Used to be a good company,till they stopped paying there employees properly. Thier Cranes and electrical products were the best when I was there. I know personally cause I worked in, then ran the (ele)tronics department and made Shure every control panel was up to the standards of an electrical engineer. I am one now! And the structures were 2nd to none. Welds were applied by welders with more than 20yrs of experience and not only checked but double checked by the next shift before they could move on to the next assembly. Quality assurance was not a phrase its a way of life at Ace till they needed to have a QA department. Sad, by then I was on my way to my current title through education and lots of hands on experience and memorizing mass amounts of theory. Had knowlage, just not the paper to back up what I could easily spit with madd confidence.
