Rented once back in high school. Recently got a tux for my wedding just had. He never disappoints. He quickly fitted me, and when I came to pickup later that week it fit perfectly. The man has skills, highly recommend.

Super service. My son is a man/child at 12 with the body of a small gorilla. He also had a full arm cast but needed a tuxedo for a fancy Turtle Creek wedding. From sizing to conversation, to pick up and return it was all flawless! This is my third time renting here. Super experience and rental rate.

I am so glad Jim was able to get my son a rental for my wedding in two weeks. We went to Men’s wear house and they said they didn’t have anything for my son. They had told us since he is 12 and there might be a chance he will grow in a month they told us to return three weeks before the event. And when we returned they said they didn’t have anything in stock for him to have in three weeks. I am so glad that I came here and now my son will be able to have a suit for my wedding! A different tuxedo store reserved my sons tuxedo for his prom over 3 weeks ago because we supposedly got a “deal” from school. We went to pick up two days before his prom and they told us it was not available and they could not help us. Needless to say I WAS FURIOUS!!!These people here at Tuxedo Outlet not only bailed us out but it was much more professional and we loved what they suggested he wear. Lets get something straight. I did not expect much of this place at first. I happened to need a suit last minute for a new job amid the Covid shut down and just about every suit place was closed. Tuxedo Outlet came in hot, got me in quick with extremely reasonable prices. Super friendly and respectable, didnt try to oversell me despite being my only option. I had such a great experience that I wouldnt even want to try any where else from now on. Id drive across the state for this kind of customer service. Fantastic all around.

I have to say that Lou was amazing! Trying to rent a tux long-distance is quite a feat and I am so grateful for all guidance, understanding and professionalism. From explaining style options, to accommodating our travel schedule to even how to return it on a Sunday I was amazingly impressed. I would highly recommend Tuxedo Outlet - especially Lou and Jim as well.

They are the best. Service excellent. Last minute my son decided to go to prom. Same day rental. My son looked beautiful. The price was also very reasonable. This is the place to go.

So first off the manager/owner has been doing this for 50 years he claimed. I was treated with great respect and given a lot of information in a very short amount of time.Im writing this because I was given a price without shoes included and when I referred some people here and told them the price I got THE TUXEDO OUTLET HONORED THEIR MISTAKE 2 MORE TIMES. They collectively lost around $100 just because thats who they are apparently. I will come back to this place every single time I need a tux and I highly recommend them. Honesty and integrity is the #1 aspect of sales and this is the honest truth.

About 11 years ago me and a certain young lady came looking for a Tuxedo to rent. We had a very special date set and a Tux was a must, according to her. We came in and were warmly greeted by the clerk. he assisted us with measurements and selection. Low and behold they had a big mans Tux that fit perfectly. It was a most pleasant experience and have referred others to this store.

Jim is a true professional with a quick wit and smile. I walked into his shop in the morning with an emergency rental and he sized me up in about 10 minutes and had my entire outfit ready to go in under 2 hours. Just amazing; a really quality act!

Needed a vest for my tux...drove to Tuxedo Outlet from Denton. It was worth the drive. Very courteous service in helping match up a vest to my tux. Purchased the needed vest for considerably less than the chain menswear stores. I will certainly be recommending Tuxedo Outlet to those who need a tuxedo or tux accessories.

Outstanding customer service! Very quick service, great quality tuxedos and at a great price. We came in for a last minute tuxedo rental this weekend and I am so glad we did. We will not be going anywhere else but here from now on. This place was a great find.

If you are attending a function that requires a Tuxedo, this is not the place you want to get that tuxedo from. Unless you care nothing about your appearance and all you have are pesos. It is a tiny little place, tuxedos look dirty. Female attendant was wearing old blue jeans and was very unprofessional. I called ahead to let them know I was stopping by. I looked at a few jackets and then she told me please stand back away from me you are making me nervous I was not invading her space I was over a arms length from her.!! But in a tiny show room crammed full of dirty tuxedos there wasnt room for 2 adults. So I excused my self, apologized if she felt I had invaded her space and I took my business to Als Formal Wear on Hulen. I was greeted by Dale, very professional, I was measured and properly sized for a Tuxedo. Als is a much cleaner environment and the selection there is endless. If is an occasion that you need a tuxedo this is not the place you want to get a tuxedo from!
