Ajax is a great company we have ordered three times so far. A mirror for are antique dresser, tempered glass for are patio tables and a another piece of glass for coffee table. Oh and some beautiful sun catchers . The ladies there were all very polite and helpful. We highly recommend them.

I had two glass inserts custom made for my coffee table and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. Kim, the showroom manager, treated my small order with a lot of attention and care, which meant a lot to me.I had measured the inlay areas as carefully as I could and thought both of them were exactly the same size. But when I got home with the glass inserts one of the inlay areas turned out to be a little bit smaller. Julio trimmed the second glass insert 1/16” at no charge and it now fits perfectly just like the other one.Thanks to Kim and Julio for making my experience there a fantastic one. I’m looking forward to going back and purchasing some decorative items in the very near future.

We recently moved to Fort Worth from Houston and contacted Ajax to cut a custom mirror for our master bathroom. From start to finish, the job took less than 1 week and the finished product looks great! Oscar and Jose came out, measured, and then came back and professionally installed our mirror. Everyone I dealt with at Ajax was friendly and professional. Highly recommend. We had great communication regarding when they were coming out and are so pleased with the final product.

Our master bath reno was just completed. We ordered our shower door and wall glass from Ajax. Ricky and Brian came to measure and also installed their product. They were prompt both times, called ahead & adhered to current covid guidelines. Our condo was built decades ago; nothing is square in measurement which causes concern when remodeling. Their work was terrific, everything lined up & finished off expertly. They even wore shoe covers on carpets without me asking!!We are very pleased with Ajax service & product & would definitely recommend.Sorry, cant get photos to load. We used frameless, rain glass w/chrome hinges & door handle. Its beautiful!

Buddy Moses just might be the most unprofessional business owner I have had the displeasure of contracting with. I did business with his brother for a decade with flawless customer service and production. I ran two complete failures of both with Buddy. He’s rude, a bully and doesn’t have the slightest concept of how a customer should be treated. His team doesn’t communicate effectively and their quality controls are non existent. Most recently they invoiced us incorrectly, we brought it to their attention that their invoice was lower than the estimate, they said it was accurate and we paid. Today we were threatened with litigation if we didn’t pay them the exact amount we notified them that their invoice was short. All of this being after years of loyalty from our company. It will be a cold day in Hell before I do business with them again and I will go out of my way to let everyone in my circles know just exactly what type of business they run and what kind of reprobate Buddy Moses is.Update: It’s amazing that such a well written reply was made, and so quickly! I haven’t had one response from this group since October of last year that was so timely and well written. I guess it is possible for them to be clear when they choose too.

I have done business with Ajax Glass as long as they have been in business. I have never had anything but great customer service especially from Debbie, Kim, Sable and Megan. All the ladies are very professional and courteous. They have quality products, great prices, and are always helpful with accounting and service installations.

Had two round glass tops made for two wagon wheel tables I designed. It was a unique and difficult job with excellent results. Julio is a true craftsman!

We had glass installed into some of the kitchen cabinet doors. It has been about 1.5 yrs ago, and the glass fell out of one of the cabinet doors and cut my wifes hand in several areas. When I reached out to the company to let them know what happened, they said sorry to hear that, but there is nothing we can do. I further explained that this was a cabinet that we only used 1-2 times a year, as it is the cabinet that holds our special occasion plates and bowls. I asked would they be able to warranty their work since it has been such a short period of time since installing, the manager said no. I asked if the glass coming out in this time frame was normal and she said yes, it can happen and its not the fault of their installers. So I did some more research, I have been told by several companies that this is not normal and that the glass if done properly should never fall out, unless there is some type of significant pressure applied to the glass. All the companies expeessed to me that they would repair the glass if it were such a short time from from insta. I am very upset that 1. That my wife has cuts on her hand 2. That the manager did not even give it a thought to have someone come and look at the cabinet and potentially repair it as a courtesy to their customer. I would advise not to use this company, mainly as the customer service is rude, and the company does not back their product or installation.

I had the best experience at Ajax Glass this week. I was greeted by Alexa who was friendly and promptly called Karen to assist me with locks. Karen was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! She offered competitive pricing and she keyed my lock within minutes! Impressive!

We had a custom table-top cut. The price was great and it was cut and ready in less than a week. They even called once it was done so we knew to swing by to puck it up. Im very happy with the results.

We had an extra great experience with these guys back in July 2015. They not only measured and installed our rain glass to the walk in shower with great success, they also pointed out the base for the glass needed more of a slope before the install. Wonderful people to work with.

I requested an install of new windows in my existing double door frame on my house.I came in person, and the lady at the front desk said “No. We will not do a job like that because we don’t want to be blamed in the event the window leaks.”I gave them two stars, because of the abrupt, negative answer, but I still haven’t had experience with their actual work, so I didn’t give them one star.The answer just doesn’t make sense, because it would take a hurricane for water to actually reach those windows on my porch (See pic below). Nonetheless, the door is closed at this business.

