My Husband had the worst experience with who we think is the owner! He was very rudely and disrespectful like we were just trying to get help he cut my husband off before he could even finish a sentence threatening my husband with the police when all he was trying to do is get HELP! hes a prime example of wasting criminal justice workers time...no need believe me we were leaving this place is a joke and NOT helpful at all! Thank you to the one employee who was very nice and pointing out where we need to go for the not so helpful help.

Wonderful people! My wallet was stolen from my hotel in Fort Worth and was then left by someone on the counter at North Main Recycling - Daniel called me thinking that I was the person who left it there. I had left Texas 4 days earlier. They were so helpful when I told them that it had been stolen. They helped by telling me what was still in it - everything but the cash - and then returned it to me. They also offered to share their video to help identify the person who left it there. We need more people like the Russells in this country!

Took in clean, rinsed out aluminum cans with paper description removed - not painted and got paid for painted aluminum at a much cheaper rate then clean aluminum by $0.15 compared to a competitor. Yes they are a rip-off depending on ethnicity it seems.

Tarrible place. Brought a bunch of heavy copper there and all they gave me was $20 and wouldnt give me my copper back but would give someone else more from cans that was less than what I brought.
