Awesome, Kirk is super helpful and knows all appliances better than anyone. No exaggeration, we are super excited for our new GE washing machine and a refrigerator. Fair price too, not that it really matters because they stand by their products and thats worth a lot!

Josh was very helpful! We went in with our dimensions for a refrigerator, and a price range, and he helped us pick exactly what we wanted and had a good variety of options to choose from. They also offer installation and delivery for a very good price!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff with a great inventory of appliances. Deliveries were one week out when I visited, though I was able to pick up immediately.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, they act like your best friend when you buy something from them . Whenever something broke they acted like I some how I broke it, this happened to me on 2 different occasions, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had 6 month old washer break and brought it in and they try to say I opened it up and messed with it, I told them why would I take apart a brand new washer ? They reluctantly fixed it under warranty. Then I bought a floor model fridge and it never worked, same thing they tried to say it was my fault some how . Again they reluctantly replaced it. Place is horrible, hope it goes out of business

Had good products

My mom and dad have bought many appliances from here: 2 microwave ovens,a $2500 stove and a $3000 refrigerator. The fridge was bought in 2015 with an extended warranty until 2020. Fridge stopped working Saturday night so my mom was transferring all foods to the downstairs refrigerator. Sometime during the early morning hours their power went out due to a snow storm. Eel Valley Appliance told my parents that the fridge broke because the power went out and they wouldnt honor the warranty!!! My elderly parents have been EXTREMELY good customers and this is how they are being treated?!?! Is this how a local company honors valued customers?? If so, I really dont recommend ANYONE to patronize this establishment! Shame on you!!!

The salesman treated me like I had the plague. All I needed was the rings for under the burners. They had them, but super over priced. $13 a piece... I guess they can get away with it for a small town though
