James Bryant helped us when we were ready and did a great job answering our questions, providing guidance when applicable, helped us understand the options available so we could make an informed decision. This was our first experience with hot tubs so there were allot of questions. I knew we were going to buy one, not sure if would be from Texas Hot Tubs or not. I felt comfortable pretty quickly and made a decision. The primary drivers for us were 1) my wifes ongoing back pain 2) entertainment option whether for the 2 of us or with friends 3) grandchildren.We went with a Hot Springs Grandee with the built in audio option.

I had a leak on my hot tub...they came out and said it was the pump. The ordered a new which was going to be $1000. When James got the tub open and double checked it, he found that it was actually a plug that had broken...he fixed it and it was no charge other than the first service call! He could easily have switched it out anyway and I would never have known the difference. Its refreshing to be able to trust them to do the right thing!

Delivery was seamless! It took several months to get the hot tub but that is normal these days due to Covid delays. We highly recommend Texas Hot Tub Co in Fort Worth!

He sat down with us until we found the right hot tub for our family. He made sure the hot tub had the right color, size, and fit. What a pleasant surprise! Excellent customer service all around from Texas Hot Tub Co of Fort Worth. Our new hot tub had some β€œunique” issues with parts. Eddy, the service manager was more than polite and eager to diagnosis and repair our tub. He worked us into an already busy schedule to have the tech, Michael, come out within a couple days. Michael called the morning of our appointment, confirmed the window of time for his arrival and was there promptly. He was able to find the issue and repair it on the spot. Unfortunately, another issue came up almost immediately and again Eddy did all he could to get the issue resolved. He actually ended up coming by himself when he realized he was going to be in our area much sooner than Michael could get here. Quite the β€œunique” issue but he figured it out and ordered the part. Covid challenges have slowed all manufacturers down and made us wait much longer than normal and Eddy was good about keeping us in the loop about where we were in the replacement part line. Once part arrived Michael was scheduled the very next day, called and confirmed time, arrived promptly and took care of issue. We have enjoyed our wonderful hot tub ever since. Hope we never have to call them again but if we ever do have any issues with our tub I will not hesitate to contact Eddy at Texas Hot Tub Company in Ft. Worth and will have every confidence in Michael’s ability to resolve the issue quickly! Thanks again for the excellent customer service all around!

Texas Hot Tub is the best hot tub store we visited. Justin easily walked us through the hot tubs on display and those we could order. He explained how they function and the easy maintenance requirements. We selected the Rio tub and it is great. The tub has helped us in getting relief from back and leg pain plus making it easier to sleep at night. One of the things I really appreciate is the ease of delivery and installation. the electrician showed up before the tub and had all the preliminary work done by the time the tub arrived. Within a couple of hours the tub was up and running. It has been almost three months since the install. Absolutely no regrets.

Tech called first to give an arrival window and asked if there were any special site access things he should know before he gets onsite. Arrived on time and followed instructions for access perfect. Diagnosed problem quickly. Replaced faulty part quickly. Had us back up and running without issue. Good young man who was well trained. I went all over the DFW (9 places in all) looking for hot tubs to find the best deal that:1. Had a good selection and price range of hot tubs2. Had competitive pricing3. Had a good warranty program4. Had an honest salesperson to help me outI found all of these at this place. They had tubs all the way from the $4Ks and up. I found one for my budget and wanted to purchase it but the salesperson actually encouraged me to buy one that was a bit less because, for my needs he said the one I wanted wasnt ideal. Its not often a salesperson is that honest. He made less so he could fit my ideal needs.Also, I had a minor issue with my tub after it was installed. I called their service dept. and Alex, one of their maintenance tech guys was out there the next morning and fixed it with no fuss and no curveball charges (all was included in the warranty). I was really impressed with them as well. A great experience overall and now its been 5 months and the tub is awesome. The salespersons name was Justin!

Technician set appointment based on his availability, not ours, and was late to appointment. Technician was to call back the following day with price and availability of parts, no call back. I reached out to Sercice department and left a message for the technician, which I did receive a call back the following day with price but no ETA of parts. I also left a message for James, the General Manager, which I am still waiting on a return call 48hrs later. Sales and Parts Department have always been great; Service needs to step up their game and at very least deliver on their word. It would also be great if the GM would care to follow up with customers.

