David the owner is very professional and patient in his teachings to me of this trade. April in the office is kind and very professional. When u build ur company based on these values and then offer a top notch product with high attention to detail, then the customer has the very best possible experience. Do yourself a favor and let them show you an experience second to none, u wont regret it .

We called them because a less experienced Glass Company left us with crooked mirrors and massive gaps at the seems. American Glass was respectful, honest and quick.. They replaced our master bath 3 section mirror with expert craftsmanship and explained every process and why they needed to go in a certain direction. Not being a contractor and understanding certain things, I had questions that they took the time to answer. American Glass makes you feel like family with how they interact with you. Cant say enough goood about them. Use them and it will be done right. 10 stars

Asked company to update and provide more details on proposal they had made several months ago. Was disappointed to receive two very curt replies from April saying that she declined to do it. I asked why and no reason was given. The reply was: I am declining. Please have a good day. I suppose it was a waste of time calling them in the first place.

The Absolute Worst Customer Service Company I have Ever Seen in my Life!! They Will Take Ur Money & Never Get Glass 4 U!!

I ordered some shower glass that was installed with pretty good service. I then ordered some Chrome pieces for the same shower 6 weeks later and several phone calls they came out had the wrong pieces and wrong color. Now 6 weeks later still getting the story part of the pieces came in and they are waiting on the vendor and thats how the vendors do. I ask for manager or owner she said she is the manager. She seemed put out with me calling so many times so I cancelled the order. I think they need to change vendors if thats the case. My gut feeling is they got the larger sale and now these pieces are only about $200 so its not enough for them to fool with.

I ordered custom cut mirrors. The service was GREAT!!! WILL USE AGAIN!!! without spacers please...LOL

I called American Glass and Mirror to get a quote on a small mirror she tells me the price so Ill rush over there is pretty close to closing and I told her well I thought I told her mirror and when I get there I said Im here to to get the mirror cut she says Oh I thought you called about just plain glass I quoted you five for that and I told her no problem charge me what you supposed to charge me for the mirror know she charge me just for the glass price was she had quoted me on the phone then I went to pay her and she they dont accept a card debit card on such a small amount but she did it anyway they are beautiful people I think it looks like its family-owned I love that they are awesome company thank you very much for your help the glass the mirror fit perfect
