Staff is always nice and cracking jokes. Our boxes were out and waiting for us when we got there. Pricing aint too bad either. We feel their facility is secure and trust our stuff is safe!

Terrible place, we had 3 containers, they charge $15 trailer fee for each box but, one can only use 1 trailer for all three containers????, ridiculous also the personnel have a careless attitude. Uhaul company is terrible

You may want to trust me when I say.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! There is no customer service behind this company. When they bought out Door to Door Storage, they changed my billing date without asking me. This causes me at least $75 a month in late fees and they will not change your billing date unless you pay for (2) months up front! If you want to get your belongings from storage, plan on paying an additional month because they do not pro-rate or reimburse customers the difference. For over-priced storage with zero customer service, this is your one-stop spot!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I HAVE 3 UBOXES IN STORAGE THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY THEY PICKED THEM UP (WHICH THEY WERE LATE DOING! DRIVER CALLED AT 8AM SAYING HAVE THEM LOCKED AND READY BY 9AM. HE DIDNT SHOW UNTIL 1PM) NOW MY THINGS CANT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THURSDAY!(6 DAYS FROM THE DAY I ACTUALLY WANTED THEM DELIVERED) BECAUSE THE DRIVER DECIDED THE BEST TIME TO BRING MY THINGS WAS AT 7AM, WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION TIME. CLAIMED MY CARD DECLINED (WHICH COULD ONLY BE POSSIBLE IF THEYRE CHARGING ME $1000 TO DELIVER MY THINGS THAT IVE ALREADY PAID ALMOST $200 IN JUST STORAGE FEES FOR MY ITEMS TO ONLY BE THERE 3 DAYS THATS NOW TURNED INTO 6 DAYS) I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASK IF I COULD ACCESS MY UBOXES AT THE FACILITY. REPRESENTATIVE SAID YES. I ARRIVED AT THE FACILITY THAT LOOKS LIKE AN ABANDONED WAREHOUSE. NO ONE ON SITE GATES LOCKED. I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY CLOSE AT 4PM!!! ID RATHER PACK MY THINGS ON MY BACK MYSELF THEN TO USE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!

I been there by 10AM no one in there but the werhouse is open & theyre website showing open from 8am-12pm
