Excellent service. Dan worked on my minn kota, changed the head, new switch and load tested batteries. There was no need to remove motor from boat and drop off. Serviced while I waited. Nice job Dan!!

This place is a treasure if you own a boat. Know the address and put their number in your phone because if you need repairs for your electronics or trolling motor then this is your place. It is just a fact that they know how to fix whats broke but my biggest compliment is that they understand the needs of boat owners and fisherman. Polite, professional and educational to talk to has always been my experience with Boris Marine.Be patient because its worth it. It seems everyone bought a boat in 2020 and needs a repair of some sort, but if you have an repair that is urgent, I know they will do their utmost best to get you on the water again. I had a warranty issue with Minn Kota. Contacted Don and he and his team was willing for me to bring in my unit same day and repair. Can’t say enough how they were willing to help me especially so quickly. I know they have a back log of work but was more than willing to help as the issue was minor. Had my issue repaired in 30 minutes. A great shop for service and purchase. If you have any marine electronic needs give them a call first.

Absolutely amazing people and service. I had a brand new Ultrex that the wires got pinched on during install, I contacted Minn Kota to get it warrantied, they referred me to Boris Marine Electronics and said they may have to order the parts since its such a new unit. Well to my amazement they surprisingly had everything I needed in stock and they had me on my way in just a few short minutes. Absolutely amazing people up there I cant speak highly enough of them and will be returning to them in the future for absolutely any of my future electronics needs. If youre not using Boris Marine Electronics then youre just wasting your time and money.

About 4 weeks ago. I dropped off my New trolling motor to have the shaft cut down. I am now going on week 5 and still no trolling motor. Overall I am happy with the customer service and understand that they are very busy. But I would just to know how much longer I have to wait before I get my Trolling motor back. My other one went down yesterday and my need to get it checked out.

Dan is the man! Dan was really helpful in assisting in replacing my shaft on motor trolling motor and walking me the process of how to fix it when motor-guide made a specific part obsolete. Purchased a complete Hummingbird Solex 10 and 12 for the boat, put a I-pilot on as well with a few other minor things. Ended up getting a quote from the owner and said let’s do it. Go in with the boat and the workers said he quoted it all wrong and you need this so I went with it as they said this is what I need. (Owner was out with a medical thing so never got to speak with him but did bring it to his I believe wife behind the counter) anyhow spent a couple thousand over the quote for around 11 thousand dollars to get all the work done. Took boat in numerous amount of times and it would just never work ( the graphs that is) they always said got to get this then that . Finally gave up and just accepted my broken down product. I would not recommend this company for hummingbird as they are lost.

Donald and his team are great! Very knowledgeable about trolling motors and marine electronics. They installed a gently used Ultrex for 2/3 the price of a new one. They fixed some mounting issues with my factory Foretrx install and mounted my old transducer for me. Great people!

My neighbor recommended them. Had to wait to fit in but I can say the hour drive one way was worth it. This shop gained a new customer for life. Everyone on staff friendly as can be. Definitely fellow fishers 👌💪

Just had a unpleasant experience. Ill start off saying Don and the rest of the folks there are good people with good customer service but I got screwed (I believe unintentionally) just paid $240 to have the seals redone in the bottom end of my minn kota. Seems insane to me. So my I pilot quit working and I dont have the money right now so I said to just do the seals and Id bring it back later for the I pilot. He said he could make it original with the foot pedal but I said no cause I wanted to do the I pilot so I didnt wanna pay to have it put to original then pay for the I pilot. Well it was put to original anyway. I believe he just forgot and didnt do it on purpose. So now by the time I get this back to an I pilot Ill have about 700 into a used motor. I think I might try somewhere else next time
