It is SOOOO hard finding a mechanic you can trust AND who doesnt rip you off. Martin, of A&B Muffler and Brake at 5028 E. Rosedale Street, is that rare breed.I took my car in to this place a few years ago to have an engine mount welded and they did a good job at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, I did not realize that they did much more than just welding and mufflers, so I continued taking my car to all sorts of mechanics whenever anything else needed doing, mostly with pretty poor results.Fortunately, when I took my car back last week to have a new engine mount and transmission mount put in (which they did for $150 less than my usual mechanic quoted), I found out they do just about everything, from oil changes to servicing, to tune-ups. So I had them put in a new fuel filter, and they charged me only $20!Now my car is running like new, despite being 15 years old.I will never take my car anywhere else - and nor should you!

This place is the best; if you are looking for honest work and great prices, go to A & B, Jose and Martin will take good care of you!!!!

They all need welding classes. Looked under my automobile it had the worst job ive ever seen like a 16 year old with carpal tunnel did it. Left without looking underneath thinking this vatio knew but if you cherish your car you would want to stay away from here.

Been going there sinse 2007 for all my mechanical needs from bushings to water pumps, mufflers to valve cover baskets. Martin and Jose has been there for me sinse day 1. Cant beat the prices either and always an awesome job.

I had my car fixed here 3 weeks ago and my car broke again with the same problem. .bad business
