Ive decided that I like this store. Previously I have purchased my other fossil gear online, but this store is very well priced. And its really the same stuff that I can get online but much less expensive. My husband got a wallet, and he is just loving it. Its very well made. The staff are amazing, they were very helpful and very patient with my crazy children. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Really nice shop. Friendly employees, helpful but not smothering. Good selection of items and everything we chose, they went and found a brand new version of from the back. My husband likes good quality watches and he snagged two for $88. He normally spends hundreds on ONE so Im stoked with that price tag lol. Also had really nice sunglasses for only $19! I will be back for sure.

Love the product and brand. I have been to Grand Prairie before and never had an issue. I never leave reviews. But my experience was so terrible i had to. If could give this staff zero stars I would.First of all the service was sub par. I was looking for a bag and no One asked me if I needed help. There was a girl with short dark hair who was especially dismissive when I asked a question. They were more into their conversations than offering me service. Do your self a favor and visit any other store. Don’t go here. They just do not wanna help.

I wish I could remember the sales girls name! She showed me several watches, was very informative, pleasant, & conversational. The outlet was ok, but she was the reason I had a good experience there.

I am a Fossil guy for over 30 years. I carry bill holder, wallet, belt and hybrid and smartwatch. It was Thanksgiving day so Fossil had excellent discounts. Visit the store you will find something that you want to wear or buy as a gift.

I just can not give a more rave review!!! Rose was awesome!!!! My husband bought some watches on eBay and was really taken advantage of. We went to Fossil to try and fix the problem ( mind you these were not fossil watches) She really went above and beyond for us!! Told us where to go to fix them ( The fossil store that will open next week because they work on this type of watch) but I really need to just say that you can tell what kind of person your dealing with by the way they provide customer service and hospitality. Rose is the only one that has given us true customer service in I can’t tell you how long!!! We left with 4 new Fossil watches. Going back today to buy a purse ☺️

Super friendly staff and even though they were busy, that made us feel welcomed and was able to walk out with a watch and sunglasses in under 15min. Great job!

I don’t know where to begin! The store has such an upbeat atmosphere. All the associates are extremely friend”y and knowledgeable. I got a $200 watch from there and it has NOT DISAPPOINT! I particularly want to point out associate Abby. She was kind and truly talked to me. Not just in a sales way but she wanted to see how my day was going. I highly recommend this place and will for sure be going back!

They really went above and beyond today! No questions asked with warranty issue. They didnt have a new band in stock so without me even asking handed me a complete new watch. Great job ladies. Thank you.

This store is so impressive and good I can’t begin to start with. My other half bought me a fossil watch last year 300.00 and it’s stop working so we returned it and I got a updated and better and not even a year ago I had to go back a let the female store manager that my watch that was different and better stop working and she said I’ll replace your watch and I walked out with brand new one and she remember who I was but the girl that got me the watch she couldn’t answer my question a year ago and still to today she couldn’t answer so overall I’m happy man and this store will have my loyalty.Thanks Fossil

I got a nice watch there

Returning a defective 2 month old gift smartwatch that I wore into the store. I was felt like I was treated like I stole it and had limited options for returning or exchange for the same product. I knew from my look and the people working in the store what the outcome was going to be. I overheard the manager tell her worker not to give him anything and walked to the back.

Refused to return a defective watch. Lied to my face and told me he can’t return it because he does not sell MK watches (even though they I bought it a fossil store and MK is made by fossil) Had to drive all the way to I-20 Fort Worth Fossil store (who doesn’t sell MK but gladly returned it).

Worst staff, the guy with a band on his hand doesn’t know how to deal with customers, he was rude and thinks himself oversmart. I tried to return a defective watch and this guy was arguing with me. Would never recommend this store to anyone.