We needed some custom sized plexiglass panels and, to our surprise and delight, were quoted considerably less than we were at various on-line vendors before tax and shipping. Quick, easy, painless - and when it turned out that we goofed up and didnt measure the dang things correctly TWICE, the kind folks at Ajax went on to make adjustments TWICE without charging us another penny. I was very pleased with their service. The staff was very courteous. When I called and told them I needed my glass cut earlier than 3 because I had to be back to pick up my daughter from school they were kind enough to have it ready at 2:30 and 1 of the staff took the glass to my car for me. Thank you Ajax Glass I made it on time to pick up my daughter and the glass looks wonderful I can use my vanity again.

Not enough staff working so there is a long wait if anyone else is in the store. Staff in hardware is very knowledge staff at the front not so much. Nice selection of items to choose from and reasonable prices.

I was told that this place could help me with window replacement. Well i went today only to be told that they can not help me the lady at the front counter came off very rude she had no intentions of helping me i asked for a replacement storm window she then told me that i needed measurements wich i pulled out of my back pocket she then said that there is no one that can help me there at that time. I know i dont dress like i have money but i do work and i do have a new house. I will not ever go back to this company nor will i send anyone else to this stuck up place. I should have just gone to lows or home depot apparently she didnt want me there.

Trying to sell our home and have seen our fair share of service professionals this week. As soon as our glass came in, John and John were timely, professional, and replaced our broken window quickly and perfectly. Honestly, they made every other service professional we saw this week look bad.

I purchased glass for my church through them and worked with Roy via phone conversations to get estimates. He was very helpful.Everything from the ordering to them putting the items in my car was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

I visited Ajax today in hopes of purchasing a stationary side glass for a shower because the one that came in my shower door kit was a 1/2 inch to wide at the bottom due to the walls being out of plumb. I was expecting to spend a couple hundred for the glass and extruded metal to hold the glass and have to wait a week or 10 days to receive it. Arthur, the owner, came to my rescue. He suggested cutting a 1/2 off the existing metal, already glued to the glass, and save some money. What! A business owner suggesting a money saving option for the customer is not real common. Arthur has my loyalty as a customer and my support and my reference to anyone needing a glass solution. Bottom Line for Ajax Glass, service is top notch, price was more than fair, my bottom line didnt suffer.Thank you Arthur,Randy Gibbs

Recommended by Home Depot; and nothing against HD. Over the phone experience was horrible. Have women rudely answering the phone that do not know what the heck their talking about. We needed glass for our pawn shop; which is somewhat similar to the glass at a bank teller branch; with the exception that its not bulletproof. And the lady argued one of our associate members up and down that 1 inch glass; was wrong size for the project. And rushed off the phone when she realized she was wrong; in a demeanor to try and hang the phone up on him. Are you serious? So, now receptionist are carpenters too, huh? We have 9 branches within the DFW were opening in the next 50 days. Will not be using this place; cause it doesnt deserve to be called a business, nor company. And your lost in profit; not ours. Glad we found out in the early stage before we wasted time, efforts, and money. Would of given no STARS if the option was available.

One of the rudest interactions Ive ever had with a company. I explained from the beginning that I am not familiar with glass installation, but that didnt stop the rep from treating me like a f#ing moron. He was rude, short, and put me on hold when I asked too many questions. I dont care if their estimate ends up being cheaper than what the competition quotes us, Im never doing business with this company. Id rather have NO glass in my shower than give these jerks a dime.

They’re great! I walked in with a Humpty Dumpty broken piece of an old storm window... the frame was in 4 pieces with pieces of glass hanging on by the mangled gasket. I took it to them and 24 hrs later I had the repaired frame with new glass for less than $25.00. My old wood framed window and I are very greatful to them.I remember them when they were on West Vickery.

Absolutely zero customer service. Waited three weeks for someone to come out for several window replacements. On the day of the appointment I missed their phone call. I called them back within 15 minutes and was told that I had missed my chance. The next available appointment would be in another three weeks.Debby was incredibly rude and condescending.

Great experience from start to finish. I received a basic price estimate for a frameless glass shower over the phone. Went into their showroom and selected the exact shower I wanted (ended up picking semiframless). Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They then came by my house to double check the measurements, worked around my schedule for installation and I was very satisfied with the final product. Also, final price was i nline with my initial quote. Would recommend to everyone!

Unfortunately I had a unpleasant experience. I had 5 12×12 glass baffles recut and an additional one made. On April 18th upon pick up the additional baffle was never cut. This is where It went down hill. Gina (I believe is associate that help me) was very rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. She told me the glass cutter was at lunch and couldnt help me and that she would call me when it was ready for pick up. Later on my wife called once again Gina was out rep, once again very rude. Gina then called me and told me that it would be ready tomorrow. At this point the project was set back and I decided to do with out. My wife called again to cancel the order. Guess who handle the situation, Gina was horrible insulting, unhelpful and plain out rude. This lady even hung up on us, very unprofessional I will never do business here again and neither should you. THANKS GINA!!!

