They installed a new faucet in the laundry room and master shower. They were responsive, coming the same day I called for service, were fast, clean and wore protective clothing and masks. They tested both faucets and no leaks! I was satisfied.

Bradley and his team are SUPERB. I had received a competitive quote from them in December, and initially thought I could fix our water heater myself, and so went along for a few weeks of tweaks and making it task in fits and starts by myself. When the water heater finally went out, it was two days before Christmas! I called, talked to Bradley, who said they would be there the next day. Sure enough, they arrived on time, worked on it for a few hours till late at night in the cold with the garage door open, and replaced the old heater with the new one and made code-compliant too. There were no hidden charges, no gimmicks, no extras - done per quote in record time and competently. I strongly suggest him and his team, they are honest, professional, and super capable, and performed an A+ rush job at a great price. Great company, great people.

Robin was and knowledgeable. He made the garbage disposal work. And then made some suggestions for a issue we have been having with the hot water heater and is coming back next week to install a better one .

I called to have a clog cleaned.it was a call back from Dec. 2020 when they had originally arrived to clear main line. Same complication yesterday 6/14/21 the work tech Clifford Rasmussen who arrived was knowledgeable about situation. He proceeded to do his job and left no mess for me to clean. I totally would use them again as I had a 6 month guarantee from Dec 2020 repair which turned out to be same thing so there was no charge. So I am one happy customer.

Jay returned my call at 10:30 pm about a leak in garage. He helped me to diagnosis the dilemma and then assured me his best guy would be here in the morning at 7:30. Arthur called ahead of time and was there promptly. He was responsive and figured out the dilemma right away. He made suggestions on how to take best take care of the problem.
