Excellent response time in a customer audit. A calibration sticker got grease/oil on it and it unknowingly lost its ability to stick on the equipment. An auditor could easily see the sticker was on the equipment and validated the calibration certificate. QualCal came out immediately and affixed a new sticker. The auditor validated the newly applied calibration sticker and the audit resulted in ZERO findings. As a Quality Manager for the past 25 years, QualCal has been my calibration provider and I recommend that you make them your calibration source too.