Experience was terribleCame and measured window to replace the glass and called and gave me estimate of $366 which I felt was high, but told them to replace glass. They required credit card for half the price. When they came to replace the glass they only replaced the top panel of glass but not the bottom. Told installer they were to replace whole window not just top portion. He said he would talk to store and call me. Never heard from them and they billed my credit card for remainder $186.9 7 called American glass company and got lower cost which included BOTH panels or whole window. SO BEWARE!!!

Absolutely awful service. Took over a week to get someone to come out just to give me a quote then it took 2 weeks for them to get back to me with the quote. And they wouldnt give me a time and date they could actually come out and and fix the window until I paid half... sounds a bit sketchy to me.I used GlassDoctor instead and they were awesome. They came out gave me a quote and fixed it all in the same day, for cheaper than ajax was wanting to do it too, not to mention the window looks GREAT!

This company was recommended by my contractor, who is based out of Ft. Worth. The crew came out on 9/2 to measure the new shower for glass. They returned on 9/23 to install the custom glass. One piece (out of 3) was installed before they realized they had measured the largest piece wrong. Ajax did not call me to work out getting a new piece of glass; I had to call them to find out what was going on. They assured me that it would be a rush job and would be ready in about 1 week. I did not EVER receive a phone call from Ajax to update me on the progress of this order. NEVER. I had to call daily to find out what was going on; having to call was annoying enough, but what made it even worse is that one of the receptionists was quite rude and very unpleasant to talk to.The new glass was finally installed on 10/9 (TWO AND A HALF WEEKS LATER); I would hardly call this a rush job, since the original glass only took 3 weeks to cut. The original order included the Enduroshield treatment to prevent water spots. Considering the way this entire job had been going, I had a sneaking suspicion that the new glass would not be treated and asked the installer, what do I do if the treatment is not on this new piece of glass?, at which time he told me I would need to contact Ajax. He never took me to the glass to do a test to show that it had been treated. Once we were able to use the shower, it was more than obvious that the new glass was not treated (but the original pieces were). I called Blake on Monday, 10/12. He tried to make me sound like I didnt know what I was talking about and that just because the water wasnt being repelled off of the new glass like it was the original glass didnt mean it wasnt treated. Come on, REALLY?? He also tried to make it sound like he talked with the installer and that he had tested the glass, until I told him about asking the installer point-blank about what to do if the treatment had not been applied. (Seems like he would have shown me at that time that is was treated or not.) At that point, Blake made sure that it was alright to give my information to the vendor who was responsible for treating the glass. ONE entire week goes by (with ME calling AJAX almost daily) without a call from the Enduroshield folks. Finally, on Monday, 10/19, I called Blake and left a very heated voicemail asking why I had not even received a phone call, let alone had the problem resolved. He returned my call and assured me he would get to the bottom of things. I had a phone call within an hour from the tech who ultimately came out to apply the product to our glass.So, if you enjoy making angry phone calls daily to get things done, this is your company. I understand that things go wrong and mistakes happen; that is forgivable. What is not forgivable is a company that really couldnt care less about keeping their customers happy and informed. I dont know a lot of people that can just be home on a whim to accommodate repeated visits by installers. My husband who doesnt give a flip about customer service (unless they mess with his money) has told everyone he knows, including the installers, that we will NEVER do business with this company again. We will also tell all of our friends what terrible customer service to expect should they use Ajax. I can only assume that once they get your money, they consider their part of the bargain complete.***The only good thing we can say about this company is that Daniel & Drew were wonderful installers, hence the one star.

Super rude people, they do not return calls unless you call them first and a few times then they rudely say for your information, we did call and leave the quoted amount with you on your voicemail....um no you didnt.And the price was outrageous! Never using or recommending.

Large display of mirrors and helpful staff, they even have a desk with crayons set up to keep children distracted while they are waiting. It seems a bit understaffed as they stag was overwhelmed by the number of customers they had to help.

I will never go to Ajax again! Ive been waiting two weeks on a order they said would take 2 days. Im so disappointed in them especially after a friend recommended them. Either way, just glad Im done dealing with them!

My husband and I visited and when we walked in no one greeted us, however when a white person came in behind us they greeted him. No one in the establishment even asked if we needed help! That is so sad this day and age that prejudice still exists and is so obvious! We had a budget of $10,000 to spend on glass work!

I was treated very poorly over the phone when trying to resolve an issue that was their fault and then hung up on before I was finished talking with the woman. The staff wasnt very pleasant overall and obviously lacks on customer service skills. I wont be a repeat customer and I do not recommend them.