Shout out to Texas Hot Tubs after buying our new Hot Springs Jetsetter. James was very helpful answering questions. We now have our new Spa installed and setup. Were very impressed with Hot Springs quality and innovation. We replaced an older Caldera Hot that we really loved for 12 years but I really love the new Hot Springs after getting setup and actually using it. We were especially impressed with the Back Massage which I learned was a Hot Springs innovation. It feels as if someone is massaging your back, not just a water jet drilling into your back.

From the second I walked in the door at Texas Hot Tub FW, I experienced incredible customer service. Amber greeted me and then assisted me while I waited for James. Amber was extremely knowledgable and by the time James was available to meet with me I had decided on my jacuzzi. James assisted with the purchase providing candid feedback and stayed late to complete my transaction. Amy scheduled the deliver in a timeframe that we requested and the installation team delivered the giant tub what seemed effortlessly. Initially our hot tub would not operate after hooking up the electrical. After trying some tests over the phone, Tx Hot Tub sent out James. James worked with Eddie to trouble shoot the issue without success, working late into a Friday. The next day James discovered that our electrician installed the wrong breaker. Hearing our desperation to get our jacuzzi going, Eddie offered to come out SUNDAY morning to fix our electricians error! Once the breaker was correct, the jacuzzi turned on immediately. Our family has LOVED our hot tub and the team at Texas Hot Tub FW is incredible. I would never buy a hot tub from anywhere else after this experience.

It has been almost 6 months since I had purchased my j 475, To be totally transparent there was a little hiccup in the beginning stages but customer service corrected the issue immediately and also took care of me due to an additional electrical charge. Extremely happy with the features of the Jacuzzi as it Has exceeded my expectations! I had a couple of service calls and very satisfied with Mike the technician who kept me in the loop on parts arrival and when he would be here to install them.He did a great job and even took the time to disassemble a diverter valve and clean it and re-grease it,checking with me several times to make sure it met my satisfaction, which it did.My salesman Joel of Louisville was outstanding and spend a half a day with me going over all the features of various tubs I was extremely fortunate to get one within five weeks. Joel has a vast amount of knowledge on all the hot tubs and all the features, he is very friendly and not your typical aggressive salesman....we texted back-and-forth for a few weeks,finally made a decision and the process was pretty straightforward. Also would like to mention Eddie and Emily in the Fort Worth branch, she was very helpful with getting me my chemicals and filters. I would have given it five stars but I probably needed to buy it five years ago instead of five months. We had a fantastic overall experience with the team here as we worked on getting our HotSprings Grandee spa fixed. Alex was our technician and he was incredibly professional throughout. He recommended we re-fill our tub to ensure it didnt have a leak even though that meant he would have to come back (we were not charged). We ended up needing several visits to get everything diagnosed, replaced, tested, and fixed. Throughout the process, the team was very helpful provided a lot of information to us about what was happening. They even came in on the low end of the original price estimate which is a rarity in my experience. Cant say enough great things about Alex and the overall experience.

I want to thank Robert Aguilar for all of his incredible patience and support with a hot tub my brother had purchased just prior to his unfortunate passing. Robert and his team literally stored the hot tub for three years prior to us finally having it delivered to a completely different city. Robert and his team were gracious and generous with their time and support while we tried to figure out what to do with the Hot Tub. Have owned a hot tub I bought from Coleman some 7-8 years ago. Have always had great service and results from them! However, a couple of weeks ago my hot tub would not stop tripping breaker so I called for service to figure things out and also asked them to do a Tune Up while they were there. I could not be there during the service but the tech called and said he replaced the circulation pump and also did the Tune Up. However, when I went out a day or so later to check it out I realized the Tune Up had NOT really been done or at least not very well so that you could tell. I sent a message to service and wow they got right on it and Amie called me immediately and apologized and sent someone to do or re-do the Tune Up last Saturday! Wow Kevin started apologizing profusely and assured me this was not their way and he was there to fix it and do the job right! He did a super amazing job and definitely won me back as a loyal customer for Coleman! Thanks very much Amie & Kevin!

