Spacious environment with an abundance of furniture options. There are 4 model homes in side the store all uniquely designed. There are also plenty of items to accentuate any indoor or outdoor space. The non-alcoholic bar was a unexpected touch to an already inviting environment. The furniture design center carries an array of colors and patterns to match any color scheme. The staff were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. It would be easy to lose track of time exploring this store.

Jasmine was our host for the day and we adored her! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and helped us find just what we were looking for. Thank you Living Spaces for having California King beds. That was so important in our choices today!

This store is awesome! When I walked in it felt like Disneyland! So much variety and styles if furniture. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and super helpful. They made me feel comfortable telling me to have fun! They have great delivery options. Furniture was reasonably priced. This store can definitely accommodate people with wheelchairs. The restrooms were clean. Definitely going back.

Dont get the delivery option if you can help it!!!! This is beyond rediculous. I payed for delivery and set up, the delivery was qucik but they brought my 2 pc section with 2 of the same piece. 2nd Attempt.....same thing...are you kidding? Now we have 3 of the right arm piece for the sectional but no chaise piece. Refused delivery of the third piece and scheduled for the 3rd time. Showed up today with ZERO pieces, just came to pick up the extra piece. Why schedule a delivery and bring nothing? We are now waiting a couple more days. This will be the fourth time the delivery team has made a trip out to my home. Hopefully Living Spaces will get it right. I asked for a refund of my delivery and was told no since they did deliver furniture. Unbelievable, Im tempted to return the whole thing and shop elsewhere.

The store has a very large selection of sectional couches. This is the biggest I have ever seen.Also, I would say that the furniture they carry is different enough from other places that Living Spaces is definitely one store you should look at when shopping for furniture.

Okay this is a new favorite place to go. They are all non-commission, so the staff is not hunting you down, yet available as you have questions. A huge play area to keep your kids entertained while the parents figure out what to buy. They also have a bar...neat twist. Cool concept of having 4 houses built inside the building itself, fully decorated and furnished...helps give you better idea of how it would look in your home. 4 different house designs too, from modern, to contemporary, to prairie house like, to standard home.Great concept...well known brands and most of it local, so its in-stock and not waiting 4 months for furniture.

Today I visited Living Spaces for the first time. Wow! What a huge, beautiful store! The huge part concerned me for about one minute because at 79 and with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I dont walk very well. Not to worry! They had a cute little scooter I could zip around on. A nice friendly salesman named Mac (with the patience of Job) helped me find a recliner and a chest of drawers that was just what I wanted and for such a fair price. All of their furniture was so beautiful that I cant imagine someone not being able to find what they are looking for. The aisles were so big and wide and clean. The whole atmosphere just made shopping fun....especially on my little scooter.

What a beautiful furniture store with just beautiful furniture pieces. In my opinion, everything is very well priced compared to some other similar stores. We went in and didnt realize when it was already time to leave. So many unique designs that we had never seen before! 4 cute little houses are set up and decorated with great creativity and amazing furniture. There is a really good kids play area ( nice climbing net set up and theatre, video games etc. ) which is closed due to covid.AND a bar! Highly recommend visiting this store, if you are setting up your new home or even just a room!

We were replacing the media seating after a Rooms To Go unit lasted only 4 years before it started sagging and the finish coming off. Eva was excellent and patiently showed us several options after listening to our wishes. We found a beautiful new sofa, but even better, we have an excellent warranty this time! If you are looking for furniture, you need to look into Living Spaces.

This is the place to go for furniture AND customer service. Our salesperson, Maddie, was so courteous and helpful. It took about 3 hours to decide and she helped all along the way. She was careful to explain delivery waits and did numerous color options for us. Im also pleased there is also free delivery available. Loved it!

We stopped in due to the fact that we can actually get same day delivery and set up! As long as the items are in stock. Aaron was our point of contact for this visit and he was awesome! Our child was jabbering at him and he took it all in stock and enjoyed talking to her. He was very knowledgeable and quick to tell what was or wasnt in stock. There are several things that I really like about Living Spaces.- They actually have furniture in stock that you can get quickly.- They have a great selection of pieces for any room.- Their salespeople are not paid on commission.We have worked with Nelson to get furniture for our media room and for our patio. It’s unfortunate because this is where we found our living room furniture. We came in and waited for about 30 minutes for no one to approach us or even just check in to see if we needed help. Multiple people walked by us and not one asked if we needed anything. We finally approached someone to help us because we grew impatient and I wish I remembered his name But I think its Kevin. He really just took our info and when we said we wanted to purchase more things he said he will go wait in the front and When we were done to look for him. After spending some time we saw he left with another customer and when we asked for him they sent someone else who was nice but it wasn’t his full sale so we didn’t expect much from him other than taking payment. After selecting our final two pieces we waited for an orange sheet since we were buying pieces from the sales floor and that took for ever cause the second gentlemen had returning customers who he needed to attend which was fine. Once we finally paid up and got our receipt we saw Kevin and instead of just acknowledging us walks past us and doesn’t say anything not even a thank you. Spending $3500 there for 10 minutes of his time it’s the least you can expect from a customer service kind of interaction. We want to cancel our order and wish we could’ve gave it to another gentlemen who approached us while looking for our final pieces an older black gentlemen that was kind and nice to just ask if we needed anything.It’s a really bad unsatisfactory transaction and it’s sad cause we really like the furniture pieces and we know we can’t get them anywhere else.

