I took a chance and went here in search of a decent king size mattress. Any time I see “EVERYTHING MUST GO,” I want to know what’s going with me. Not only was the customer service unparalleled, I found an amazing mattress sporting unforgettable comfort. The ONLY downside to this, is that the comfort level of this thing is set to “CURSED” because once I’m down, I’m DOWN like a first class jet with a failed engine. Like, why would they do this? It’s like a “too good to be true” type of comfortable… If that makes any sense… Is that weird?.. I don’t know. Anyway, Yes, I love it and no I don’t want to get out of bed for anything, now. They get a 5/5 from me. Thanks you all! 💤

This was our first mattress purchase, and it went fantastically. The salesman was super knowledgeable, I think. I dont know, what do I know about mattresses? At any rate, we got the exact mattress we wanted with a 100-day financing option. The salesman (at some point Ill get his name, and edit this) was super friendly and catered to my inane conversation topics. Great experience.

I have never had such a great experience in a store as I did today in Mattress Depot. Blake was very friendly, professional, and helpful for picking out and buying a full size mattress and box spring for my daughter. He asked all the right questions so that he knew what the best mattress would be for us. He was able to give me a great deal within my price range for a great mattress. I got the Full Phoenix Pillow Top and it is very comfortable and perfect for my daughter (and sometimes for me too, haha). He had the mattress and box spring in stock so I was also able to take it home right from the store. I had a great experience and I will definitely be back the next time I need a mattress.

Awesome experience buying my first non hand me down mattress. 100 day interest free financing helped me to buy the exact mattress I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Love the customer service here. Attentive, respectful cut to the chase. I asked for a specific bed and time and so it was delivered. The delivery of the box bed was wrong but was corrected asap without additional cost or disputes. Delivery cost is really good too. Highly recommend.

I spent 1,300 on a 2 sets of bed waiting for them for a week .They got terrible delivery guys. The delivery guys are not careful with your stuff they just drag everything on the ground and tear the fabric on the mattress and the box spring. The store exchange the damaged mattress and box spring but when I got the box the staples came off from the bottom of the box. The store wont even do a refund just a store credit. I dont recommend this store to anyone! Go spend your money somewhere else its not worth it!!!

This customer was given the same comfort warranty as the 1000s of other customers we have helped achieve a great nights sleep, however her request to upgrade from a $949.00 mattress to a $1299.00 mattress for ONE penny is unreasonable. We will still honor the comfort warranty even though it is past the 30 day warranty period for something of equal value in an attempt to satisfy our customer. All that was expected was for the customer was to pay the difference of the credit she received and the price of the better mattress that she wanted.

Watch out for this place! Make sure you understand your payment agreement before you sign! I got ripped off sue to the lack of communication smh...

5 star rating for Blake! He did amazing selling us a mattress. We had a terrible experience with the delivery. Was told the mattress would be delivered between 11-2 they didn’t show until 3:45. Then when they delivered they didn’t even check to see if anything was damaged. Just left. The plastic was melted to the liner of my box spring. Called corporate and explained what happened and the lady said we have a driver out now we will bring you another box spring. My husband left work and rushed home. They never showed up or called. Again called corporate they didn’t care. Terrible experience but love my mattress. I love the mattress so much i didn’t/don’t want to cancel my order. I was given free products for the inconvenience but didn’t receive everything I was suppose to get. Needless to say I have a messed up box spring still and the company has done NOTHING to make it right. It’s a shame. Go elsewhere. The stress isn’t worth it.

Save your money go else where. I wasted so much money at this awful company. This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. Its lie after lie after lie with them. They are fighting against us to make what they did wrong RIGHT. Going to the extent to report them to BBB.

They wont allow zero stars typical for this company. We were lied to and decieved Read thoroughly and sign nothing. There is no 24-hour cancellation money back there is no 30-day trial money back there is no downgrading to a cheaper model money back there is only in-store credit no matter what they say. This is the type of company that preys on people that trust what they are told by a friendly face, with a used car salesman attitude.

My husband and I just purchased our new bed just yesterday, Hunter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made the buying experience fast and easy.

Bed frame WAS NOT properly assembled upon delivery. The entire metal beam was left, untouched in the box. One driver made a comment about a sexual item (a condom) while pulling off the plastic on my bed. Wasnt told that the bed headboard was actually not included in my purchase after the bed was delivered. Called the store to find out that it was only included if financed, while I payed in full. I was told deferently in the store, before purchase. My mattress felt ENTIRELY different and very hard as opposed to the floor model, to top it off.

The manager worked hard and diligently. I almost walked out but he was able to get me what I needed and for a good price. Thank you for your customer service!!! :-)
