Couldn’t get my vehicle started from a bad battery so I headed down to autozone in fortuna after a jumpstart. Stephen came out to test my battery first so that I wasn’t spending more money than I needed to. I enjoyed the concern for that matter as they weren’t trying to get whatever money they could out of me. My battery had reached the end of its life as I had suspected. He then helped me select a battery. He gave me the cheapest price, mid range price and the highest. After I made my selection and paid, Stephen went out and installed it for me. A job well done and I was happy to hear my truck start up again with ease.

Fortunas workers had great customer service all around but especially Patrick M for all the help and being very cheerful and helpful its really nice to see people who enjoy what they do 👍💯

Awesome service! Lindsey is great and the rest of the crew that day were also cool. I went back in to get wiper blades while Lindsey replaced my battery. She also helped me with the wipers! I leave happy every time

Called the Fortuna store and Lindsey answers. I’m looking for an 0/2 sensor no other stores in town had. The Fortuna store didn’t have it in stock either but Lindsey went above and beyond and looked up 3 different manufacturers and found when I could get one the fastest. But the icing on the cake was she gave me all the part numbers so I could call around with more definitive information. That my friends is first class customer service.

When i call there are only two people i like to work with at this store which is Lindsey or Steve with the commercial accounts. I order a lot of parts through out the day and my time is limited. They get what i need right away without sounding confused. When i call in these are the only two people I prefer to work with.

I guess Im no mechanic...lol, my low beam headlight was out I was reaching all up underneath of there squeezing the light through the rubber thing finally got it out when an ordered one from them they give it to me took it out thought it was the wrong one went back in the store they said no its the right one youre trying to put a low beam in a high beam so they came out with two pins pulled the whole assembly out fix the light for me I was back on the road in less than a minute these guys are great didnt want a tip just a smile.... Thats great service

Guys were great. Found a cheaper price for the item I needed at a different. Store and matched it, made sure fittings fit, even tried to fill the AC, found out I need to get a new compressor, and I received a REFUNDED for everything I had bought. Fittings that were put on, the AC coolant, which was spendy. I def. Recommend going there.

Salesmen dont know much. Washer fluid whats the make and model? It is a nice store and they have a lot of parts but if you dont know exactly what your looking for they cant help you.

Was very patient with me while the employees and I were troubleshooting my van. It ended up being a loose spark plug from a tune up 6 days prior and a throttle control sensor to fix the shimmying between 50-65 mph. I had to stay overnight for a mechanic to fix the loose spark plug in the very back but thanks to them I was able head back to Olympia Noon the next day.

Always helpful and have what i need. If they dont have it in stock they gladly order parts or tools for you.

Drive the two blocks further to the next autoparts store!Sadly the guy with the store manager badge is so unprofessional and has been so disrespectful to my wife, that i will no longer spend my money here. In this small town, treating customers poorly does not help a business (especially one that charges double online prices).They have the normal/expected selection, so Im giving them 1 star for that.Well i tried to remove the one star after giving fortuna autozone another chance and being directly lied to (with no room for mistake). Guy at fortuna store sent me to eureka saying they have part. Nope they dont. And eureka store is fairly rude as well. Done with autozone for good! Cant leave less than 1 star i guess...