The customer service is excellent. The delivery, not so much. I had 4 returns of the same piece before the 5 th one was right. The 1st one looked like they drove a fork lift through the box. The next 3 were damaged but not as bad. Brook Fisher in customer service was excellent. If it wasn’t for her, I would have shopped elsewhere. She was definitely the reason I kept trying and not canceling. Thank you, Brook.

Walked in looking for a couch and was greeted with a friendly and highly informative employee at the front desk. He instantly gave us the breakdown of the store and where we could find different styles of couches. Great start so far!After narrowing down our search and finding the one, we were able to order it and will have it in our home in 3 days. Alicia and Dede were great at helping us selecting and checking us out.The store is clean, organized, and staffed by friendly employees. It was a great experience from kid friendly carts to open and inviting staff. We went with a list of what we needed for the new house and they were more then accommodating. Reasonably priced and had most things in stock so no waiting weeks for furniture to come in.

Beautiful store with a nice variety of furniture. We went for an outdoor couch and found what we were looking for quickly. Kyle was helpful and efficient in getting the order placed. I can’t speak to the longevity of the furniture, as we haven’t gotten it delivered yet, but so far I am pleased with the experience.

This place has some nice things but theyre a little expensive. I do like the low pressure sales and the houses they have set up for inspiration around the floor. They have different styles in each house from farmhouse to modern to industrial...etc. I think you can probably get better quality for less elsewhere.

First time in the store. Was greeted and explained the layout of store, everyone was very nice. Sharon answered questions about the beds we had questions about. Very knowledgeable. Alicia also very helpful with questions we had. Found a bed we loved with a cheaper online store price and they were gracious enough to match the price for us. Definitely will come back again.

After shopping around and looking online, we ended up at Living Spaces in Fort Worth. They had a great layout and a lot of inventory. Their prices were excellent compared to the other stores wed looked at, and the quality of the furniture was better. Really glad we went there. We will be back for our next furniture purchase.

This is such a great furniture store. Prices are pretty good and they have a unique collection. Every employee was incredibly friendly and I love that they dont work off commission. I cant stand being harassed in furniture stores by the salesman but this place was the opposite. I will be making future purchases here.

I liked being able to walk around and look by myself. I had a wonderful young lady help me and she was very professional. The only downside was is that I had a male employee walk past me 3 times after I had found what I wanted and he never asked if I needed any help.

Came to look for a mid century modern style sofa, and rep Maddy was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Lucky enough the piece was in stock, so I was able to purchase and schedule my delivery the same day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Definitely recommend this store. 10/10

We purchased bedroom and living room furniture. Salesmen Koree and Kyle were extremely helpful through all the process. Would definitely recommend working with either of these gentlemen. The store is laid out beautifully. I particularly liked the mock home setups in the center of the showroom. Will be coming back to purchase accents once we get into our new home.

First time visiting Living Spaces and was not disappointed! Absolutely loved their Elements section and came away with beautiful one of a kind pieces for our sitting room.

Poor customer service. My family and I walked around for about 45 minutes and we didnt get greeted or asked if we needed help. We left and came back a second time. This time the manager greeted us but once again we didnt have anyone ask if we needed help. We sat on a recliner while sales people walked by us. One salesperson asked a couple near us if they wanted help he then looked at us and just walked away. He later came back and continued to ignore us. Seriously they have the worst service

This was my daughter and I’s first time here and we loved it! Employees are not constantly bombarding you, they introduce themselves, answer any questions you may have and are always willing to help. I was going to put my daughter on a push cart and then one of the gentlemen grabbed a play cart and my daughter lit up! They’re a little more expensive then I’d like but if you pay for it, you know it’s worth it! Definitely a place to recommend! Selections upon selections. They even have “home” walkthroughs and that just gave me goosebumps because one day my daughter and I will get there and that gave us a glimpse!