We worked with James Bryant. He is the consummate salesman, and I dont mean the kind that pushes, is over friendly, or is untruthful. He is simply a straight-up guy who offers you options and is extremely knowledgeable about Colemans product. We ordered the Hot Springs model for two people on James suggestion and have not been disappointed. We went for the platinum package (which includes a Bose sound system) and did not look back. Installation was a bang and the electrician that Coleman uses, set it up specifically for our particular model, including modifying the panel to meet our power requirements. We did not have to add additional electric service to the panel. We have been using the spa now for over a year and enjoy it each time we step in to it. We use it for enjoyment and relaxation and when needed to soothe aching muscles. It requires little maintenance, but if I have a question about maintenance, or anything for that matter, I always call James, and hes Johnny on the spot with an answer. I would recommend Coleman to anyone. The best service - professional, informed and dependable.

We had our Hot Spring Grandee spa installed this morning. It looks great and we love it! Our experience in the showroom with James Bryant was very nice. James was able to answer all our questions and help us decide on a model that would be best suited for my wife and me. The delivery crew (Joe and 2 helpers) were fantastic! They did a fine job of setting up the spa and explaining how the spa works and how to best care for it. Matter of fact, they did such a fine job, we bought lunch for them.A word of caution, if youre planning on getting a hot tub/spa, get at LEAST two bids from an electrician. The electrician we used was a little pricey to hook up the spa to our outdoor electrical panel just 8 feet away. The electrician made 3 trips and spent a total of 122 minutes here along with 18 feet of wire and conduit that cost us $7.17 a minute for his service. Yes, thats per minute

Seriously the ONLY place to buy a hot tub! We went to several other places and no one was as knowledgable or as inviting as Coleman and especially James at the Ft. Worth store. When our spa was delivered, the delivery crew called me when they got close (my request) so I knew when to leave work, and then they showed up ON TIME! (Shout out to Mike!) They asked questions about how I wanted it set up and then before they left, walked me through starting it up and doing the chemicals, which was fantastic since I have never owned a spa before. The next day I called the store to get some clarifications on maintenance and James walked me through exactly what I needed to do and got me set up so they ship the chemicals I need when I need them. Hopefully I wont need to buy another spa for a long time but the next one I buy wont be from anywhere else!

We had a stand alone screen room constructed and it is very enjoyable. Dave Byous, engineer and manager answered all questions and was quick to respond to any of my concerns. Alan did the actual construction and did an excellent job.The room was finished two weeks ago and we have used it evert day.I would highly recommend them.

