Very good customer service and they dont harass you. Very clean and no pest problems at all! Place is well kept!

RON IS THE BOMB!!! His customer service is off the charts and hes a real person. Real is hard to find these days. Quality and Customer Service is the utmost still to some of us folks round here. Ron got that!

Clean and convenient. Ron was extremely nice and friendly. I wasnt told up front that I needed to buy their own lock which wont fit anything else once I dont need the storage. Also, I think they send out the emailed statements/bills a little too soon. Almost 3 weeks ahead of the due date makes it an out of sight, out of mind bill. :-) Overall, I am pleased with my choice of storage

This place is garbage. I’ve rented from them for 3 YEARS!!!! They show their appreciation for my continued business by raising the price of my unit 3 times. This time with zero notice. I AM NOW PAYING MORE THAN THE LISTED PRICE ONLINE. Don’t rent here they just jack up the prices whenever they feel like it.

The property manager Ron Samaniego was fantastic! He was able to give me multiple options that helped me rent the perfect size unit for my needs. The pricing is fair and I have not had any issues dealing with this company. I will say its best to visit the building to see the true size of the units before making your final decision. When you go ask for Ron!

I checked around before renting and found other comparable facilities over priced. Metro is affordable, very friendly and safe. I trust that not only the onsite staff but all of the staff are watching over my little room of junk 24 hours a day. Happy customer!

My daughter had rented a storage she was getting ready to move. A employee called her and she discussed paying half rent. Employee told her it would be better pay full month and get rebate. So she did and ask employee way all did she need to do in order to mske sure she get her rebate. Nothing except be moved out completely by a certain date and thats it. My daughter did that the employee didnt tell her to take lock off so the manager wants to charge her full months rent she already moved and dony want to give her the rebate. She asked for his name he told her Ron, SHE asked him for corporate # he hangs up in her face. Very unprofessional and rude not management material @ all inconsiderate. He should have spoke with employee do to the fact she asked a TRAINED employee so with that being said she should hsve given the correct info to a consumer. Not saying it was on purpose facts the employee was asked and my daughter did what was told to her with that being said shes not accountable for the info whereas given by employee .
