DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Andrew provided the worst service I have ever experienced. We upgraded our phones online and received notification that they were ready for pick up at this location. Once we got there we were told 1 of the phones we ordered had an issue and they were not able to give it to us. The reason they were not able to give it to us was because they said someone else had purchased the same phone over a month prior. Andrew flat out said this was not his problem and that we had to take it up with corporate. I then asked if we could just get a different color and again he said no. As we were talking to Andrew we received a notification saying our order had been cancelled.So basically Andrew was able to Cancel our order but NOT able to change the color of a phone we had already purchased. This made zero sense to us. After we left without the phone I of course called corporate and talked to more than 1 person whom all said that ANDREW LIED STRAIGHT TO OUR FACES for the sole reason of him trying to make money for himself off of our order because the next morning he must of figured out how to change the color of our original order and replaced it for us under his store so he would make the commission. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Ashley helped me and I couldnt have been happier. She stayed late and made sure everything was the way it should be. She stayed after hours just to make sure everything was good and I cant tell you what that meant to me.
My service agent was amazing, she went over everything and even helped me upgrade my plan at no additional costs. This girl needs a raise, her professionalism, knowledge, and keeping her cool under cover while multi tasking was such a delight to see, she is an amazing employee.

Not helpful or willing to help my figure out the MYVerizon app so I dont have to keep driving in there to make payments. Keep telling me to go online.. Ive tried many times and this is the response why Im there is to get some help! Theyre only there to take your money but no technical support
I went there to fix an app problem. I decided to replace the broken screen protector. It was installed efficiently and promptly. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

I would rate 5, but just because they are not corporate they feel they have the right to charge $3 to process your payment. All though it is convenient. And closer to home I dont have to go to the corporate store in Eureka California, so I pay the $3. I think that any store corporate or not that are advertising as a Verizon store should not be allowed to charge for a service fee to pay your bill. This also goes for the Verizon in the Bayshore Mall in Eureka and the AT&T store on Broadway in Eureka! I think these stores need to charge the corporate store. Maybe they should just become one instead of trying to be private! If this Verizon stops charging, pays for it them selves if they truly have to charge it, or just become corporate. Then I will rate 5 stars! Plus they dont have a website and probably cant because they are a retail store and not corporate! Just become corporate!

This Verizon store is awesome. Will and Laura are so kind. I went in with little hope of getting a new phone, however with Will patience I walked out with a new phone at a great price. I can’t believe how patience the whole staff is. They make you feel like your problem is their problem. Laura helped me set up all my accounts and showed me how to use my new phone. It truly feels like a hometown store.

Needed help organizing a few of my Verizon plans, so I made an appointment with Alicia the store manager, where she reviewed my plans, made adjustments by simplifying my account and in the end save me a bunch of money. I walked in the door with a few issues on 2 brand new phones and an old one that was waaaay past its prime. Needing information from old phone, that would not hold a charge, for my new phone. Roy was so very polite and respectful and knowledgeable about my situation. Being a senior citizen, I really appreciated Roys great attitude and attention to my needs. It took some time, which I knew it would, but I walked out with 2 working phones, and 1 dead. Info transferred to new phone, and everything updated. I was so happy!! Im still happy!!!!! When I need further assistance, I will go see Roy at Verizon in Fortuna!!!
This location is under new ownership. They are poorly trained. Save yourself the trouble, time and money, and go to the Verizon corporate location at 1122 Broadway St. in Eureka for more knowledgeable, better, faster, kinder and more scrupulous service.
Go to Eureka instead. The salesman I dealt with flat-out lied to me about a few very important facts just to get the sale. Have regretted trusting him from the first bill. Over a year in and still pissed off.REALLY, just go to Eureka. Much better store all around, and at least theyll be honest with you.
Very little wait and they had all the phones we needed in stock. The team was helpful and patient with people. Such a difference from all the other Verizons Ive been to. Seemed like they knew and cared for their customers. Will definitely be returning.

Switched from Metro after movimg to the area and the two guys working were super helpful on getting me signed up and keeping my same number. They even called Metro and got through theyre horrible automated system for me. The store itself isnt like what Im used to but then again this is Fortuna. When going back a few days later both guys even remebered me by name, that you wont find in a city. Now that Verizon has unlimited Im set. If you were like me hesitating because its in a small town, go! You wont be disappointed as more and more people Ive met here say the same.
Asked a friend to pick up a sim card for a new activation as I live almost 2 hours from town and wont be going soon, was hoping to get it faster than ordering it . They refused to sell one unless they were doing the activation. Will order one off ebay instead and not use this store for future business.
For the first minute the seems so nice and helpful but I went there and I bought new I phone 7 then the phone has problems they worked with me very nicely and we returned the phone but the manager says that he will be able to up great my phon if I pay extra for the phon I just bought then the Company replacement replace my phone and then I couldn’t get hold of the manager and I went there to time driving like an hour or two hours but they couldn’t change my phone because the manager wasn’t there they have no connection between the metal then I had to go back like one week after that to me the manager he wasn’t there finally I was desperate and I had to take the phone and the problem is the new form was already broke it’s has a problem I call the company the company didn’t didn’t answer plus I always leave a message on there and therefore nobody nobody turned a message nobody care about that and I had the phone there for like two weeks nobody called me about the folder it’s just a disaster and do use me a paid over $2000 for a phone which is not more can I replace other phone
Don’t go to eureka! Verizon in fortuna is so much more hands on they actually want to help you! It’s amazing I recommend the Verizon in fortuna to everyone vs any other version in the area! They actually know what they are doing 😂❤️

Went in asking about the phone I was interested in. I was told I should get the google pixel 3 instead and it was on sale. I told the guy I wanted the phone I was asking about because of option of expandable memory (micro sd). He then told me that the pixel had unlimited uploading of photos to the cloud. I told him Im not a big fan of the cloud and I also wanted the expandable memory for music storage etc. He then told me the pixel 3 was capable of taking a micro sd (which isnt true.) I had been researching the phones earlier today and had seen the pixel didnt have that capability. This is very basic information the employee should have (and probably did know about). Luckly I was just asking questions anyways. I wondered if I had missed read about the capabilities so I asked how long the sale could was going onhe told me its advertised as going on until the 31 but that could change tommorow. Which immediately raised more red flags. Obviously Verizon would not just cancel a sale that they had already established a end date of a sale on. He was obviously trying to get me to pull the trigger in the store that day so he could get commission on a phone they are probably giving the employees more incentive to sell. Even if the misinformation was just ignorance, it was very basic information they should have known. Never going back there again

All the employees who were there before July 2018 have all moved on. The store now has a new owner and is linked with the Bayshore Mall location. Im sure the new employees are fantastic just know that we (Chris, Laura, Jesse) and myself are no longer there.I want to thank all of you whom have walked through those doors and did business with us. Although it was my decision to not continue on, mainly due to the new policies and pay structure, I am nonetheless disheartened that I will no longer be there to greet and help with any needs you may have. This is the only place where I felt the sense of community even with the problems and anger expressed every now and then, I never took it personal and for the most part everyone has made my job feel more like a meeting place. I know Verizon wasnt the cheapest but it worked for our area, I did what I could to help and in turn all of you have left an impression of what makes Fortuna the Friendly City. I have had continuous problems with several different phones and I always choose this store to deal with. They listen to what is going on and then go above and beyond to fix the problems for me. 5 stars all the way!