Horrible customer service! The delivery driver did not follow protocol by calling ahead before he came. The driver was extremely rude, lied, spoke disrespectfully, and had zero customer service training. He even said he didn’t care what his manager had promised me. The delivery manager was no better. He argued, interrupted, talked over me, and did not take responsibility for his driver’s actions. I tried calling Customer Service to tell them about the experience, and no one was available to speak to me. Unbelievable! I am canceling my order and I will never do business with Living Spaces again.

We got three furniture items today. We had a wonderful experience. The selection of furniture was fantastic, and everything in the store is beautiful and organized in a way that makes it easy to shop. Tremaine, Lisa, and Karen were so helpful, friendly, and patient. Lots of variety and design ideas. Customer service is okay, mostly young salespersons. But other stores feels more like car lots with too many salespersons always bugging you. Powered chairs were not all working which was hard to test for purchase. They have a large selection of quality stuff.

Furniture looks nice but is cheaply made. The screws in the table we bought started coming out of the press-board the top was made of leaving press-board crumbs on our floor. Now almost a week after they took it back we still havent received our money back. Avoid this place, spend a little more money and get something thats well made.

There needs to be a zero star option. The purchasing went fine and I was surprised the delivery turn time was going to be so fast. The delivery experience was absolutely awful. The driver called when he was there with zero notice; we had left for 10 minutes, he said hed wait. We raced home and he was gone. Took the assembled furniture (I paid extra for assembly) and left. The driver sent my calls to voicemail. Then he wouldnt answer by phone calls. I called the company, was disconnected twice. On the third call I was told dispatch would call me to reschedule delivery for a different day. I stated I was canceling the order, and was told he cant do that until the end of the day and he would have a manager call me within 72 hours. Inconvenient, terrible delivery service. Pick it up yourself or shop somewhere else!

We always have a positive experience in store at Living Spaces. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Nice furniture with unique stylings in moderate to high price range. If you want cheap furniture IKEA is going to be your best bet. We had a sofa shipped to our home, assembly was simple and it looks great. With kids it’ll be a challenge to keep it nice but in the meantime - we love it!

Just a great place to pickup Living Room furniture! We got ours delivered to our home, fast in-home delivery. Looks like Nebraska Furniture Mart, but much closer to Fort Worth! The furniture is very competitive in pricing, and have a wide selection. From $500 basic sofas to $5000 sectionals, and everything in between!

I ordered furniture from them. They forgot to place my sons mirror for his dresser on the order. The didnt bring the screws for my dresser and forgot the slats and hardware to put my other sons bed together. I called and they scheduled someone to come back out with the screws for my mirror and the stuff to put my sons bed together and showed up just the screws for my mirror! They expect my son to continue to sleep on the floor for a bed Im paying for. I called to speak to a manager 5 times and 4 of those times I was hung up on while being placed on hold. The other associate claims someone will call me back in 24 hours. What kind of mess is this! Im not sure I would recommend this.

The sales staff is available when you need them but they don’t pressure you or walk around behind you trying to sell to you. We’ve purchased two sofas and two accent chairs so far from here and the waiting times are super short! Great products, great service.

I loved the wide selection, and the easy no hassel approach by floor/sales associates. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made my shopping experience pleasant. - That was my initial (5) star review back in July 2021 when I made my first purchase at Living spaces.Fast forward 2 months and the experience with their delivery dispatch and telephone customer service team was at the opposite end of the scope. Delivery of items are uncoordinated. Customer is contacted 1hr before delivery to advise the order is incomplete and you can receive partial delivery or re-schedule. Calling in to the customer service number is a joke since they hang up on you in the middle of the call. This happened on all (4) of my calls. In the end issue had to be resolved at store in person resulting in cancellation of order and refund. Great selection of beautiful items too bad their execution isnt worth the effort. Will not return, and would not recommend unless you are willing to receive items in multiple shipments, or have it pushed out an additional 30 to 45 days.

My husband and I purchased several items for our house and loved the quality and price. Chris was so helpful! My only issue was the Element (unique, one of a kind) item we purchased. It had a couple scratches and dents and they were going to give us a 5% discount (didn’t even cover the tax) but we couldn’t get the piece delivered. If we got it delivered, then we would have to forgo the 5% discount.

Our experience at Living Spaces was great! First of all, Chris helped us to find on the floor the bed we were seeing. After that, we showed him one of the options of a set to match the bed, and he promptly checked the stock for us and opened a cart to reserve the items we love! Second, Karen advised us as well with the office desk we were looking for, and she helped to take the dimensions so we could visualize whatever is better for the size of our bedroom. She also gave us good tips on decoration and colors for our bedroom. It was awesome! We loved it! She gave all the information about the products and delivery, and we got our dreamy bedroom set on the same day! I am so happy, and I will highly recommend Living Spaces to everyone!

