Very friendly fast service best prices... Drove 1 hour just to have them replace my catalytic converter and O2 sensors and they was done within an hour... Even got a year warranty.... Very pleased and will return and to others....

The guy who is responsible for exhaust work is very aggressive and not checking his work. I took my car to replace the o2 sensor bung. He welded a new bung but never checked for air leak. Two days later my check engine light came on and the car had a rough noise and vibration. I took the car back to them and explained. He start with a “NO” and refusing the air leak from where he welded. I made him to double check, as soon as he checked he found the there were a big air leak in the welded area. He started welding the spot so aggressively and again refused to double check if it was fixed or not. But I am sure he still didn’t do a good job. I will update my post if I see there air leak again.

Ive been coming here for so long I cant even remember the first time off the top of my head. Theyve always been very helpful with me and my cars, and I feel like the prices are more than reasonable. I believe they do mechanic work on vehicles as well; although I primarily come for exhaust work. Definitely a good place to stop in for a custom exhaust or muffler on your car or truck.

I stopped by to get a quote today and walked away a happy customer. I dont usually just walk into a place a buy a service like this. I like to shop around for a great service, price and quality.A few months ago, a baffle went out in my muffler. A month ago, it got worse and everytime I got on the gas, the muffler rattled. So i began to look for a new muffler. I called into Pep Boys and as usual, they were astronomical ($2,500)...so much that they bid more then the Ford dealership ($2,300) for a new muffler. I had gotten that far when I happened to pass by Stars Muffler Shop and stopped in for a quote. And what did they quote me? $130 for a Flowmaster muffler, everything included. SOLD!So I ended up getting in and out within 45 minutes. The old clunky 50-gallon sized muffler was shot and thrown out (photo 3). The new muffler looked undersized, but performed well and I even got a boost of power from it (photo 2). And instead of rattle-rattle, its a deep and throaty hum. It sounds like a healthy V-8 Triton now.

I replaced my dual exhaust today, they did a really good job. Not only did they do a good job I also had no wait. I was in and out within an hour. This is my go to for exhausts even if it is years apart.

It was almost time for them to get off work & didnt want to be bothered.

Great place! Cheapest ones that quoted my exhaust on my Ranger and I love it! They did really good work an dI was very pleased. However I have had an exhaust hanger brake on me after the install. Long story . The guy that cut my mufflers off also make a hole on the gas tank and he thought he was gonna get away with it by saying that was made from other shop that did some work on my car . I drove home and fill up my gas tank no need to say that the car had a real bad leak dropping on the mufflers . Took it back and all they did was to put some seal on the tank no money back or anything. Definitely not a professional work and bad customer service. Not coming back ever to this place and will not recommend to anyone.

Would you like to walk 2 miles to pick your car up, because the person working on your vehicle refuses to pick you up in a timely manner and take you back to their car shop? Would you like to be told that your transmission is “blown” and then actually drive your vehicle for 2 more years with no transmission issues? Would you like to have your catalytic converter replaced by a cheap aftermarket converter that ends up ruining your car because you actually need the factory part? Then this is the right place for you. I lived near Star Muffler for 4 years while in school and originally took my cars there because they offered one of the cheapest options to fix my aging vehicles. However, while they were initially nice, I realized that the way they make their profit is by selling you cheap after market parts which are not good for your vehicle, and then they make the profit off of the labor. Listen to me if you’ve read this far, even if you are desperate, do not go to this place.

They fixed my muffler (broken loose by a distracted driver in rainy weather). They worked quickly and were very nice and were very reasonable. I will remember them in the future and recommend them. Its nice working with a small shop instead of those big corporate places where youre just a number.

I will not recommend no one to this shop the lady Mary who runs it is rude!! They will perform things on your vehicle before they call and get permission and try to run your bill up! I have reported them to the better business bureau !! Also make sure if they order you a part and its under lifetime warranty you will not be able to order the part on your own you will have to go through them! I was sent there by another repair shop to have my catalytic converter replaced. Their price was a third of what the dealer was going to charge. Quick service, excellent prices, friendly staff. They tend to specialize in exhaust systems, but from the exhaust manifold back, theyre my guys!

My Nissan frontier has had a battery problem in the cold for years and this is the only place that could diagnose and fix the problem and at a good price.

Took my vehicle in to have catalytic converter replaced and when I went to take it in for state inspection, this shop noticed my oil pan had been busted when Starz shop tried covering up with some type of cement sealant. I will never take my vehicle back to these people

I took my car there to fix when I got there it was 150.00 then she said no it’s 200 when it was time to pay Mary said 220 what a rip off and the guy that worked on my car was so rude. She ain’t gotta worry about me coming there ever again.

I got both of my (oxygen) O2 senors changed there for $35 service fee. I brought my own parts though.

I LOVE THIS PLACE THEY VERY FRIENDLY FIXED MY CAR NEVERRRRRRRR HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM & MARY IS VERY HONEST THIS IS A SHOP THAT NOT JUST ABOUT MONEY I LOVE IT AND WILL REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!!!

I went with a friend to get his catalytic converter checked, the mechanic in no time chopped it off with a sawsall, then approached my friend asking if he wanted it fixed. AFTER he had hacked it off. Since all we were going for was a check, we couldnt get it replaced so the mechanic then welded on a straight pipe and charged my friend $30. Terrible place that only wants your money and has no sense of workplace safety or customer service.

Welds only last 90 days, poor customer service. Tried to charge extra to fix their mistakes...