Ill be as brief as possible. We built our new home just over a year ago. We had debated building a pool but decided to go with a hot tub. May 19, 2018 we purchased a top of the line Hot Springs Grande NXT Spa, Ace salt water system, and the Coolzone. It was the Coolzone that convinced us to go the spa route vs the cost of a pool.BEEF #1 The salesman told us that there was a defect in the Ace salt water system in that if the temperature is below 95F it stops working. We were assured that Watkins was diligently working on a solution. So far, still kaput. Its been over a year now and Im fairly certain that a fix isnt coming to me. My point is that if you buy a Coolzone and use the Ace Salt water system youll be using chlorine instead. Perhaps theyve fixed it on new machines but last time I asked the Sales guy said they had not.BEEF #2 July 17, 2019 the Coolzone stopped cooling. I called Coleman Bright Ideas in Fort Worth and the service manager said it would be a week before anyone could come out. A week later two technicians showed up, did some trouble shooting, and declared that their side of the system was working fine. They said that I would have to find someone to work on the AC side this. I asked, no turnkey on this? and they said no. Were not licensed to work on ac systems. The service manager finally gave me the name of someone they currently use to install the AC side of the Coolzones. I thought I had an appointment with him the morning of July 29th. That morning I received a text from him saying that he couldnt make it and didnt know when hed be able to make it if ever.Can you believe it?I contacted the Service manager again at Colemans looking for some support. Once again they politely informed me that I was on my own and to go asking AC repair companies if they worked on mini split units. I actually found a solid company that did and their technician came out and quickly discerned that there wasnt much if any refrigerant in the system. Subsequent troubleshooting revealed a fitting that had a bad braise. This fitting was actually inside the spa connecting into the Coolzone heat exchanger.I sent this information to the GM and Service manager at Colemans looking for some financial relief. The cost of the AC service visit, diagnosis, repair, pressure testing, evacuation, and refrigerant recharge was $670.00. Im not happy that I had to bear the full burden of this repair over a defective part that was installed inside the SPA from the very beginning. The response got was, its out of warranty you can call Watkins if you want to, heres their number. Once again no support really, youre on your own.We really like the SPA its our second HotSprings spa and the Coolzone is very nice in the Texas heat. If you go this route just be prepared to deal with the AC side of things yourself. I dont know if any of the other SPA stores that offer the Coolzone behaves this way with support but BUYER BEWARE and purchase understanding how things may go.8/13/2019I had a long discussion with James Bryant yesterday. I was able to voice my concerns and suggestions for better outcomes. James did reach out to Watkins rep and they offered some concessions that satisfied me. I walked away thinking that they were going to seriously look at securing support for the CoolZones. Not in-house support but an active list of HVAC providers that will and do work on them. In closing the spa and coolzone are the bomb and you cant find a better product pair. The CZ simply turns the hot tub into a year round pleasure. Thanks to James and Hotsprings (Watkins).I am amending my rating on this to 5 stars. It was never about the fact that it broke. All things eventually break. It was about the path to resolution that disturbed me.

Repaired my leaking hot tub. The repair took a little longer than I expected but they did an excellent job. It wasnt cheap but I realize it was also labor intensive. The gentlemen that transported the tub back and forth did an excellent job.

Very disappointed in the after the sale service. Spent thousands of $$$$, have issues after 2 months on my pool. Now have to pay out of pocket more money to your company for a faulty hose covered under warranty, but I have to pay for your repair services fees !!!!!! Not cool !!! I do not recommend this business and will not do business with y’all ever again .

I have dealt with coleman since 2006 when i orginally had them build me a screen room and put a hot tub in it. Really enjoyed it. In march 0f 2017 we had hail damage to the roof of our house as well as the roof on the screen room. At about the same time the hot tub we had purchased in 2006 started giving us problems, I got the insurance to pay for a new roof for the screen room and at the same time I had them replace all the screens since some had holds in them and also bought a new hot tub at the same time. They did a real good job the first time and just as good a job the second time. We really enjoy our hot tub/spa and the screen room. I have called them numerous times over the years to come out and look at sometime or work on somethimg and good results every time. I am sure I will continue to call them for things spa related or screen room related for many more years. I highly recommend these guys.

My Hot Springs hot tub had been running non stop for 5 years. One day the water was not heating. I called the Coleman service dept. Instead of just sending out a repairman, he asked if I had basic electrical knowledge and a voltmeter. He told me the suspect part to test and, yes, it was a bad circuit board. They had the board in stock but I couldnt get there to get it. The service tech said Ill be in your area tomorrow, want me to just bring it to you? Coleman went out of their way to save me diognostic charges then personally delievered the new part! This is above and beyond customer service. I then needed a new cover. They special ordered it at a very reasonable cost. It showed up sooner than expected. They installed it and took the old one away while I was on vacation! Also, both the new circuit board and cover were improved, meaning they dont rest on their laurels. Owning a Hot Springs Spa has been a great experience on all levels. There are Hot Springs Spas, then all others.

I had a great purchasing experience, my hot tub is great, everyone has been very nice. The missing star is due to it would have been nice to receive some setup instructions, and we had a few missing items at drop off. I knew nothing about hot tubs and had to learn from a google search not to use an extension cord, and the GFCI hot tub could not plug into a GFCI outlet. I had to drain the tub before using and get it moved to accommodate for the last minute changes. My package was missing a spa treatment item and the keys to the cover.However, these guys were quick to respond, super courteous, and have done a great job with follow up. I will continue using these guys in the future and strongly recommend them.