Don’t be fooled by the marketing of in-stock furniture. We purchased an item off the floor on Saturday. They scheduled delivery for The following Wednesday. Less than 24 hours after taking our money, we get notice delivery will be delayed because the “in stock” product must first be shipped 20 miles away to they’re warehouse & it will be 14 days before it can be shipped, This is apparently standard protocol. The manager LIED TO US. She had to know the routine yet she scammed us to put money on an Item we were told was available. Once she got the money the story changed. Total BS. Tried to call & CS hung up twice on me. Now I’m waiting for store call. SCAMMERS in every way. This store is no different that the other furniture stores except the other stores tell you the shipping delays they don’t LIE TO YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY,

The atmosphere there is very inviting. The young lady that helped us pick a mattress was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the mattress. Her name was Brooke. She has a awesome personality, easy to talk to and we had a awesome experience. We will recommend Living Spaces.

Very friendly from the moment we walked in. Staff let us browse at our own pace while being helpful when we had questions. We bought a new ottoman and Crystal was patient and friendly through the whole process. Jesse helped us wrap up and load out ottoman so fast! My son walked around and made friends with every staff member we encountered.

Was delivered a broken couch. It sat in my house until they picked it up. When they picked it up it, it was denied because I have dogs in the house and it had hair on it. So now I am told I have to have it professionally cleaned for them to take it back. The truck drivers were very professional. But everyone else was horrible. It has been very difficult to deal with them, because they use a third party company. It has been a complete headache and a major waste of time.

Buyer Beware! If you have to order a sofa there is a very long delay. When I ordered mine in July I was already prepared to wait the 4-6 week timeline they gave me. I was given a delivery date of end of Aug to beginning of Sept. Nobody reached out to me to let me know there was delay until I called to get a status update on my order. Now they are saying my couch is in production and ETA is 2nd week in October. For a sofa I ordered in July. Dont believe the sales people when they tell you its only 4-6 weeks for custom orders. They are having manufacturing issues but not telling you this until they delay your order for another month.

This was my first time at Living Spaces and I am loving everything about it! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the entire process is a breeze. Most, if not all, furniture store associates barely give you a second to breathe and browse before herding you to the opposite of what you had in mind. This team at LS (and I mean everyone) greets you, ask if you need assistance then leaves you to it if you dont have questions! Even the gentleman dusting the displays is cool! Crystal (probably got that one wrong, please forgive me lol) gave us great tips on how to view their virtual inventory as well as see similar items! Roger saved the day with finding the perfect solution to my ideal setup! And Chris closed the deal with the purchasing process! At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything additional, unlike other places where they push the sale to see how much they can get you to buy. The Living Spaces off Tehama Ridge in Fort Worth is hands down the best! Great store, great service! 10/10 recommend!!

Having been to a different LS store earlier in the week, walking in to this one was probably better just due to the lack of crowds, but while service was good at both, this team went above and beyond! They helped me sort out a mixed up online order, helped me look at various combinations of new stock and arranged my delivery all with good humor and great service! Thank you all for making my shopping experience so fun and productive!

Nice store in Fort Worth, TX. But, as usual, customer service after the sale is 100% substandard. Then again what is the standard nowadays? Companies like this hire incompetent, lazy employees that arent trained properly and have very little in the way of customer service skills. Wouldnt it be nice to get an honest answer and actually receive in a timely manner the product that you paid for?

Their delivery crews and support team are terrible. My wife and I ordered a bed and had it delivered a few days ago. We were given the wrong box for the support slats to the bed. 2 hours of talking with their support team and they promised the right piece in a few days. That piece just got here and its also the wrong piece. I resorted to cutting it to size and mounting it with my own hardware since I was tired of not be able to use my bed. Will not shop here again.

Very clean store with no pressure consultants! They are there to answer all your questions. Nelson was great and assisted us in purchasing the couch we didn’t know we needed!

The bar and playground are currently closed due to the pandemic. My daughter had been begging to walk through the store and I finally gave in. I had zero intentions of purchasing anything, but fell in love with a bar stool. Purchasing was easy and they had lots of options for delivery. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We are very satisfied with both of our purchases we have made so far and the delivery! We bought a couch back in January and a bed frame this July both are amazing and the staff is always friendly and helpful! We will definitely return for any future furniture purchases!!

I like this place. Lots of cute things. Nice sales people. Just a lot of inventory was on back order. Cant wait to go again when/if things are more normal.

Store was absolutely beautiful first time here and the service was great may have not needed any help but loved that I was asked if I needed anything from the works I saw keep up the good work I will definitely be returning to buy my furniture here 😀
