was wrong ( maybe just a random occurrence).However, they diligently rectified the mistake, and the item looked exactly as promised the next day. Bottom line, properly check your order when picking up and allow cushion time for mistakes to be fixed there happens to be any.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Me and my 2 sisters walked into this establishment looking to purchase something for a wedding gift. The young lady never addressed any of us. She was on her phone the entire time. So because we were never asked if we needed help or was ever greeted in anyway. We just all walked out. I will never return to this store. This was very disappointing.
Had 2 Yeti cups engraved and they turned out wonderful. They were both thrilled with them and it was quick service. Will come back again.

I previously purchased an item from here that I needed to engraved. I went into the Hulen store to drop it off and they refused to do the engraving because I don’t have a mask. I informed her I have a medical condition the prevents me from wearing a mask and she still refused.I don’t own a mask, it is more dangerous with my illness for me to wear the mask. Besides that Texas opened today where it is no longer state mandated so she could have made an exception, I was the only customer in the store and she was wearing her mask. If her mask works to prevent the virus I should not have to wear mine.I will NOT be shopping there again!!
On Sept. 26, 2020, I visited Things Remembered in Parks Mall to get a decanter set engraved and the staff there were absolutely terrible. They showed a lack of concern to even try to engrave my set, instead when I opened my container the young lady instantly said, no, Im sorry due to the shape of the glass we wouldnt be able to fit it in our machine, but we can fit the glasses. So I asked, are there any other places around, she gave me this dubious look and said, no. I asked, well could you ask your colleague right here, and she said no as well. Therefore, after this debacle, I decided to contact the Hulen location, and spoke with the store manager and described my situation and gave her the details of my decanter set. After looking it up, she stated she could engrave it. So upon arriving to her location in Hulen Mall, she was very helpful and kind in getting my request taken care of. She took her time in helping me decide the right engraving for my decanter set, so I would be happy with the results. After about an hour my set was completed and ready for pickup. I was extremely pleased with her assistance and greatly appreciate everything she did for me that day. I would definitely make the drive to return to her store anytime due to the absolute stellar customer service I received on Sept. 26, 2020. Thank you again, you made my day.

I went to go buy an anniversary gift recently and the worker said the engraving and everything would be done that same day within an hour. When I went to go get it she said she left her eyes off it while she helped other customers and the engraving messed up and so she called someone else to bring her a new one and she told me it would be ready the next day and I would get a call of when to go get it but I never got it. Its been over a week and my anniversary passed and I still have not gotten the necklace or a call from her. Terrible service would not recommend here!!
Purchased a necklace from them and they messed up the engraving. The worker said she would have a new one by the next day and she would email me or text me when it was ready. I never got an email or anything the next day so I called and she said she would not be able to have it ready until the next day. It’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten an email or anything saying it’s ready and everytime I call she says it’ll be ready the next day and the next day passes and nothing. Don’t recommend coming here, I won’t anymore. TERRIBLE service. Definetely going back for a refund the only reason why I haven’t gone for one is because I really wanted this item and I was willing to wait a day as she had promised not a week. This was supposed to be my anniversary gift from my boyfriend and it has already passed. There’s other places like Etsy where we can get it from.
Went there everybody was nice at first, noticed they didnt put my name like I asked for on my card so they had to redo it, went back the second time to get my corrected card and they misspelled my name! I know mistakes happen but you have what I want written down on a piece of paper, how bout you look at it. So i nicely asked for a refund instead of paying 69 bucks for a little wallet sized card that they messed up not once but twice and guy got a NASTY attitude. Slamming things and buttons everywhere.. so beware, nice at first until THEY mess up and take it out on you.

Purchased a YETI cup and took it to Hulen Mall to be engraved. When I picked the cup up, it looked kinda weird but I let my coworkers look at who said they indeed spaced the name to much. I made a call to the store and spoke to makayla who advised there was nothing they could do. So now I have to do a complaint with the BBB. WAIST OF MY MONEY
