DFW Wholesale Granite in Fort Worth did a phenomenal job with our bathrooms. They replaced our old bathroom counters and sinks as well as suggested a nice granite shelf and windowsill near our toilet to tie the room together. Stephen personally came out to make sure they work was done well and threw in the windowsill for free.It was great that we paid for what we got rather than having to buy a whole slab we didnt need. The prices were very good, and the work was neat and finished quickly. From our original deposit to completed installation, we only waited 10 days for fabrication. The installation itself was done in a few hours.Very pleased!

We used DFW Wholesale Granite in December of 2014. They performed a 4 star installation and we have referred them to several friends and family. Recently, I called and left a message to discuss another project, but didnt receive a call back. A few days later I seen an employee (Stephen) of DFW Wholesale at their shop, so I stopped to confirm that I was calling the correct number. He indicated that he was having issues with his phone. I called his phone while we were both standing there to make sure I had the correct number and then we scheduled a time to come measure our kitchen. I asked him to please give me a call if he couldnt make the appointment and he strongly informed me that he never misses an appointment. When he didnt show up for our scheduled appointment, I made several calls and text. After a good while, he sent me a text, indicated that he woke up to a flat tire this morning and he was at discount tire. When I asked why he didnt call, he indicated that my information was at his office and he didnt have it with him. When I reminded him that I called his number while we were both standing there, he told me that mine and 30 other numbers we in there.This was a project that I was simply giving them. After the unprofessional service and attitude, I will simply find another company to provide granite and I wont be referring them to anyone in the future.

When I finally got a call back in discussing pricing I mentioned another place with a little lower price and before I could ask questions to compare services he stated, Go with them then ! Dont call them if u expect any type of customer service. Their business plan doesnt include customer service. I can only imagine their quality of work.

I am very happy with the granite countertops and sinks I purchased at Wholesale DFW Granite. They did demo of my old countertops, new granite fabrication and installation for me. I had more than one bid for the work and their pricing is very competitive. They worked with me to select the granite and suggested options to save me money during this process. They responded to my calls and worked with me on my extended time frame since I had carpentry work done as well to install an apron sink. My kitchen and bathrooms are upgraded and beautiful now and I enjoyed working with their friendly sales and installation team

We drove there on a Saturday the website said they were open but they were not. The show room is a small storage unit!
