It seems as if no cares about how they treat you or your food. My groceries were placed in the trunk any kind of way they tossed them. Bread under some other items. Eggs placed where they would get broken. What happened to good customer service?

You cant count on this place they will let you down! I whipped into this Walmart hour and a half before closing time to buy a bulb for my headlight. Well this location keeps it behind the glass and will not unlock the glass an hour and a half before closing time and refused to let me have my headlight so if I go one headlight in the dark! thanks Walmart

Alleys get what I ordered if you dont have time this is the way to go

My first time using Walmart grocery pickup confirmed several issues I was initially concerned about.Ill start with the good things. It was easy to place an order online. I like the idea of shopping for groceries while still at home. Its like making a grocery list and then you submit the order. Pickup is easy as well. Just pick a 1 hour window, they tell you when its ready, you confirm and go to the store. They will load the groceries and you drive away. Its easy.But when I got back home is when I discovered several issues. I was missing an item (one that was supposed to be a substitute). Some of my groceries were crushed like my bread. And finally, my milk was a week away from expiring.To summarize, the experience and ease of use is great. But, the end result was mediocre at best.

Oh brother, dont know where to start.First few times I used this service to order and pickup my groceries weekly, it was awesome and I swore I would use it from now on. THEN they upgraded the App and its never been right again. Now, the app forces me to use the delivery service. I prefer to pickup.The groceries trickle in for several days and are delivered by UPS???Sometimes just one small item comes then next day, another?????The app will no longer let me order tomatoes, fruit, etc. I ordered a ton of produce before the new app.The app will no longer let me order cokes. I ordered tons before the new app. It ALWAYS says theyre out????How can Walmart be out of cokes?.... When you go inside theyre not out?????I could go on and on and on, but surely someone will get wise and fix this??????If there was an option of ZERO rating, I would give it ZERO!!!!

Horrible service ordered groceries for Thanksgiving dinner Monday was supposed to deliver groceries Tuesday groceries never came. And all there customer service department could do was cancel my order and refund me no sorry or explanation of what happened. Amazon is SO much better never had any problems ordering groceries with them ! Back to Amazon I go

Why do they text you and say your order is ready and then make you sit in your car for 35 minutes? I called the phone number and got a recording. The car next to me pulled in after me and received their groceries before me. Rated a two because clerk was courteous.

Store on Oakmont is horrible. The app is not working right and their system stays down more than it is up. you can’t pick up your orders when you are supposed to. Their staff is rude and not helpful.

The app does not work consistently for check in.

After scheduling my day around a 1:00 pickup, I wasnt notified the order was ready until almost 2:00. Then I had to wait 45 minutes when I got to Walmart. Half the things I ordered were unavailable.
